Andy y Sarah eran muy amables y dieron un gran servicio al cliente. Ayudándonos mutuamente con mi consulta. La comida era buena y era muy rápido para sentarse y servida. A nuestro sobrino le encantaba el helado de Cadbury.

A spur of the moment decision to visit Brewers Fayre. The restaurant was not crowded but seems to be popular. My wife had a , I had a ⚒️ n steak and chips I had a cheese and bacon burger and chips with salad. We agreed that the food was well prepared and very tasty, the service was excellent despite a lack of visible staff. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our visit

A friend and I have just returned from a two night stay at the Premier inn Glastonbury which is next door to the Brewers Fayre so we ate there on consecutive evenings. The staff were friendly and efficient, despite it being busy. In particular, Robyn was especially good, seemingly juggling preparing drinks and taking food orders simultaneously. The food was good quality and arrived quickly. A very pleasant experience

Stayed in the adjacent premier inn and was on meal deal with breakfast & 2 course evening meal with drink. Every time we came into the pub we were greeted by friendly staff, always asked about allergies. All staff we met we friendly, professional and very attentive. We wanted to write a special mention for Michelle who we found this morning at breakfast who was the only front of house member of staff. She was incredibly friendly dispite the pressure on her. Her work ethic is incredible! She was greating people, taking payments, clearing/cleaning & resetting tables. Replenishing food, drinks, plates. Making sure coffee machines working all with people asking for more stuff. There was on average 16 tables of people for the whole time we were in here. It's really very sad to see that the company is allowing this to happen. I really hope the company are valuing their staff who are working like trojans!

Called in for a late Sunday lunch, in all honesty I didn't have high expectations, but was very pleasantly surprised! As it was late they only had turkey left, but it was delicious! All of the veg was amazing, creamy cheesy cauliflower cheese, creamy garlicky potato gratin, beautifully cooked roasties and parsnips, and delicious glazed roasted carrots! I would go as far as to say it was the best roast I've eaten "out" in as long as I can remember. Lovely friendly staff too! Thoroughly recommend their Sunday lunch and will definitely return!

After coming here for almost 2 years mainly for breakfast on Sundays, but have had their roast and main meals. Over the last few month since the last manger left, the older rather thin lady, probably in her 40 has really turned this place into something that is horrible. She is unable to deal with the pressure of being in a busy establishment, she is extremely rude and makes many feel uncomfortable, she is continually complaining and doesn't take well to criticism or someone just genuinely asking a question in regards to anything. Being that she is front of house and mainly the first person you see, she always looks miserable and ran down, there's never a service with a smile and it really sets the mood in the wrong way. The food has been disappointing- when there is any for that fact!! Many times it's undercooked or it really doesn't taste the best i know it could. The phones are left to ring non-stop. Today I even seen that they were stocking up the food with their bare hands after they were using cleaning products and dirty cloths to clean tables. Many people were complaining between them selves about the poor service. I wouldn't recommend this place unless it goes under new management.

We booked the meal deal with the Premier Inn next door for both dinner and breakfast, neither were good meals, the staff were nice enough but oh dear the food was pretty awful, the dinner experience was almost cold food, with no taste, my partner had the bottomless drink and the machine clearly needed something sorting as kept giving him just fizzy water, in hindsight we should have complained about everything but we are British and don't do that, the breakfast wasn't any better, the selection needed stocking up and the bacon was stone cold, which I didn't realize until I went to eat it and had to spit it out! Would never book this again with Premier Inn would rather go searching for something more decent, sorry Brewers Fayre

We use this Brewers Fayre as a place for a big family get together every once in a while. We have 3 young children between us so the menu and casual dining is perfect! Our favourite thing is their carvery on a Sunday, however it is pot luck whether you actually get there in time! Even when booking a table, they may run out and close the carvery early (advertised as being available 12 to 6pm), leaving the only option to order off the menu. This happened on this visit - which was a get together for our mums birthday. The normal menu isnt BAD but when you have your heart set on a roast, nothing can truly replace it. The meals we had were hot and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a good time 👍

Good breakfast we had wasn't really much choice in the area and this was the closest to where we were staying. Breakfast only served until 10.30am which is fair enough. It's a all help yourself breakfast there is no table service involved here (which you normally expect when ordering a full english). Breakfast was good once we managed to get a plate to put our food on. Mushrooms tasted like they had been sat in the hot hold for too long and fresh ones were needed

We ate an evening meal at the Brewer's Fayre. It is large and an easy short walk from the adjacent Premier Inn. We chose a steak and a mixed grill after a chicken wings starter. All were delivered hot and well presented. The food was delicious and the service was very good (you order at the bar and it is served to your table). We were hoping for a cheap and cheerful reasonable meal on valentines. There was a special offer for a certain number of courses, but you had to order (and pay for) everything all at once at the start of your meal to get it - we weren't going to do that. The food took ages, and once it was brought to our table, no one returned to ask how it was. The lasagne was black around the edges as shown - even the dish had black charred looking food obviously around the edge. We were hungry and a long way from home after a day out so didn't spend time complaining - however, I did send an email to Brewers Fayre with feedback to give them a chance to respond and didn't receive a reply (despite getting confirmation that it was received). Wouldn't bother with this chain again, would go elsewhere.

The main course was already done according to a member of staff and left under the hot plate. When it eventually came out it was barely warm and the eggs were solid ( mixed grill ) so we sent it back and asked for a fresh one each . Ten minutes later it came out hot and the sauce stone cold and after cutting the steaks they were full of sinue and could not even cut them. We got the manager over and asked for our money back as it was inedible. She did apologise and gave us a full refund You don’t need this after a 4 hour drive and the place was freezing !!!!

Terrible service, rude staff member I encountered on 27/4/24 for a dinner I had there with a group. I was told off by a slim female staff in her late 40s who wears dark rimmed glasses for removing a chair from a table without any guests in the middle of my dinner. I explained that I did it to replace a chair for my child who had it removed by another child in a group. Not only I had to deal with my upset child who felt she was bullied by a few children in a group booking, I felt humiliated by this female staff in front of other parents. This staff told me that I should find another chair myself. I calmly asked her if she could please propose a solution to this problem. She then stormed off without any apology. This staff member needs to be given feedback that her behaviour towards me as a paying customer was acceptable. She needs performance management.

Staff were excellent, friendly, knew the menu and service was as you'd expect. All good there. The food... The gammon was nicely cooked but 50% of it was unrendered fat, so you feel a little bit cheated by that. The chef obviously cannot cook a steak (we're talking about a slither of a steak that goes with a mixed grill style meal, not a massive 28 day aged ribeye). Ask for the steaks to be medium rare, and they were 5 levels above well done, shoe leather comes to mind. The chef should retrain and work in a crematorium. The Chicken Tikka curry was tasty but seriously lacked any chicken in the sauce (6 small bits is disappointing). The only good bit was the lasagne (although 1 very small slice of garlic bread is a bit tight), and the drinks were fine thankfully :)

I don't often feel the need to write reviews especially bad ones, as i work in this sort of trade. But i will make an exception as I was so disappointed in the vile food served. I ordered £50 worth of food for me and my young family on Friday and it was absolutely disgusting warm swimming in grease and oil, I couldn't recommend this place any less. The waitress was lovely but that's as far as it goes! also bottomless drinks were all sugar free, and most of the clientele were playing phones loud or coughing really loudly, it was like a really bad weatherspoons experience only expensive

2 night stay that was faultless from start to finish. Stunning location, amazing room, warm welcome and nothing too much trouble. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, staff work so hard to ensure your stay is made special and your furry friends enjoy it too! Food superb, great service, and little added extras are charming. A little bit of relaxing luxury away from it all in a lively, friendly atmosphere and quiet peaceful location! The Talbot has it all in spadefuls!! A very special find that we shall continue to enjoy over the years!!

Ordered from here many times but today the baguettes are stale!!! Not impressed. We may have to consider going elsewhere, which would be a shame because I’d rather support a local business.

The City Arms use to be an intriguing pub to visit as it was once the City Jail way back in time. The intriguing old has been removed or covered over and been converted to looking like a updated modern interior with just the slightest nod to it's past, so unfortunately has no character, just as boring as any other modernized pub. On the upside it does still retain a pretty courtyard and gated entrance. The staff are friendly and helpful and the selection of drinks is good.

We were staying at the attached premier inn at Frome and were able to book a table easily on the day, and the staff managed to squeeze us in a bit earlier than booking online. Great food, fillet steak & chicken & rib combo. Lovely staff, and many thanks to our server Abi-Ma, got us everything we wanted.
