I had a great night drinking a range of interesting craft beers while listening to a great eclectic mix of music. The pizza made by the chef (Chris) was one of the best I have enjoyed in recent memory. Great to see a bar doing things right!

Popped in for a pint late afternoon as we often go to Bath thought we’d enjoy a trusty pint. All I can say is sadly our pints were soured by the miserable staff, clearly not enjoying their jobs. We had two pints served by two different members of the team, difficult to say which one of them was more miserable. Won’t be going back.

Still my favourite pub to be. Good alcohol and the atmosphere is great.

Burgers were delicious and team was so friendly. Prices were average. I would like to go again and again. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Brewdog the worst place to eat in Bristol, bad quality of food ! Fries not done, tomatoes expired and burgers just thrown in the box upside down. The place had only one stuff to serve everyone therefore the order will always delay!

Party of 6 attended early on a Friday afternoon. Clot behind the bar tried to accuse us of stealing drinks after he placed two empty glasses on the bar and turned his back to chat with a colleague (didn’t even make our drinks!) Attempted to double charge us! Was very rude and abrasive. Then another of our party asked the chef what was in a dish he could smell from the bar (which did smell nice), to which he was told ‘Christ you don’t get out much’. We were then forced to sit outside on wobbly broken tables and benches right next to their bins and stacked up broken fencing. Just a total bunch of dossers who work there. Avoid. For their crazy prices there are hundreds of better options in Bristol. Won’t be returning.

Honestly not too great, prices were steep for double shot and a cocktail in a can which I can appreciate because it's not a cocktail bar, fair enough. But some of the staff was really rude. There were 2 guys and 1 woman, the woman was very pleasant and nice But one of the guys was really rude and grumpy, got annoyed at us for politely saying he didn't give us our drinks after he said he gave them to our friends which he didn't, I get it might have been busy or whatever but still, you made a mistake own up to it, no need to take it out on someone who is just waiting for a drink. Also second guy who was making the pizza was also rude when my friend was asking what sort of toppings and pizza they do he replied "wow, is it your first time out?" Wouldn't go there again just because of these interactions. Giving 2 stars as the toilets were clean, 1 out of the 3 staff there was nice and helpful, music they were playing was awesome otherwise definitely a 1.

Good selection of beer and also serve cocktails (they are just of can though and are pretty average). Had a pizza, was nice and came in about 10 minutes. Overall, nice place for a drink and snack.

It’s been a while since we last visited Brewdog, but it won’t be as long until we return again. The hospitality was very good,. Considering only two, staff were working (lunchtime) it was BH weekend & ‘Lovesavestheday’ nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent especially the cheese board. Thank you.

We visited this branch of BrewDog on a wet and dreary Saturday afternoon. The bar was inviting from the outside and packed with customers. There was a great atmosphere. The bartenders were super helpful with our choices of beers. As a regular Guinness drink I found the Black Heart Stout a decent alternative. We shared two excellent vegetarian pizzas. They were cooked to perfection and tasted great. The hot sauce provided on the table added an extra dimension to the flavours. Already looking forward to our next visit. Great British Pub Vibe.

Fairly small Brewdog venue, but as usual, great drinks and good service.

Used to love this Brewdog bar. Would bring all the ladies here for a Punk IPA. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend it as the central heating doesn’t work, and hasn’t for weeks!

I've visited here a couple of times, a couple of summers ago and sat in the garden, lovely atmosphere and very good beer/ale. I have since had plenty of brew dog purchased from the supermarket: pale ale, hazy Jane and elvis being my faves. Today I went again, plenty of seating inside and out for a Sunday. The barman let me try a milkshake ale which was yummy... something I'd definitely have in the future but at 8.4%, maybe not today! Didn't try food, but will update my review when I do so in the future!

Just in Brewdog Bristol and the vibe is so much livelier and friendlier. The barman shook my hand told me his name, mixed me a drink (after I tried loads) ended up with a Elvis hammer- half Elvis juice half jackhammer. I asked for a takeaway he walked me round to the fridge despite people waiting. There's rock music there's chat, puts Brum to shame!

We came for the buy a meal get another for a pound deal. The service was really good and friendly, able to provide recommendations on what beers to try. Unfortunately the staff had some issues resulting in a delay in serving food through not fault of their own. We were happy to wait and had some drinks whilst waiting for our food. We had a good evening

Amazimg service from Tom. Came in as a party of 10 and didn't experience any problems at all. Some of the best service I've received from a bar in recent times. Mitch aided in all ways and unbelievable service from all employees.

Top notch staff and a wide range of beers and drinks. Only do pizza and platters which were tasty.

Tom is not just a great man, he is also dashingly handsome, I heard he used to be a stuntman. Could he arm wrestle a bear and win? Maybe... could he steal your girlfriend with a simple wink possibly. Either way, he pulls a great 2/3 and deserve a huge pay rise. If you're in bristol and going anywhere you should come here instead. Pizza was great also. Thanks.

Brewdog is a place to drink good ale. The surroundings are rustic, decor is bespoke, the beer tastes amazing and is served chilled. There is music in the background which gives it a real pub feel, dogs are allowed and there is food available. It does what says on the can. Get there early as the tables do get booked up later on in the day.

BrewDog don’t need me to big them up and I have visited plenty of them in the past (including this one) but it is worth noting that on our visit, though it was quiet (it was a Sunday morning) the staff were particularly friendly, helpful and informative. We noted that two guys were playing chess with their beers - now that’s a great way to spend a Sunday morning.

This bar is one of my favourites in Bristol, but I came here today and the outside areas have completely changed, it was so nice being able to sit and speak to everyone and have a community pub to sit and chat to everyone, the new layout seems very hostile and the vibe has completely gone. Hopefully this will change 🤞

Absolutely love this pub... you can never go wrong with Brewdog wherever you are. This one has such an amazing vibe and it's so convenient for city centre, hotels, hippodrome, harbour festival (August) on the doorstep. We were totally rocking to the Playlist too.. they played an eclectic mix like I've never heard and lots of great rock & metal. They even topped it off with WASP & Slayer... where else do you go for this? Never had this in Bristol... only Cardiff!

Ate and drank here on a very very busy Saturday night. Came out quickly with good service from the staff. Got burger in a box type of meal. Burger was a little black in places and it turned it from an 9/10 to a 10/10 burger. While eating it, it may as well have been the best burger I’d ever tasted for all I knew. The taste was exceptional. 👏 Will be back.

Brewdog Bristol is absolutely brilliant!! We visited 3 times in our stay in Bristol and the staff were ace!! Especially Otis, super friendly and funny. Wide choice of drinks and yummy pizza's. Would definitely recommend

Great atmosphere, amazing pizza, great staff. Thoroughly enjoyed hearing Dopesmoker in its entirety, followed by a bit of Wesley Willis and RayonBase. Much better than the rubbish music they play in most other bars. Will be back. 10/10.

Did not try the food as we came here just for a few drinks, the atmosphere was typical from any BrewDogs around the uk which is great as it maintains the quality. I feel like the Cider felt a lot purer on this BrewDog than the ones in London and the place was better organized/cleaner compared to other BrewDogs. Would definstelt recommend this place to anyone that wants to grab some drinks for fun and the staff was quite nice as well. It is also located very close to a bridge and a river where you can get an amazing view of the city and there are outdoor seating which only makes it better

I’ve been a frequent visitor to this establishment since 2013 and have always felt comfortable and welcome here. I always think it helps to take interest and get to know all bar staff as they come and go. I am still friends with staff who have left over the years and very happy to see them progress in their lives. They are, of course, humans like most of us and therefore deserve time and appreciation. Since the new joint opened on the harbourside in Bristol I have found it has become a little quieter but still a great place for whatever floats your boat. A quick side note: The toilets are downstairs so please be aware of this as stairs are never a friend of those intoxicated. They are always clean and well looked after & some of the artwork is inspired.

We came here spontaneously on a Friday night for a couple of drinks, and sat outside. The outdoor seating is nice for watching the world go by, but the venue interior is good too. They have a great selection of beers, and the staff are friendly and polite. Prices are reasonable given the city centre location.

Was lucky enough to attend the beer tasting experience. Our host for this event was Hugh, who spent a brilliant two hours guiding us through various brewdog beverages, most of which I would never have tried in normal circumstances, but would now be very happy to order. A good heap of history, chemistry, analogies (reverse porridge!) and knowledge meant that everyone got involved and felt comfortable talking openly about the beers as we tried them. Done it once, would do it again! Oh and did I mention the accompanying cheese board.....!!!

Absolutely brilliant service and staff. The food was amazing and they let dogs in so that was a massive advantage for us too. They even had a selection of board games so we played Scrabble. It was nice and quiet inside with large booths which was perfect for use as it had plenty of space. The food, as always, was delicious. We even got 241 on our meals. I could not fault this place and would love to return.

Love me BrewDog beer, great staff- was served by a tall guy wearing basketball shorts who was funny and interested in the beer he was selling. My only criticism is the outside seating area needs tidying as old pallets/ bins etc is not where people want to sit and drink.

I didn’t have anything to eat, my feedback is related to the drinks themselves and the outside area. Both chaps were very nice and friendly, this isn’t a reflection of their service. Both drinks were not cold and one was flat. I’ve had better BrewDog beers in normal pubs. The outside area stank of rotten fish, the bins nearby were horrid, not a pleasant experience. I might stick to having your amazing beer in some of my other local haunts.

Ci siamo fermati perché la struttura mi aveva colpita, molto bello!!! Ecco poi basta!! Ordinati 2 semplicissimi hamburger abbiamo aspettato oltre 30 minuti e il locale, in quel momento, era frequentato da poche persone che stavano solo bevendo!!! L' ordine fatto è stato anche sbagliato. Un hamburger presentato in maniera tristissima, senza una patata di contorno, delle foglie di insalata, niente un semplice panino con dentro una pressata di carne e la qualità della carne molto scarsa.

Excelente pub muy bien ubicado. Atención impecable, muy buena carta de bebidas. A pesar del frio elegimos estar afuera, y pasamos genial. Comimos pizza, recomiendo mucho. Es pet friendly.

Only stopped for a quick drink as alone!

Unfortunately not up to standard. Small bar, friendly but overwhelmed staff. Chaotic, dirty mess behind the bar / pizza kitchen area on busy Bank Holiday. We were hoping to eat a late lunch but they were closing the kitchen to tidy up and sort themselves out. We left and came back 90 mins later, after booking online. No reservation as they hadn't looked at the system all day. Things still looked dirty and messy.

Jamie is a rockstar! After completing the 10k at the Bristol marathon i went here to eat. My friend received his food and I watched his friend eat his food, 45 minutes go by and still did not receive my food. I went to check if they have forgotten about me and apparently they had an egg shortage! Jamie kindly replaced my order with a burger so I could get eating straight away and gave us two pints and refunded my meal. Genuinely this customer service makes me so happy. I felt really taken care of and Jamie knew I had somewhere to be and did not have much time to spare. He also told us about his experience jogging and what bristol was like on the day of the run the year before. Really proud to have him as our waiter and will be coming back. Thank you!

Paid for 5 x beer experiences and although only 3 of us could actually go in the end, they wouldn't give us the other two places beer!! Poor show

Was given a 'Beer Experience' voucher for Christmas and took my old man with me to sample some beers (He's a big Punk IPA fan). Along with six other wonderful guests, Hugh took us on a journey through the different styles of beer. A fantastic evening and Hugh was a superb host. Cheese selection was great and went well with the beer. Only recommendation would have been to suggest a break in the middle to order some pizzas as the cheese wasn't really enough to get us through the evening.

Decent location, very knowledgeable staff and very friendly, even at closing time. They also had a reasonable selection of single malts.

Great pub in the city. Smaller than other Brewdogs I've been to but this doesn't matter. Great atmosphere on a Friday night and the music made a massive difference. 10/10 as always.

We are 2 elderly gentlemen and at a loss because Broken Dock looks closed. And we wondered, surely this is a place for the young, we will feel very out of place. WRONG! A fine welcome, super beer and delicious food. We loved it and we will be back soon.

Visited using a voucher given to me for Christmas. Only pizzas on the menu but they were tasty all the same. Wonderful selection of beers from Brewdog and multiple other independent brewers. Bit tight for space in busy periods but a great atmosphere.
