Brew Coffee and Kitchen in Sefton

We went out for lunch with our daughter and granddaughter today. She lives in Waterloo and recommended this restaurant to her mother and me. The service and quality of the dishes were quite superb. My wife had a cheese and ham toastie while our daughter and I partook of the meaty hash, which combined chorizo, onion, red and green peppers, two poached eggs, and Stornoway Black Pudding. Our young granddaughter had the child's meal which also included a drink. The servings were plentiful and the food tasted delicious. The next time we visit our daughter we will definitely be lunching here. Thank you to the Brew Coffee & Kitchen for a delightful experience!

Lovely busy cafe, clearly popular with the locals. With amazing coffee and incredible food. Handy little play area for children inside too

First time having Bruch in Brew earlier today - and it certainly won't be our last! Beautiful food and a lovely atmosphere. Full English was great quality, as was the Eggs Benedict. Tea and Coffee were of equally great quality and I would highly recommend Brew.

Been here a few times for breakfast with my partner and it's always been amazing. Excellent service by the staff, very reasonably priced. Food is incredible, good choice to pick from without the overwhelming menu, different specials on each time we have visited and they've always been delicious. I had the Christmas special Pigs in Blankets eggs Benedict with a side of chorizo and halloumi, and it was one of the best Benedicts I've had 👌 highly recommended

Always a great experience at Brew. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the coffee is always on point. The staff are so friendly and accomodating and the atmosphere is cosy and comfortable. Thank you Brew, I'm a big fan!

Been meaning to try here for ages and was so glad we went. Had the regular breakfast. Every part of the meal was perfect. The black pudding was one of the nicest I've ever eaten,sausages really tasty too. A little moan about dogs,I know mine is a very unpopular view but I dislike seeing them in food places. Couldn't believe the woman on the next table let the dog get up and lick her plate! Another dog was barking very loudly so certainly not a place I could take my son to as he is learning disabled and fears dogs. If you are a dog lover and looking for an excellent breakfast this is the place!

The vegan tofu wraps are amazing! Would absolutely recommend them! Polite staff & wonderful atmosphere Edit: unfortunately they don't serve the Tofu Wraps anymore :( their vegan options are still good, but I can't say I don't miss their star of the show! Had to drop from a 5 star to a 4 just because of the reduction in vegan options...

Had an amazing breakfast here! The coffee they serve is Crosby coffee and is delicious. The food was fresh, tasty and a decent portion. Service was welcoming and friendly. Something on the menu for everyone. Would 100% recommend Brew Coffee and Kitchen. We'll be back!

Just been for a coffee and breakfast with the kids. Babyccinnos expensive at £2 each, waffles were dry, but french toast was nice.

Brew is a truly fantastic Cafe right on the main road running through Crosby. It is home of some of the best food AND coffee in the area! The decor is Brew is lovely, and produces a chilled out atmosphere whilst also allowing lots of space for tables. On busier days there may be a wait, but generally speaking you'll be seated straight away. The food is amazing! It's prepared perfectly, there's a good variety, and everything is reasonably priced. There's also a great kids menu (and great deal associated with it) and lots of sweet indulgences for dessert. The coffee here is spectacular. It has a great flavour and it's one of the few places around that really pay attention to their latte art which I really appreciate. The staff are super friendly and are always smiling. There's one dark haired girl in particular who always welcomes us with a smile and it repeatedly sets things off right. Service is always great throughout. Highchairs (and even a little kids play area!) are available, and there's on street parking right outside, but only if you're lucky!

Popped in here for breakfast and had an americano with full English breakfast. £15.70 and it only came with one slice of toast. I asked if I could have one slice of plain bread no butter and they charged me £1.50!!!! Cheaper to get a loaf from ASDA. £11 for full English and it was ok. Coffee was nice though

Visited here for breakfast for the second time as 3 friends. Food was delicious, lots of choice we wanted to try it all. Nice coffee and warm and friendly service. Will be back definitely.

I have never been here before and as I was looking after my grandson thought let’s start the day off with a full breakfast so saw they had an offer on for half price full English breakfast great value for what you got. The food was lovely egg a bit hard but I like it like that bacon a bit over done but over all very tasty. Service was slow and it wasn’t busy and seemed to have plenty of staff on 30 mins to get served. There was a young girl on a table of 4 by herself drawing and taking up 4 chairs I can only presume it was the owners child , it started to get busy and they were telling people to wait 20-30 mins for a table yet this young child was taking up 4 chairs not good business

Incredibly welcoming café with wonderful staff. Food nicely presented and tasty. It’s well priced but a tad more expensive than expected but I think worth it.

Ahhh Brew is amazing. The food is great quality and also a great size. The portions never fail to fill me up and the choice is perfect. Good selection of deserts too with a welcoming environment. The best thing is the staff.... They are legit amazing. Always busy but lovely regardless. Don't sleep on this place. Its awesome

Lovely Vegan GF Brekky this morning! I didn’t have sausages last time as they weren’t GF at the time and the lovely waitress came over and advised me that the sausages they now use are GF but the bread isn’t so I had the sausages which I was made up with Thank you for being so attentive ☺️

Visited recently for Sunday Brunch. Great coffee and lovely food. The young ladies who looked after us could not have been more helpful and friendly. Amazing customer service, will definitely be back for another visit.

Brew coffee and kitchen, place starting to look a little tired, needs a revamp, plenty of seats good for family's with small children, breakfast was just OK not upto standard £9.50 for full english and tbh wasn't the best everything fresh made but the quality of ingredients fell short, cheap hash browns cheap tomatoes with no flavour, if you like a bit of hp or ketchup with your breakfast then your in for a treat only served with the cheapest of sauces on the planet 🤮🤮🤮, bit more effort required in my book. Sorry but not A place I'd go back too. Oh and you only get about 7 beans!! Not heinz either The waitresses were very helpful and happy.

It's always very nice to brunch at the Brew. The food is very good and the the staff very kind. I recommend this place.

Staying for a few nights at nearby hotel that has stopped doing breakfast and found this place. Really good food and nice surroundings with a family vibe. My only thing was it didn't open till 9:00 so no good if you need to get on the road.

Full English Breakfast or Pancakes? What one would you go for to start the day? They have a extensive Breakfast Menu full of delicious sounding plates including Breakfast Sandwiches, Veggie/Vegan Breakfast, Signature Smashed Avocado and Eggs Benedict. Based on Crosby Road North, this place is gorge. It has a pleasant soothing ambience and the staff were super attentive. When both dishes arrived, I was so pleased with our choices. We chose The Full English which was beautifully cooked with the egg popping perfectly when I cut in to it and the Nutella Pancakes which were fluffy, light and full of Nutella! My Son’s eyes lit up as soon as he seen these and he ate every bite! Have you swiped across to my third pic too and seen the White Hot Chocolate 👀 FIT!

Food was tasty, however overly long wait between ordering drinks / food and recieving. Price on the high side for what was a basic veggie breakfast without sausages. Also charged for a glass of tap water, so probably won't return.

Three of us all had different breakfast. They were all delicious, made with lovely produce & cooked fresh to order. We will definitely go back. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ordered waffles with berries which didn’t come with any maple syrup, and when we rang up they wanted to charge us £1 for a pot of syrup as well as an extra £2 delivered fee which we’d already paid. Also ordered side of hollandaise sauce which didn’t come and again were asked to pay for the delivery fee to receive it. Brew admitted they missed our notes about the sides and said it was their fault but still requested the extra money. Such a shame as the foods normally lovely, pancakes come with syrup so why not waffles, who wants a dry waffle?

First time back since its been under new management, really impressed with the decor. The staff were super lovely and the food was delicious with nice options for vegetarians. Really enjoyed it and will definitely come back!

Laura and the crew made my son an amazing LFC birthday cake ( even though they are evertonians) with matching cupcakes! Cakes were soft and light and extremely tasty xx if your looking for quality, Brew is the place to go! I ordered the Festive afternoon tea as a treat Christmas eve as working from home. We both really enjoyed this and the chocolate cupcake was amazing! The little sandwiches and sausage rolls also amazing. I’d order this again as a treat!

If you are looking for a nice breakfast in Crosby, I would definitely recommend Brew Coffee and Kitchen. I am yet to experience eating breakfast or sitting inside the place itself, due to current pandemic regulations, but have really enjoyed their takeaway breakfasts. The large breakfast is indeed huge and always fills me up, all for a decent price too. Delivery times can be slow at busy periods (available on Just Eat), and twice coffee has arrived with milk in when it I asked for black coffee, but considering the undoubtable pressures the staff must feel during busy periods and under the current circumstances, these are very very minor points. Can't wait to enjoy breakfast here for real once pandemic restrictions are eased.

Food is great. Staff are very friendly. Only thing that lets it down is the seating and tables. My seat had a big while in it which had been taped up. But I wouldn't let that put you off.

Mushrooms where grey and inedible ( they went straight into a napkin) and sausages were greasy so bad that I left 2 and a half of the three. Toast was OK and fresh orange nearly warm

Food was good but it took ages! Shouldn't really take 50mins to make a sandwich and some chips. Asked for a jug of water and had to go back up to the bar to get glasses as the waitress didn't come back with any.

We went here today to try it out since we had heard good things about it but I am sorry to say our experience wasn't great. We were told by the polite staff that there would be a 45 minute wait which was fine with us as we could see the place was busy. When our coffee arrived it was only lukewarm and we had to ask a member of staff if we could have the orange juice that we had already previously ordered as it was missing. Then after waiting just over an hour for our food to arrive, there were some side orders missing aswell. On a more positive note I did enjoy the sourdough bread and thought that it was lovely but unfortunately I will not be visiting this place again.
