Entertainment by Beatle tribute band was excellent and the pizza was yummy. To 🔝 it our stay in the pods was the best night sleep we ever had. Love the super king bed, coffee and biscuits and enjoyed using the microwave with our leftover pizza to warm it through. So good to see a great walk in shower too. Can’t wait to come back and stay again and will take photos next time 😊

Well what a shock one of our favourite places we have been going to for years has got rid of their wonderful cafe. So disappointed that the family run community loved farm cafe has sold out for a sports bar and venue. Clearly more interested in making money than the local community, glad my poor mum and her fellow group of oaps aren’t around to see the eyesore. Won’t bother with the trek from MK now for their lovely sausage rolls.

Outstanding venue, we booked our wedding here back in 2020 for the summer of 2023. We attended a weddings fair originally to get ideas for our wedding but feel in love with the place and booked it that day. Jane the venue owner was really helpful and we were able to tailor the wedding to our tastes. So much was included in the packages and the prices were some of the best I have seen even adding the optional extras kept everything well within budget. We didn’t feel like we were paying a wedding premium and got our moneys worth. We had around 100 guests and all were impressed with the venue and food - carvery was amazing and the staff were able to cater for a range of dietary requirements including vegan, gluten free and halal. All the serving staff were friendly and Jane was on hand the whole day to make sure everything ran smoothly. The three area approach was perfect for us as it enabled us to transition really well and avoid dead time. The outside area was great for garden games and pictures around the site. The main area was perfect for the party and the meal. The smaller area was ideal for the ceremony and the bridal suite was perfect for doing those bits just before the ceremony. Prices for drinks were great. The local contacts for cakes, DJ and flowers ect were excellent. Separate parking on site was a god send and having the ability to leave the cars there overnight made everything just easier. Genuinely one of the best nights of my life. Other bits: The venue also has a really nice cafe, we have seen it grow from a one room affair to a large multi purpose venue. The carvery has always been a key highlight. The farm shop has a range of produce and we have used the onsite butcher for the meat on Christmas dinner and can say we were impressed with price and quality.

Well.. What can I say about bradmoor on our wedding day...I'm speechless IT WAS PERFECT! Multiple reasons but some of them being, - ALL staff were amazing and polite and joined in with the fun! - Our 2 course meal!.. oh it was heaven on a plate! And all our 75 guests are still talking about it a week later ( we had pork belly and cheesecake ) OH and the evening guests who had the beautiful stone baked pizza are still asking if it's a takeaway option so that they could have it again! - Then the venue itself was beautiful yes it has plastic flowers and grass! But it just made all our wedding Photos pop with colours and look beautiful! - Dj played music we requested via an app and he was a really lovely guy! - oh and so much more! So if you're debating to have your wedding day at bradmoor! Yes I definitely recommend! The only thing I would say is be patient with responses and remember some business are still trying to recover after covid with staff numbers! But I promise it's worth it! Thank you Jane for making our wedding day so special!

Just a dull, forgettable venue really, plastic grass and 2 plastic trees are the most interesting things there, a council office block would have more character tbh. If you want your guests to pay silly prices for drinks and go home underwhelmed this is the place for you.

We should have left when we saw that the whole place was decorated with plastic flowers! Our ham and mustard sandwiches were dry and unappetising and we did not finish them, and the lattes were watery and bitter. Service was ok. The shop and cafe are in a large barn like structure with no appeal whatsoever.

Have been here so many times and never had a complaint but the last two visits have been terrible. Today was the worst food we have ever had here. Treated my other half to a full English at Bradmoor Farm which is a short walk from where I live. It was pretty busy by the time we got there and I had to queue for nearly 25 mins to order breakfast. However, as I walked back from placing the order they were already walking out with the tea, coffee and toast closely followed by our breakfasts. So although there was a hell of a queue to place the order the delicious freshly cooked breakfast came soon after. I will keep coming back. It’s a very very popular venue with cyclists/cycling clubs. Each to there own but standing in a queue with sweaty men dressed in Lycra was the worse part of my visit - they did pong a bit!

The meal consisted of very well cooked local produce, from the Sunday carvery, and was delicious. The service was very good. The only let-down was a lack of ambience in a large, minimalist, rectangular room. There is actually room to arrange the tables in a more interesting way, perhaps screening them off into more cosy groups in some way. This could make a real difference and also provide an opportunity to showcase some of the housewares on sale in the farm shop.

Came here by chance after a local pub not to far away was very busy, so i looked on my phone, at where else to eat nearby, and this place came up. It also was just around the corner from our destination, the Tiggywinkles animal hospital / visitor centre, (which without us knowing was closed today). But so glad the other place was busy, as the restaurant & farm shop is great, my dad had the fish, chips & mushy peas with a great homemade taste tartar sauce, our friend had the ham, eggs & chips, and myself the hunters chicken, and credit where its due, the meals were all great with very good produce and good prices! The farm shop is also very good, which we all bought some things, ive just put a breast of lamb rolled in a sage & onion stuffing in the oven, that i got from there, and so far its smells lovely. I only write reviews when i feel its necessary one way or the other, but well done to this place, kitchen staff & waitress's! plus very helpful shop staff on how to cook their produce! We will be returning for sure, thank you m

This Farm Shop probably provides the best Sunday Carvery in Bucks. Having been twice in as many weeks I have to say that the quality of the food is faultless. A choice of 3 roast meats (today, topside beef, pork and turkey) and a wonderful choice of freshly cooked vegetables make for an appetising and mouth watering introduction to the Carvery. My eagle eyed partner observed that the vegetable dishes were constantly being topped up with more freshly cooked items. There was a constant flow of very satisfied regular customers with a mix of parties of various sizes. At £14.00 a head, not only is the meal excellent value for money but it is very tasty and hugely satisfying as the vegetables are not in stainless steel deep dishes, thereby retaining their colour and freshness. The staff are most friendly, helpful and attentive. This Carvery is highly recommended.

If you’re thinking of using this as an office Christmas party venue when time doesn’t matter and your ride home isn’t due til 1am this is great - good food, generous quantity, good music / dance too. However our party arrived and was seated relatively early but the service didn’t start til everyone was all sat down and the service started at the furthest tables - great if that was you - but for us at the other end of the room who were seated by 7.15 we didn’t get our starter til past 8.30 (doubly unnecessary as all the options were cold so preparation cannot have been a consideration) and finished the meal altogether closer to 10pm. A serving plan which accommodates different tables ready to eat at different times would be a considerable improvement!!

We have learnt over our visits here that the food can be a bit slow coming out but is always worth the wait. So don’t go there if your in rush. The only let down about the hole thing is that the dining area is totally soulless. There are a few pictures on the wall, but it’s like eating in a school canteen. Nothing was too much trouble, in particular the lovely venue Events Co-ordinator Sarah who gave me great advice and was so patient with all my requests. Also to Jane, the owner of Bradmoor Farm. The food was superb and there was so much of it.

Agreed it was a very hot day but i would have thought the air conditioning would have worked. The restaurant was very crowded, naturally as the food and service is very good indeed. The drinks arrived whilst we were queuing for the car very. I didn’t have a pudding as I was pleased to leave the heat behind. However I would definitely go again but the place needs a few pictures etc and the air conditioning working would be good.

Took my elderly father for a Sunday lunch. The carvery was no better than average but the surroundings are boring with no effort made to give the place any atmosphere or appeal. Very disappointing.

I popped in for coffee when passing and couldn't have been more impressed. The farm shop had a wide selection of produce at reasonable prices.

Thank you everyone. We arrived for Sunday lunch plus dog for Sunday lunch on a hot day. My family from Wales in tow. Explained the dog predicament and asked for an outside table. Initially not available as patio being re-done. The owner called and thank thank you thank you made an exception and made a place outside for us ( plus dog ). Fabulous Sunday lunch which we all enjoyed. We all eat heartily and no one was disappointed. Great three roasts. Beef, turkey, and amazing ham. So succulent. Veggies a great choice a really crispy spuds. Yummy!. Exceptional service. Have to say they all went well over exceptional care. My family couldn't believe that buckinghamshire could be so reasonable price wise compared to Wales. Cannot rate everyone for such a good experience highly enough. After our meals really enjoyed the shop. Excellent value and the eggs worth going for alone. Again a big thankyou. Will be back.

The meat is fantastic, the veg is just as good. But I find the canteen like feel of the restaurant very cold, loud and echo-y.

Nearly as good as I make at home! The portions were large-if you wanted that much, but the first time we went there was the opportunity to have a smaller plate, which I didn't see this time. I think that is a good idea, as we aren't all greedy!

A great place for an excellent value for money Sunday lunch. Carvery style, choice of beef, pork, turkey with all the trimmings. Even second helpings if you can manage it! All for £14. Helpful friendly staff.

Myself and my partner came here for our Sunday dinner. We we're thrilled by the different options there were in meats, potatoes and vegetables, plus the gravy is excellent. The only thing that let it down was the Yorkshire puddings. They were so thick and stodgy, we couldn't eat them, sadly this was the only thing that let this meal down.

I had the lobster and it was lovely. All our meals came in good time and were piping hot. The staff were attentive and friendly. If you need a taxi I recommend Sarah's Taxi's. Excellent rates and service.

This time I went to Rumsey's with just my wife although I have been several times with other members of my family since I make a point of going every time we visit my son in Tring because I love the place so much. I haven't tasted such delicious drinking chocolate anywhere. It is always so rich and velvety. I adore the stuff and, I think, could very easily get addicted to it! In addition to the actual drink they give you a very delicious little biscuit to accompany it. Every time we go, we buy some to make up at home and I can tell you it doesn't last for long - well not long enough anyway. The café itself is not very big but there are tables outside if the weather is good. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and they also sell very tempting cakes and chocolates and some savouries. Parking in Wendover is very easy and the town centre is worth a visit in its own right. I urge you to go.

First visit. I love pies and had wanted to visit this pub for ages. I would love to have given more stars but was so disappointed that even though it was early evening my choice of pies were out of stock. Only about 6 pies available from a wonderful menu. For starter we had the vegetable soup and prawn cocktail - both very good. My husband had the fillet steak for his main course which he thoroughly enjoyed and I had my fourth pie choice option Chicken and Mushroom Pie. Unfortunately I felt the pie was overbaked as the top pastry was extremely hard and I could not cut through it or eat it. The chicken and sauce was delicious but could not see much evidence of mushroom. The vegetables and chips were cooked to perfection. Service was fantastic. The place itself looked as though it needed updating but definitely had character. The pub car park was a nightmare getting in and out. It did not help that someone had parked in the Exit so we had to leave by the Entrance! Would give it another try in the future.

Went for a family birthday lunch with my 11 month old. I phoned ahead to double check that they could accommodate a baby in their food options and facilities and was warmly told “yes of course!” When we arrived there was a high chair set up with no safety strap attached (broken as only half was missing) the food was okay, a lovely small portion of roast chicken for him which he loved. However, my issue arose when i needed to change my baby’s nappy. I went into the women’s toilets and there was no baby change facilities so I came out to ask the staff “I wondered if there are any baby chance facilities I could use?” And the man I spoke to replied quite offhandedly and rudely “no it’s a 15th century building what do you expect.” I ended up having to change my son’s nappy on the bathroom floor on a blanket, as the alternative was to walk him back to the car in the rain. I understand that old buildings have less space for baby changing etc, but as I had phoned in advance to double check, it would have been nice to have been pre-warned of this. I also didn’t appreciate being spoken to so rudely by the staff member.
