Inviting traditional tearoom serving a range of drinks, meals and cakes to choose from with friendly service.

Not having visited before, we met friends in the tearoom to have a catchup. What a brilliant place to sit and chat with coffee and cake or food. The tearoom is beautifully decorated and proper tablecloths on the tables. The shelves and the walls are filled with teapots of every shape and size. Service was excellent and with great humour. We felt very much at home. I do have to say, that the coffee is excellent. Very tasty and smooth, no trace of bitterness. The food is freshly prepared and cakes are home baked, all tasting lovely. I highly recommend this tearoom. We have already returned and will continue to do so.

Meal for two in our party were great .Two were not so Toad in the Hole was not so..You do not cook toad in the hole in a sandwich of batter your cook sages well through first then get batter pipping hot pour your batter over the top to rise over the sides ..Our sausages we defiantly not cooked .... I didn't like the curt remak said when I complained about the undercooked sausages ...Having bought up 4 children in a family of 6 for over many years I think I know how to cook toad in the hole.

Step back in time (in a good way).Proper tea in proper cups , toasted tea cakes, home made scones. Loved this place, friendly service, loved the old fashioned Christmas decorations & the fancy clock. We will be back.

I've just moved to the area and visited twice this week. The owners are lovely and very entertaining. Lovely homemade cakes. Definitely be back 😊

I love eating in here. the food often home made, and fresh and hot. The guys that work there make you feel very welcome. Its very quaint with all the pictures on the walls and the tea pots everywhere, even your cuppa comes with a teapot and cosy on it.

Our recent trip we had one thing on our to do list, go to places people go that lived there. Our friends took us for a walk to the Bondwood Tearoom and we weren’t disappointed. It was wonderful. The hosts were friendly and really make you feel welcome. The mother of one of the owners even crocheted the tea pot covers. Simply fantastic. And the tea and food was delicious.

Great place to go in Felpham Village, the owners are friendly and funny and it's cosy, reasonably priced and quirky!

We had cheese on toast one day and really enjoyed it. The lady who served us was chatty and friendly. We returned on the Saturday in the hope of enjoying toad-in-the-hole with vegetables. However, we had arrived 10 minutes after serving time and were ushered quite rudely and brusquely to the door by the owner. An unnerving and uncomfortable experience.

Went with a friend as another restaurant in the village was closed, for breakfast. Told by the proprietor that my friend could not have an omelette vas it was too early. Also the toast was very poor

Friendly is an understatement, the guy's do all the cooking and it's great. If it's a birthday they will make a special cake for you! Where else can you get such fantastic service.

Myself and friends who attend fitness classes nearby like to pop in for coffee and a chat. The service is friendly and the food on offer looks nice but have only tried coffee up to now although cake is tempting

Homely and welcoming with an excellent menu. Locals use the place regularly which is often a good sign.

Tea and cake, or a light lunch, or maybe just a sandwich, all good. You will find it very friendly not only the staff but everyone that go's there.

Este es un café acogedor hotelito en el centro de Felpham en el lado este de Bognor Regis. El café siempre está lleno a la hora del almuerzo y es muy popular entre los lugareños. Ir temprano o tarde si quieres evitar la multitud de comer. Cuando visitamos la semana pasada nos entretuvo el que nos servía de cuentos e información local, que era muy apreciado. Nuestros sándwiches tostados eran preciosas, pero la próxima vez elegiremos el toad en la que parecía delicioso hoyos y llegó en una generosa porción. Este es un restaurante sin pretensiones, con una estupenda comida y servicio amable.

Had a quick coffe in here while waiting for an appointment. Lovely atmosphere. Typical olde worlde tearoom. Lovely.

El servicio es siempre muy rápido y clave de humor dado, buenas comidas básicas y deliciosos pasteles para una visita agradable.

Un pintoresco Tearoom ofrece un buen menú, bebidas, comidas ligeras, sándwiches, comidas ligeras, chaqueta patatas, pastas y pasteles. Por desgracia, el pastel de frutas que pedí apareció sobre un plato todavía envuelta en su empaquetados y estaba seco. Si vas a servir pastel en un plato al menos salir del envasado.

Un cambio agradable de las 'patatas fritas con brigadas de todo.

bondwood es, de lejos, el más acogedor y agradable ambiente para aquellos que buscan un saludo cordial y servicial del personal y los dueños Mick y Rick. Nada es demasiado y la comida y el servicio son los mejores de la zona. Los costes son razonables y hospedajes estos días muy difícil de encontrar pero en Bondwood encontrará tanto. Visita y querrás volver.

Another of my favourite tea rooms! Delightful & immaculate surroundings, welcoming staff, beautiful menu - something for all! I visited with my mum, auntie & gran and we all had a lovely time. I highly recommend a visit it was worth every penny :)

We tend to visit Bondwood for brunch, and light lunch at other times. Food is plain English fare, served by charming staff. Any change to menu is welcomed and staff/ kitchen are very obliging in this. They don't serve chips at all, which is a welcome relief. There are small intimate tables which can be pushed together for a bigger party, and there is a big comfy sofa if you prefer to have coffee and cake while people-watching. Their omelettes are perfectly made, served with salad or fresh veggies. Emphasis is on home cooked food. Ambiance is jovial, lots of locals use this place, and placed on Felpham road is very convenient. Parking outside or large car park a short walk away.
