Tengo una suscripción mensual para la recolección de café durante los últimos 4 meses. Dicen que abra a las 8 am, lo cual es genial ya que puedo recoger antes del trabajo. 2 meses seguidos, no han estado abiertos, no hay información de por qué, he esperado durante más de 30 minutos y nadie ha aparecido. Además de esto se supone que tengo un reembolso de £ 3 cuando recojo, no he tenido esto de ningún pedido en los últimos 4 meses y cuando he llamado para averiguar cuándo tienen la intención de abrir, no hay respuesta, dejo un mensaje y no hay respuesta

As the Propyard Coffee shop was not open we popped in for a coffee. I only drink double espresso and mine was very good. My wife likes a very dry cappuccino with the foam spooned onto a double espresso. She explained this clearly to the young man who just said yes of course that is easy. It should have been easy but he obviously just poured the milk/and foam straight onto the coffee - this was not what she had asked for. Costa and Nero can always get it right but this young man thought he knew best! The almond croissant was very good.

We had been visiting an exhibition at the Propyard & walked past so popped in for hot drinks. We had two coffees and a hot chocolate and they were excellent, thank you!

Robyn, Jem and Vlad are a great team and produce great coffee to suit any taste. My company buys from them regularly and we are particularly fond of the one sourced from Guatemala. They are lovely people too who offer excellent customer service, they deserve to do well. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Can’t get a nicer coffee in Bristol plus the service is always lovely, I get the beans delivered to my flat now so I can always have Blind Owl coffee!

Terrible establishment, just refused to serve me because I would not pay by card, I'm pretty sure I was discriminated against because of race though, as soon as I walked in the shop the owner had a scowl on her face. Despicable.

54 Union Street, Bristol BS1 2DL EnglandWent to this café for breakfast on the recommendation of another. Being in the centre of Bristol, this is good value if you want a basic breakfast. I did not find the people serving particularly friendly or feel welcome. Service was quick but the quality of the ingredients’ poor. I had an English breakfast, bacon, sausage, toast, hash brown, poached egg and tinned mushrooms (which I left) whilst my wife had what they termed a sausage baguette. In reality it was a sausage in a panini. The coffee was on the thin and weak side. I will not be returning.

Shame that the charity that own the building are now heavily out of pocket.

Leighton Road Knowle, Bristol BS4 2LL EnglandThe roast dinner was as cold as the pub, The meat was chewy the roasters was hard and veg was sparse, usually we would stay and have a few drinks and dessert when dining out but this was very poor. Never again will we go back there.
