Food 3/10 Place 2/10 Prices 3/10 Food cold, place is scruffy, prices expensive, 1st time we have been and the last time we will be coming, don't know how you get all the 5 stars from, the chef used his bare hands to put food on my plate, NO GLOVES 🤭😷🤮

The food is excellent, one point, it they make cauliflower cheese, I wish there was some leftover cauliflower to put on its own, as I cannot eat cheese.

Visited for a wake, fu action room and toluets were clean. Had a buffet selection for food and a coke.

Delicious food. Lovely menu. Prices very reasonable Service was brilliant. Mark goes above and beyond to help. All staff are very helpful. 5 of us went in for my daughters birthday and had a lovely experience. Will definitely be visiting again.

Just had a meal at the Blacksmiths and would 100% recommend. Delicious food, piping hot and fresh. Really well presented and generous portions. To be honest better quality, value for money and service than alot of expensive country food destination pubs I have ate at. Friendly staff and locals, a great atmosphere! Will definitely be returning!

Im not in to anything but carverys think it's a family run pub always happy to accommodate for my sons allergys

Called in toady after work, after working in our own busy kitchen all day we couldn't be bothered to go home and cook for ourselves. We opted for the 2 meals for £16, Lasagne & Scampi, absolutely beautiful, cooked to perfection, full of flavour & well presented with generous portions. So glad we have booked here for Christmas Lunch 😋

Had Sunday carvery today four off us was beautiful food and the service was amazing with friendly staff will be going back again

This has been my local now for a few months. I have visited mid week for their Wednesday night carvery and Thursday steak nights as well as weekend lunchtimes when family are around or Sunday lunch. The menu is totally unpretentious and can only be described as "pub grub". Burgers, steaks, lasagne and a roast on a Sunday, you get the idea. All served with generous portions for sensible money. Throw in a good selection of beers and ales again at sensible prices with a warm welcome and theres very little not to like. This is not a town centre chain and even has live music on throughout the year but is essentially a local pub in a small village filled mainly with local people serving great food.

If you want fresh, lovely cooked food this is the place for you

Four of us visited on Sunday for lunch. Great food and service. People were lined up outside waiting for the doors to open, a little gem.

Excellent, we found this place a few months ago and this is our second visit and will be many more to come. Proper pub grub. You have to wait for the food to be cooked but in my mind that's perfect as it means cooked not microwaved. Reasonably priced too.

I called in here for Sunday lunch with my sister whilst house viewing around the corner. Arriving just after noon the place had a steady flow of customers but wasn’t busy. By the time we left, it was really starting to fill up Sunday lunch is your pretty standard carvery with various meats (beef, ham, turkey & pork I think) and all the usual sides including roast potatoes, Yorkshire puds, stuffing, veggies and nice thick gravy There is nothing fancy here just good food and plenty of it. Service was friendly and on the ball and the restaurant room was clean, bright and spacious We left feeling very full and satisfied. Just what you need on a Sunday lunchtime

Visited here for the first time tonight Thursday at 5.30pm. Have lived near here for a long time but never been and will definitely be going back. 2 adults and 2 children but 3 adult meals. We had a Blacksmith Burger, a Cheese Burger, gammon steak and a child chicken nuggets food came to £33. And a pint of Madri, 2 pints of coke and pint of juice was a further £10 very reasonable I thought. Portion sizes are massive and taste fantastic, there is always something different and better about none chain pub food. The atmosphere was good with music playing. Wasn't busy but do accept card. I think this is a little gem that I wish we had used previously. Puddings available at what appear to be very cheap prices, although we didn't have one, too full. Staff are attentive and polite. All in all a great visit and will be going again. Option of steak night on a Thursday which we didn't take up on but £20 for 2 steaks is good price.

Had a few meals down at the blacksmiths now all been very nice would recommend.

Just enjoyed a fantastic cheese and streaky bacon burger and fries - all superb. And the chocolate cake served warm with ice cream could not have been better! Strongly recommend this hidden gem.

Best mix grill around well worth it definitely be going back soon

Came for a carvery with friends and family for my birthday. Carvery was excellent, apart from a few burnt Yorkshire puddings nobody had any complaints. Will definitely be back xx

We've had a lovely meal served at The Blacksmiths Arms, Main St, Harworth. The meal was delicious, tender lamb falling off the bone, with generous portions of trimmings, homely cooked by the resident chef..highly recommended and nicely priced..worth a visit.

Really good steak night and a very good price too, 2 x 10oz Rib Eye, Serloin or Gammon steaks for £20, great value for money

Fabulous public house,the staff are so helpful, Sunday lunch/carvery was spot on,no long que's & catered for my coeliac needs. Full marks from me..! And I shall certainly be returning.

Our first visit but most definitely won’t be our last. Came for Sunday lunch with family and it was delicious everything was fresh and there was a good selection of vegetables the staff were lovely really friendly and attentive Will recommend this pub to family and friends Without a doubt.

When arriving here I asked if they sold coke in bottles as that my preference, was advised they don’t sell it but they may have had some from beer garden bar, so we settled in and ordered a drink. Clean pub nice garden through the back. Two females working the bar,when ordering our next drink we asked for extra ice and where advised very rudely that they had little supply ( Really), as this was local to where we were staying we gave it an other chance a few days later, only to walk into the pub and in seeing us said WE HAVE NO CANS. Not good evening nice to see again, so rude and after being closed for so long you would think staff would be appreciative of the business. Never have I met such a rude barmaid. Would never be back and would not recommend this pub under any circumstances

So we visited this fine establishment today and was not disappointed. Covid restrictions in place and adhered to. Now the good stuff . Food is only what I can describe as sexual. We all had different meals and did not make the ordering easy. We wanted chips not skin on fries , salad not peas, and the baguette warm so the cheese melts. Nothing was too much trouble . The landlady took it all in her fine short legs stride and the orders were delivered to perfection. My wife had fish but tasted my lasagne, the nephew had mixed grill and had meat sweats and the jackets potatoes reminded me of a fine pair of breasts, firm skin and soft underneath. The prices are great and my bill was that good I got slightly moist . All 7 of us (on two tables due to covid ) loved our meals and can not wait to visit again . I always like to support local but this is a place I would Gladly travel to .

Nice pub, great staff, very polite, only downside is that the SMOKERS were right next to the non smoking area rather than a bit further back so all the smoke was blowing right into my face x x

We ordered a delivery from the Blacksmiths, as we have many times, although we would love to visit again some time too! Each time the food has been hot, fresh and very well made. The burgers are top quality meat and the skin on fries are to die for, and the steak is perfect. We've also ordered the lasagne before and the Hunter's Chicken - all of which have been absolutely amazing! Delivery is always on time and to a very good quality as well. Prices are also very reasonable considering the large portions you get, and we've always been more than satisfied!

Well, we've been 4 or 5 times now, and can safely say its constantly excellent. As the wife is Coeliac, its a pleasure to be able to visit somewhere local with plenty of gluten free options, and the chef is willing to adapt other menu options to suit. Reasonable prices for quality grub, what more can I say. See you next Thursday......

The food at the blacksmiths arms is first rate been there twice over the last few weeks and must say that the food,service and atmosphere are second to none steak cooked to perfection garlic mushroom starter to die for need I say more anyone who lives in area this place is a must if you like great food combined with a nice friendly village pub atmosphere.

Beautiful meal at the blacksmiths.shaun is a fantastic chef,lovely hot meals with very short wait time. Great atmosphere and lovely staff highly recommended 👌
