Bill's Windsor in Windsor and Maidenhead

Brilliant breakfast at Bill’s in Windsor today. Food was served quickly, well presented and arrived hot. Great breakfast choices for food and drinks. Our server Tiffany was very friendly and helpful, checking for allergies and making sure we were happy with our seating. This is a warm and welcoming restaurant within the Royal Station - plus it also has covered outside seating. About a 5 minute walk from the castle and also close to the main shops like Daniel’s, Zara, Mango etc.

Really lovely waitress Dimitra, she took our order and was really great with my intolerance! So friendly and really helpful!

One of the most amazing breakfasts I've ever had. Service was spot on and a perfect setting with a beautifully decorated restaurant. Revisited again: Amaila was amazing and looked after us so well. So caring and chatting so well with the kids. She was great! Back again: Jan 2024 Adelle served us this time and as usual it was an amazing experience all round. Food was out of this world and service was on point.

Best English breakfast I've ever had in England

Came here for New Year’s Day and was very happy! We had a lovely server who was attentive and polite. All our food (chicken burgers, beef burgers and rump steak) were tasty and served in a reasonable time. Desserts went down a treat too! A lovely start to the year in a lovely venue, with lovely staff!

Had a an amazing brunch with my family at Bill’s Windsor. Our server Kagik looked after us really well. The food and drinks quality is really good. The restaurant is very family friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely location within the station complex. Staff were brilliant, the tables were clean and service was prompt. A fair selection on the menu, fair pricing and food was well presented. Sadly, the food wasn't as hot as we'd have expected and the salt pots were damp inside, making salt dispensing difficult. Otherwise, a lovely experience.

What a wonderful experience we had on our girls night out. A special shout out to our servers who were so accommodating of my extensive dietary requirements for my Caesar salad..special mention to the Asian server and the lady with braces and sincere apologies I didn't get their names.

Last minute booking at Bill's due to being at Legoland. Great location in thr train station. From start to finish service was brilliant, our waitress (who was the managers daughter)was considerate to our sons 12th birthday and brilliant the entire time we were there.. Bills 2 way chicken is definitely recommended. To top it off a candle on his pudding (which they gave him free) and they sang happy birthday to him!. 5/5 highly recommended

Had a fantastic brunch at Bill’s Windsor. We had a table booked for 9:00am but the Windsor Royal Shopping had a fire alarm at that time. When the alarm finished at 9:30, there was a large number of customers all sitting down at the same time and the team more than satisfied everybody's needs efficiently. George, our server, was fantastic and made sure all our needs were more than catered for. Thank you.

We popped in for lunch at Bill's, Windsor this morning having reserved a table in line. We were met at the door and shown to a table where we were given water and our order for drinks and food taken. The whole experience was very impressive and well up to the usual standards we expect at Bills. The food was great and although busy the atmosphere was also good. Perhaps most impressive at Bill's is the level of service and engagement from all staff. We find this to be a real differentiator and makes for a particularly enjoyable experience. Particular mention for Bilal although all of the staff are a credit. Thanks also to Spencer the manager, it was nice to meet you.

our server, Sebastian, was superb. he did a great job helping us and connecting with us. if I ate at this Bill's again, I'd 100% ask for him. made our evening better. the food was wonderful as well

Visited this restaurant on Saturday with my 3 year old son. I can safely say this was the worst service I have received. Firstly it took the waiter 20 minutes to serve us. After we was served, 15 or so minutes went past and we had still not received or drinks. As I was with my son I could not leave him at the table to try and find the waiter. Finally I managed to catch the eye of another waitress who was helpful and got us our drinks. We shortly after received our meals. Not once did a waiter come and us me how our food was or if we needed anything else. However I noticed the table next to me and the two opposite have a waiter check up on them regularly. We finished our meals and our dirty plates were left on the table for over 20 minutes without anyone clearing them up or even coming to ask us for deserts, but yet again all the tables around me were being served! It felt like we were completely left alone. Awful service.

Stopped in for dinner just off the train home from work. Lovely food and great service. Lady that looked after us, didn't get her name but lovely purple hair. Excellent service and very tasty food

Food was tasteless and service poor. Asked for water before meal no water provided. No plates provided for starter. Both had truffle chicken two ways. Didn’t provide a replacement fork Or napkin when serving. Don’t bother going. Five guys would be better.

We came across Bill's during our weekend visit to Windsor and are so glad we did. The food was amazing. I had the classic eggs benedict & fries, my husband had Bill's Bbq tray. We both had flavoured lemonades which were lovely too. The staff and the service was great as well. We also loved the ambience of the place as well. Would definitely recommend Bill's and would return again if in Windsor.

We have visited this bills on several occasions breakfast is solid we have never had a bad one food is tasty fresh and service is good! If you visit for lunch or dinner the disaster to decent experience chances are 50/50.

Had a lovely lunch at this restaurant on a three hour stay in Windsor during a boat trip from Runnymede to Windsor. It was very busy but a table was found quickly by the cheerful staff. I had a pot of tea and a lunch of sourdough toast with avocado, tomatoes, poached eggs and salmon. All cooked beautifully. Loved the ambiance it the restaurant and the wide choice on the menu. I thought the prices were more than reasonable. This is a great place to go if visiting the castle. Highly recommended.

We’ve had a good experience before, but today was awful. Terrible and slow service. We waited 20 minutes for someone to serve us. Finally got a menu, but no one took our order. Other people obviously very frustrated as well. We gave up and left.

Korean cauliflower, shawerma were below average. Santorini salad was rich in flavor.

The drinks were poured to perfection, and the service was impeccable. Remy who looked after us was 5* and made the night! Alfie and Hannah were very accommodating, and made sure all our needs were met during the meeting.

I went here to celebrate my husbands 49th birthday we came for breakfast and iv ended up with tummy ache and diarrhoea been 5 times already since I ate 6 hrs ago iv had nothing else to eat besides here. Its ruined all our plans. I won't be coming here again as its happened before from here but I thought asking for my eggs well done it would not happen again but here I am sitting on a toilet again after eating at Bills. Never again.

Eggs Royale was amazing! They are so kind and accommodating here. My coffee was lovely and my eggs were perfectly poached. You are right near the train station and castle with plenty of shopping options. The place is clean and decorated in a fun way. I would recommend this for Americans as the service is more what we are used to.

Stayed the weekend in Windsor & had a lovely meal on the Saturday evening in bill's, the staff were excellent service first class & the food was lovely

Just visited and unfortunately it was all very underwhelming. The staff were very friendly and nice but the food was pretty poor and I’m not usually a fussy person. They did knock my meal off the bill so I appreciated that as it was the fair and right thing to do so I am pleased they did that

It’s a wonderful breakfast! The food is delicious, atmosphere also brilliant, the only thing I don’t like is the waitress forget my order , I have been waiting 30 mins to receive my food.

Food is very average but with a 12.5% service charge. Service was not great either, no greeting from staff and even got looked up and down so felt very judged. For 12.5% would expect a smile and to be greeted. Overall did not feel great and food was normal.

Ordered the poached eggs with avocado on sourdough. Not toasted so it was like eating soggy bread. Such a shame as a nice atmosphere.

Right there as you get off the train or in the middle of some great shopping in Windsor! Extensive gluten free menu - probably the best I’ve seen. Good atmosphere, service was on point and the food as expected. Yes, I think we’re going to go back and try the brisket!!! 🇺🇸 Added Later: we did go back for dinner … and as predicted, solid!

We were at the train station and got some scones here. Unfortunately scones were not a good choice as it wasn't nice. Service however was good and friendly.

I was here for all meals. Lots of gluten free options, great variety and food quality. No cross-contamination issues. Great service.

Such an amazing experience this evening at Bills. Our waitress was lovely (sorry I didn’t get her name), it was a Birthday meal with my family and we had a nice big table. Food was delicious and the service we received was fantastic. Will definitely return next month, thank you 😊

Second time visiting Bills, thought I'd give it another shot. Food: Sub-par at best Service: Fast and friendly Atmosphere: Basic af.. Bathrooms were very clean.

Excellent brunch and gréât customer service!

I had Classic Eggs Benedict with fries for brunch. Egg Benedict was great, the ham was warm and the eggs were perfect. However, the fries are just normal fries, a little bit too salty. But overall was good! The location of the restaurant is just inside the Eton and Windsor Central train station, just 1 min walk after you get off the train. The waiters are nice and friendly. The only thing that disappointed me was that there were a lot of children in this restaurant, which means that it was quite noisy inside. This is neither the restaurant nor the children's family's fault, but people who prefer quieter dining places should be aware of this point. Or you could choose to eat at the tables outside which might be a lot better.

I spent a pleasant day also enjoying the local culinary traditions!

Delicious food and great service. The meatballs with potatoes were great and my wifes mediterranean chicken with pita bread and salad was delicious as well. We had the cream tea with scones and that topped off a great lunch. If ur in London or Windsor you have to try Bills.

Great food, me and my family loved eating here today. Loved the doughnuts I had for dessert. Our server was amazing today, when waiting for our desserts, she walked past when clearing tables and saw that we had been waiting a long time for them and they hadnt come yet. She went straight to the kitchen and asked about our food and apologised for the lateness of them. We didn't even say anything as we where having a good time chatting at the table.

We came for a hot drink and an treat and had a wonderful time. The staff here are wonderful. We were served by Adelle who was friendly and cheerful, and guided us through recommendations and did not let us down. We had afternoon tea which was delightful and there was such a lovely atmosphere and the service was impeccable. Would definitely go again and recommend bills.

My wife and I had breakfast at Bill's. The breakfast time service had a pleasant atmosphere and interesting decor to add to the ambience. Speedy and friendly service not to mention the food was really tasty. Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

Food was nicely presented, waitress no. 1 super helpful and friendly, (waitress no. 2 on another planet, thought she was doing is a favour by letting us dine there which was a shame, she let's the side down)

Came in early Saturday afternoon for cream tea (pot of tea and scones, Jam and cream). The scones were terrible! Not only small but had clearly been microwaved to make them warm as they went hard as rocks after cutting open. I complained and were brought out two more. Even hotter from being microwaved and again went rock hard. Had the cost removed from our bill and left yearning for a decent scone. Come on Bill’s, you do well on other food, perhaps just stick to what you are good at.

Our waitress Skye was incredible! She was quick to greet us, as well as being very attentive to our needs throughout the service. Food arrived quickly and to a high standard. Skye also recommend a few things of the menu which my partner and I loved (and will be returning again for). Usually, if the places we eat have quick service we feel rushed to leave but this was a very friendly and comfortable environment.

Cute cosy restaurant with lots of food options. Nice and calm atmosphere with interesting interior. We took brunch there, and I got amazed with vegetarian options. Tried for the first time Golden latte with turmeric, cinnamon, coconut milk etc.

Walked into this restaurant without anyone at the door, sat somewhere and went to ask for proceedings and to order. Was told the manager would sat and show menu. Eventually we saw manager and menu choices. Not really whowed by dishes, just simple and ordinary dishes. Service a bit so & so. Didnt feel to be welcomed, it looked as if staff were looking to close and end their shift. No offering on specific dishes or special dishes of the house. Ordered fish pie and chicken burger. Fish pie look too small for the price charged, no vegetables were available and little content of fish within the dish. The taste was ok!! The burger was not as i would expect, firstly it was fried chicken and not grilled, taste wise was ok and chips were very salty which staff changed them very quickly. We didn’t had dessert because of their unwillingness or upgrading to something else. Shame because restaurant looked nice and spacious. Took time to get noticed!!

Not my 1st visit to Bills, but definately my last. On 2 seperate occassions brunch has been a disaster, with orders not complete, and items missing, cold food, and patronising service.

We all went to theatre royal Windsor to see what was a great pantomime called Aladdin have been many times to this theatre

Great vibe in the restaurant as well as in the whole area. Lots of people enjoying the nice day. Food was good though the order was not exactly as placed. They rectified it quickly. The parking was a challenge as the large garage had filled to near capacity on this Sunday morning.
