Visited yesterday morning for family breakfast, the staff are brilliant and so attentive. The manager Jaz is also a true diamond. We left my husbands glasses and she looked after them carefully. Thank you

Nice decor. Our server seemed a bit disinterested. The classic burger and chicken burger were fine, they just didn't taste of anything. Burgers should be a great go to. The fries were a little undercooked. Unfortunately just very average.

It was my first visit to Bills and I chose to have a chicken shawarma which I enjoyed very much, it was tasty, the chicken was succulent and very filling. I had a Bill’s cider to wash it down and both were delicious. Service was very good and so was the greeting on entry. Nice ambience. Would recommend and will Come again to try the brunch and also the pancakes, they looked amazing

Excellent place to eat in Chichester. It was recommended to me and overall didn't disappoint. I had the share platter with dip, chorizo, bread, dumplings, pickles etc. Very filling and tasty. I then had the Bills flowerpot dessert but found it a bit disappointing. It looks great, but there was too much chocolate soil which tasted like Oreo cookies so not what I was expecting. The filling hardly tasted of passionfruit to me and in the end I could only eat about half the dessert. Glass of wine was good and service was friendly and attentive.

Unintrusive, good food, basic. Toilet rolls in a chamber pot on the floor of the bathroom stood out as bizarre. Go upstairs for the proper restaurant, downstairs for.... watching passers by? It seems clean, well run, and the staff reasonably well trained and efficient. Yet somehow the place lacks soul or a vibe. I'll probably go back if someone invites me in a year or so. Not bill's finest.

We came to Bill’s in Chichester to celebrate our mother’s birthday, but what we experienced was nothing short of discriminatory and appalling. We arrived at 11am and were immediately turned away by the manager, who claimed every table was fully booked and there was absolutely nothing available until 1pm- she extremely dismissive as well. As we walked out, we tried to book a table ourselves online just out of curiosity and within seconds, we got a confirmed reservation for 11:45am. We returned to show the booking, and instead of apologising or acknowledging the mistake, the manager gave excuses and treated us with clear hostility. After I walked away, she even rolled her eyes at me—something both of my parents witnessed. This was supposed to be a joyful family outing, and instead we were made to feel small, unwelcome, and blatantly disrespected. During our entire hour there, many tables remained visibly empty, proving that the excuse we were given at the start was clearly false. The fact that Bill’s charges for no-shows yet manipulates their own system to turn people away without reason is outrageous. Given the other racist encounters we experienced in Chichester that day, we strongly suspect this was not a coincidence. It is incredibly disheartening that in 2025, people are still being treated differently.

Lovely informal lunch with a friend. Served by very friendly and efficient server named Les . Usual high quality meal as I have come to expect at Bills. 1st time at the Chichester restaurant. Didn’t disappoint. Forgot to take photos but chicken Schwama and chicken burger chosen 10/10.

Went to Bill's for brunch with my friends and it was delicious. My eggs were cooked beautifully and my halloumi was gorgeous. The staff were very helpful and accommodating especially our waitress Tala. Thank you for the experience.

A fantastic welcome, amazing service and delicious food. Hats off to the whole team. This is our second visit and both times the food was exceptional and the staff are very attentive. A special mention goes to Lily and the manager for making us feel so welcome. This will be our first choice to eat in when we next visit Chichester.

Les is the absolute best and accommodated all our needs that experience was one J will never forget.

We had the most amazing lattes with turmeric ect. Chante was soo friendly. We were very well looked after and the atmosphere was great. Although we didn't eat the food looked amazing. Will definitely go back

After receiving an email from Bill's I thought we have not been there for a while so why not try it again. I checked reviews and they were positive, so off we went on a Wednesday evening. We had not booked. As we walked in we received a friendly welcome and offered a table and provided some menus. Lily our waitress arrived promptly and we ordered drinks. They arrived quickly. After pondering over the menus for a bit Lily took our orders. For starters my wife ordered the BILL’S STICKY DUCK SALAD, Crispy duck tossed in spicy BBQ sauce with watermelon, coriander & little gem wraps which was very tasty. I ordered the CRISPY CALAMARI, served with roast garlic & basil aioli and opted for the large as they vary so much between restaurants. Although it was very good, this was a mistake as their portion size was too much. Our main course order was the HALLOUMI BURGER, Chargrilled red peppers, hummus, red onion, sweet chilli sauce & pea shoots on a linseed bun served with garlic & basil aioli & rosemary salted fries and my wife said that was nice. I ordered the BUTTERMILK CHICKEN BURGER, crumbed chicken breast, seeded bun, creamy coleslaw, chipotle mayonnaise, tomato & upgraded the fries to Korean Loaded Fries, Fries loaded with spicy gochujang ketchup, cheese, chilli & crispy fried onions. I did not like the taste of the chicken burger and there was too much sauce inside the bun, so I left the bun and some of the coleslaw. I was not impressed with the Korean fires, so left most of them as well. The service provided by Lily was good, the food and drinks arrived in good time, but I felt the menu is limited and on the night the food I had was not that great. They also only serve beer in bottles, not draft which was disappointing. So I dont think I would go back.

Have eaten in Bill's restaurant in Lewes so thought this would be a safe bet. First I was told that the Caesars Salad wasn't available on the set lunch only on the a la carte menu. Weird as it contains exactly the same ingredients! Then it came and the salad bit were OK however once I started to try to eat the chicken it was dreadful overcooked dry and tough as old boots. I did complain and didn't eat most of it, despite which they charged me full price for it. So I basically paid £21 for a raspberry and pomegranate lemonade and a few mouthfuls of quite pleasant lettuce.

5 stars for every aspect of "Bills" but for me the price is to high. However, with increasing ruuning cost and wages/national insurance to pay.....it is was it is, you won't be disappointed with food, service or drink.

We went here as I had been told it was good, was sadly disappointed, we ordered brunch, food was cold, sausage very over cooked and rock hard, eggs the same, sloppy bacon, which was streaky, all broken in bits barely a full slice, tiny portion of mushrooms cut up in tiny pieces, I doubt there was 2 mushrooms! Potatoes were nice but barely warm, for £14 it was a big disappointment, The Latte was nice though and staff friendly. Maybe it was a bad day,

We visited yesterday for a belated mother's day lunch. The atmosphere was lovely. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The food was well cooked and there was lots of choice. Les our waiter was one of the best we'd had. He sensed the tone perfectly. He was chatty but not over the top. He was great with my daughter and nothing was too much trouble. I asked for some extras for her and he was more than willing and didn't make me feel like I was being fussy. We don't live in Chichester but we both said we would return specifically to this branch. Thank you!

It’s a Friday night and we were sat, ordered, and had our food brought out to us in literally 7 or 8 minutes max. Halloumi burger is a must.

Les on the bar was incredible, drinks looked amazing and bought a really good atmosphere from the bar. He went above and beyond to create a great time. Can't wait to come back.

Came to bills for breakfast on Saturday morning. We were sat down straight away by our lovely server les. He was very prompt with our drinks. Took our food order when we were ready. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Checked to see if our food was ok. Brilliant service 10/10

We always love coming here, and Tarla was amazing. Very attentive and such a friendly manner. We have already booked up for Christmas when my husband comes home off deployment because it's one of our favourite places to eat out. If you haven't tried Bills do so. You will be hard pressed to find a better combination of attentive staff, good food and value for money ❤️
