Bill's Restaurant in Chichester

I organized a party for 25 people, contact with the restaurant was very good, very helpful staff, they fulfilled all our wishes. food was very good, service was great. I recommend

We had a reservation of over 15 people so we had pre order our food, Bills were advised of my food allergie. However when my food arrived it had tomato on the plate. I advised the waitress that I can not eat tomato and that they were advised when the food was pre ordered. The waitress apologised and took my food away and said they would re cook my meal. Literally within a minute my meal arrived minus tomato. Unfortunately I noticed that on the top of my steak were tomato pips. I didn't want to cause a fuss and tried to eat the edges of the steak but it was cold and very chewy. I will never return.

I popped into Bills Chichester for lunch today with my 15 month old son. We didn’t have a booking, we were taken to a suitable table and a highchair was brought over for us. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, they interacted with my son who was a little under the weather. Thankyou for making a cheeky lunch treat enjoyable ☺️!

We really appreciate the staff at bills as a group of 7 of us had to look for somewhere on short notice and on a busy Sunday we couldn't appreciate this more, the festive french toast was amazing as well as the biscoff and vanilla pancakes. Ana's service was top tier and is a real value to the company. We will definitely be visiting again when we next visit Chichester.

Visited to celebrate a birthday. We travelled to this branch specifically following a nice experience in the summer. Everything was terrific again. The food was better than the previous visit. Our server Louise was super friendly and helpful. A very memorable visit.

Had brunch at Bill's Chichester with my wife and daughter and I was wonderful. The service was exceptionally good. The food was freshly prepared and delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them! We will be returning, soon!

Well done Bill's! We had another great meal at Bill's Chichester during the half-term break. Eating out, when you love food but have so many food intolerances is an absolute nightmare for me. The team at Bill's were just amazing and incredibly accommodating. Nothing was too much and they managed to bring lots of plates out to provide me with a lovely dinner. Please don't underestimate what a difference it can make to someone like me who absolutely loves food but annoyingly their gut does not agree. Although we thanked the manager & team, I don't think they could really grasp what a difference they made to me to be able eat a tasty dinner without suffering for days afterwards. Thank you!

We recently had a big family lunch at Bill's in Chichester and it was great, but the staff were particularly good and really looked after us. My Mum is not very mobile at the moment and without asking, they found us a more accessible table, to make sure she was okay. The food was really nice too! Really enjoyed it.

Frequently meet friends here for dinner - consistently good food, speedy and attentive service, and always a convivial ambiance. Last night we were looked after brilliantly by Tala and the rest of the team.

Well this place was a bit of a surprise. It’s tucked away but glad I found it. Super cool decor and was busy but ok to do walk ins. I ordered steak, eggs chips for my lunch and it was exactly what I wanted. Lovely chips, over easy eggs and thin cut steak cooked just how I asked. For vegans, there was the vegan breakfast! And it was jammed packed. Usually these fake breakfasts are rubbish but here we had a big full plate with ‘sausage’, ‘bacon’, avocado, beans, tomato, salad, toast, tata tots and scrambled ‘eggs’. No half measures here and it clearly had thought gone into it. Looking forward to coming back. Probably in the evening time to check some of the other menu out.

Best Bill's experience I have had. Great location with steam punk industrial finish. Staff greet and service excellent on a really busy time all tables busy. Food options great choice and well cooked. Presentation and flavours top notch. Prices fair at lunch time and location. Great job. Will go again.

Perfect service and amazing meals. Enjoyed a meal for four on the 24th. I cannot fault the friendly and professional service which was second to none. Sometimes it’s difficult to have a great meal for picky eaters, plus a type 1 diabetic and a vegan, but all meals were great. Excellent Caesar salad, great fish pie, lovely chicken burger and great vegan burger with salad. Thanks so much - cannot fault!

Good service from the start and really good calamari starter. Mains came out warm not hot. Asked if they could be reheated but apparently not allowed by elf and safety. But issue resolved incredibly quickly and well by the staff so that in the end this enhanced the evening rather than spoiling it. Actually made us both feel we were more likely to visit in the future Because of how well they resolved the problem Than if we had just had no problem. Very reasonable prices as well

Each Bills restaurant is very much similar, if you like one you will like them all..... the beauty of being a chain restaurant. But what they all have in common is the spaktastic Buttermilk Chicken burger!!! Seriously these things must have crack in them cause they be sooooooooooooooo good! Your welcome world!

We always love coming here, and Tarla was amazing. Very attentive and such a friendly manner. We have already booked up for Christmas when my husband comes home off deployment because it's one of our favourite places to eat out. If you haven't tried Bills do so. You will be hard pressed to find a better combination of attentive staff, good food and value for money ❤️

Fantastic food, served very quickly. Knowing that this is a popular, busy restaurant we asked for a quieter table and although it was not easy we were very happy to be asked which table worked for us. We were able to find a table that was perfect and enjoyed our evening a lot. Thank you

All good BUT I did not like the 12.5% service charge added to the bill. A service charge should be optional and at the discretion of the person dining. Adding a service charge to the bill is poor practice and will make me think twice about eating in a Bills restaurant again

I had the bills classic burger, it was okay not the best thing I’ve ever had though. My friends got the buttermilk chicken burger and they loved it and said it was amazing!

Overpriced menu, not a huge amount of choice. Two of us ordered the steak which would have been nice had it not been covered in salt. I'm all for seasoning but this tasted like someone tipped the entire pot of salt on the steak. For pudding tried the flower pot dessert but no trace of the fruit, just a thick gloopy mass topped with chocolate dirt and served in an edible pot. I really won't be going back and certainly wouldn't recommend as an eatery. The staff were very friendly and attentive but that's all I can say is good.
