Bill's Restaurant in Eastbourne

Lovely place to eat, wasn’t busy when we went and table service was exceptional, food and drinks very nice. We were served by Jess T who was cheery and attentive, they made us feel comfortable and well looked after. Will be back!

Delicious brunch at Bills. Extra attentive and helpful staff on arrival and throughout, food came quickly and was delicious and reasonably priced. Especially with the bottomless pancakes for £5 on a Friday! Would recommend.

I had a 8oz rump steak plus peppercorn sauce with a glass of red house wine. The meal was exquisite, as well the atmosphere was fantastic after a recent refurbishment. The dessert hit the spot with the banofee pie short bread ice cream. Would highly recommend as well the server and staff were fantastic!

Henry was brilliant, very helpful, very patient. Food was great, really tasty and fresh. Great atmosphere lovely venue. most excellent! Definitely be back :)

We absolutely love coming to Bills, we have been to Bills on many occasions, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and every time it never fails, there is always consistency, would like to mention Laura a server/waitress of ours on many visits she is always very helpful and always very cheerful and polite.

Love going to Bills. They cater for my Gluten free diet beautifully. All staff are great but had the pleasure of being served many a time by the fabulous Laura, she is always helpful.

We had a lovely meal for my mum’s birthday. Great table, great food and great service from Esme who was really smiley and attentive.

Avocado on toast was amazing. Service was great. And plenty of time to eat and relax. Didn’t feel rushed. Great coffee as well for a small client meeting. We felt we could host meeting without any disturbance and plenty of space and plug sockets to work. Will 100% return

Me and my fiancé came here for a Saturday brunch, all the staff are so friendly and polite, they make you feel so welcome it’s lovely! We did however have to ask three times for some tap water and they forgot to bring our condiments over after giving us the food, although it was a busy Saturday morning so not a major issue there. The food on the other hand never disappoints!! Looking forward to the next visit!

Today I can honestly say I’ve had the best service ever! My family and I came in for a long over due catch up, and enjoyed every single second! Our server (faith) was fantastic! We really were made to feel welcomed! The food was out of this world, I really recommend the shawarma! But all in all the most important part of going out for a meal is the waiter/ waitress, and all I can say is bills! You’ve got an absolute winner on your team! Well done faith👏

We came to Bill's for the £5 unlimited pancakes every Friday. The pancakes were amazing and I couldn't recommend it enough. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back again

Great experience. Highly recommend. All staff amazing with my allergies and intolerances. The menus even has a way of filtering them out which was very helpful.

Great place. Staff is exceptionally bright and cheerful, and inside is amazingly cozy - I don’t know how they do it. Food is great too - really enjoyed the chicken shawarma, spice blend was top-notch. The signature Bills lager they serve adds to the personality of the place.

Not only was Lucy very welcoming and polite they had taken my allergy very seriously as well as the other members of staff too. Thank you so much for an amazing yummy meal (compliments to the chef) and for being very attentive with my allergies.

The steak was a bit tough, my plant plate was very big and filling, the staff were lovely and helpful with great personalities. Especially Sydney and Rob.

Sydney welcomed us, gave us a choice of seats and presented our menus. We were treated to a free bottle of Prosecco as my wife had a voucher for her birthday and this was brought to our table in an ice bucket promptly, getting lunch off to a great start. We haven’t been to Bill’s for a while and do the lunch menu had changed a bit. My wife had already chosen what she knew I would like and I have to say, the Duck Curry was absolutely superb. A stunning array of flavours beautifully presented on a platter. I think this might be the best thing I’ve ever had at a Bill’s restaurant, and the bar was already set high ! The chef who dreamed up this delight is a genius ! Anyway, Sydney continued with her excellent service throughout, even on our departure with a friendly goodbye. The restaurant was clean and well presented, even the toilets. And a nice atmosphere too. It’s nice to go somewhere where conversation isn’t drowned out by over-loud music ! I look forward to further visits through the year, and I’ll definitely be having another serving of that Duck Curry !

Nice spot of lunch,lovely venue ,good food and friendly service

We are regulars at Bill's in Eastbourne and the service is generally always good, with tasty food and reasonably priced (although I benefit from Blue Light discount also). We visited a couple of weeks ago and were served by the very friendly and charming Rob. He is welcoming and chatty in a way that stands out compared to other places that we've eaten.

Our waitress Alannah was very attentive and gave superb service. Food was delicious and atmosphere was boujy!

Lucy looked after as very well from arrival to departure. We had two young children with us and she ensured that they were very well catered for, and they enjoyed the colouring sheet and games provided.

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in a long time. The staff were really great, they were attentive and helpful without being intrusive. The food was absolutely brilliant, I can highly recommend the corn ribs. The fish pie was also one of the best I've had in a restaurant. The calamari was crisp coated and soft without being chewy. Will definitely be going there again.

Lunch time visit. Service by Alannah was great. Main meal classic beef burger was very greasy but apart from that it was all as expected.

Came here to meet with a friend/ colleague for lunch. We didn't have much space and felt like we'd been crammed in. They're clearly making the most of floor space, which I guess is understandable but harder to hear the conversation with a very large long table close by with a large group of mothers and children. I must add that the booking was simple, the waitress was very friendly and the food was lovely, withouta long wait.

First visit and would certainly come again

She made the visit special and made me feel special - her smile was genuine and effortless, her manner was confident and assuring and her knowledge of the menu was total!! Really enjoyed our visit to Bill’s at Eastbourne. Only criticism is the lights were dimmed a bit too dark and it was making me tired! Hannah our waitress was very attentive and gave very efficient service 😊
