Had a lovely time here and amazing food. Was all hot and service was very quick. Was clean and tidy and atmosphere was perfect. Can’t thank Chloe enough, she was always there when we wanted something, had the table cleaned straight away for us. Many Thanks will be back again soon for sure. X

Recently visited Bills for lunch and was served by a lovely waitress called Chloe. Chloe was quick to serve me and answered any questions I had on the menu! Amazing service from Bills, thanks to Chloe!

Visited Bills as a walk in and did not disappoint. Usually dubious of the chain restaurants. But the service at the Eastbourne branch made the meal well worth while. Our order was taken promptly by Chloe which was unexpected due to the busy time of year. One of our orders was a little tricky due to dietary requirements and Chloe was patient and took the time to explain/record everything. Pleasantly surprised to feel so welcomed! We would definitely consider revisiting next time we are in the area. Food was also good and served hot without too much of a wait.

Had a lovely Sunday brunch here. Served by Grace within a few minutes of sitting down even though it was busy in restaurant, we got our coffees and then she recommended some great choices which we ordered and loved!! Great service throughout thankyou so much Grace!

Recently went to Bills for Brunch, food was great and our server Grace was really attentive made sure we had a lovely meal.

Came here for lunch with my mum. We were apprehensive as it was our first time at a Bill’s, our server was Grace and she really made us feel welcome. She was so kind to my mum who is hard of hearing and really helped her when navigating the menu. The food was delicious and Grace ensured we were happy. Would definitely come back again and thanks to Grace we had a fabulous lunch!

Had a great dinner here with my wife and teenage daughter (who can be fairly difficult to please). Our server was Grace, she was amazing! She really made us feel at ease and chatted away with my daughter who loved her. She now wants to come back every weekend.. wouldn’t say no! Thanks Grace, excellent service.

Can be OK. Have had good food and service, but also poor. Personally like the ambience but it's spoiled by crowds of organic mothers with babies.

Food was delicious rarely ever order steaks when eating out as they tend to be sub par but I loved the rump steak, and the burger was perfect and tender Jess was an absolute star give that lady an extra bowl of chips

Had such a great night!, I have been before trying the bottomless pancakes but this time I tried the festive menu. My top choice were the huge pigs in blankets with cranberry. Big thank you to our waitress Imahlia who was very polite and caring towards our needs making us feel welcomed and looked after.

What a great find, prior to a gig at the Winter Gardens. The food and wine was fabulous but. Lovely LUCY made our dining experience all the better. She's a credit to the restaurant. Great service with, lovely genuine smile.

We were Greeted by a lovely lady Jess.M who was very friendly and attentive. My husband is gluten free and there was no problems with him ordering food. Food portions were much bigger than we thought and have left being very stuffed and satisfied. We were Very happy with everything. Thank you Jess.M and to all the other staff too xx

Amazing Christmas meal. Delicious turkey although the steak looked amazing.

We were there with a large group, which many restaurants might struggle with. But we were well looked after, the service was really nice and friendly and the food was top notch. Thank you for looking after us!

For a large work meal, the service by Wallis by Caia was excellent. Food came out speedy, as did the drinks. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We went in to Bill's in late November after many years! I don't think we enjoyed our first and last visit all those years ago, but this visit was an entirely different experience! Firstly the atmosphere was so much more relaxing and welcoming, and Chloe our server that afternoon was a true delight. She was friendly and very helpful, we felt very looked after with all the weight taken off our shoulders! We were having a really tough day, and it's just the haven we needed! We opted for the bottomless pancakes, which looked and smelled delicious on arrival. The bottomless hot drinks were also most welcome! I had the pancakes with fruit, my husband the biscoff ones. They were really enjoyable, with plenty of maple syrup provided to pour out to our taste. We could barely get to the end of the five pancakes, they were so filling. So the challenge to have a second round beat us!! But it's a very generous offering and a lot of fun! The only thing I'd say is that the pancakes do get a bit dry to eat by the time you get through them. But that's a minor complaint. If you're not ordering the bottomless pancakes but the brunch ones you might be better off going for 3, rather than 5. They're blimmin' massive! ;)

The Christmas menu was amazing and better than any other venue I have had in previous years, they adapted to changes in our party size late notice with no fuss and great ease for us to arrange. Esme was a great server and attentive to what we needed, we left feeling very satisfied with the whole experience 😊

We had a great meal at Bills tonight after a day's Christmas shopping with exceptional service from Esme, who really made our meal relaxing. We also left some of my son's football cards and needed to go back and the staff were so helpful and they had been put safely away for us.

Really disappointing. Went with 15 colleagues for Christmas meal. Staff initially very attentive when selling extra food and drinks. Waited a long time for starters and then a further hour for mains most of which were luke warm and some cold. When we complained we were given the excuse that they had lots of bookings. Yes bookings with food pre-ordered so were well aware of how many and what they were catering for. As some requested their meals to be replaced with hot food they didn't eat for nearly 2 hours after our booked time. The cheese platter consisted of a triangle of brie about.the size of a dairylea triangle and a quarter of a small truckle of cheddar, some chutney and 4 wafer crackers. They then had the cheek to add on an optional service charge on all food and drinks without the option to refuse until we asked after they had taken payment. I would definitely not recommend.

Jess H was so lovely and helpful. She would come over to our table now and then to make sure we were ok and if we needed more drinks or food. She was especially helpful when I asked her specific questions on our bill. The drinks, food and service were amazing! Thank you very much for an incredible night ☺️

SERVICE CHARGE is Bull. Ridiculous!!!! If you want to give Money to people who are already being paid to do their job! It's your own choice and disgretion! Not to be secretly added when you have not been directly informed by a person who is supposedly serving you. It's wrong. Gordon Ramsay is the biggest one to say. SERVICE CHARGE is not OK

Works Christmas party, had such a lovely evening, the food was delicious especially roast potatoes! Staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was great. Perfect place to have a Christmas meal.

Had a fantastic meal from the Christmas menu. The main was delicious. Charlie was the best server I have had in a long time and put up with our requests (particularly mine with lots of dietary changes!). Thanks Charlie for adding to the fun evening! Bill’s is so lovely especially at Christmas - we have our annual book club here and this year was the best yet!!

I had lunch with my brother to celebrate his birthday. We were given a table of our choice. The waitress we had was a lovely girl called Esme - friendly and attentive without being intrusive. She kindly took a picture at our request. Water and drinks were served quickly but we were not hurried into making our order. Our respective meals arrived very quickly and we're excellent. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food. Delicious, plentiful and hot finished off with a nice coffee. What more could you want? I would definitely recommend and would definitely return. Big shout out to Esme who looked after us and was a delightful young lady!!

Very attentive staff and delicious food!

Excellent breakfast (especially the smashed avacardo!) Esme made sure that our party's allergy needs we taken care of and she even recommended ghe excellent gluten free sourdough bread (which was delicious!)

Wanted a little halloween treat and our waitress, Esme, was kind enough to ask the chefs to make us the spooky pancakes from the lunch menu for breakfast. Also had a great reccomendation for spooky season smoothies.

Party of ten food and service was excellent ! Been a few times and the staff are always good .Jess and Ellie were our servers and they were great . Will definitely return .

Dining at Bills was an absolute pleasure. Sydney, our server, couldn't have been more hospitable or attentive to our needs. The food was simply delectable and cooked to perfection. They really take their time preparing everything meticulously and it shows. I particularly recommend trying the Bills sharer - it was out of this world! In fact, I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Trust me, if you're looking for a memorable dining experience, Bills is the place to be!

Loved bills but now it's cash only so I won't give them my custom.
