Fair food for the price, but downright poor service - abrupt, cold and indifferent.

Excellent breakfast (especially the smashed avacardo!) Esme made sure that our party's allergy needs we taken care of and she even recommended ghe excellent gluten free sourdough bread (which was delicious!)

Very fun dining out experience, love Bills! Great menu with my current favorite item being the hot honey chorizo. Exceptional customer service from Imahlia, friendly, attentive and made me feel taken care of.

Wanted a little halloween treat and our waitress, Esme, was kind enough to ask the chefs to make us the spooky pancakes from the lunch menu for breakfast. Also had a great reccomendation for spooky season smoothies.

Party of ten food and service was excellent ! Been a few times and the staff are always good .Jess and Ellie were our servers and they were great . Will definitely return .

Lovely experience dining at Bills. Our server Wallis was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. The atmosphere was very calming and facilitated a comfortable and welcoming vibe. Will dine here again!

Dining at Bills was an absolute pleasure. Sydney, our server, couldn't have been more hospitable or attentive to our needs. The food was simply delectable and cooked to perfection. They really take their time preparing everything meticulously and it shows. I particularly recommend trying the Bills sharer - it was out of this world! In fact, I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Trust me, if you're looking for a memorable dining experience, Bills is the place to be!

We ate here as a group of 8 people Saturday evening and were served by Esme, who was cheerful, friendly and efficient. The food and drinks were good value for money. We had a leisurely meal and weren’t rushed at all. Thankyou Esme!

Not having been to a Bill’s restaurant before , and with a mixed group of diners aged between 24 and 89 I wasn’t too sure if Bill’s would be the right choice. It certainly was, our server Esme was happy to put orders on seperate bills, the menu choice was just right and the food served in good time, and was all hot and tasty. A great evening in a great restaurant !

The service and coffee were brilliant. Often come to Bills for food and/or coffee as it’s such a lovely, calm environment with excellent staff. Grace in particular served us with a smile and so attentive. Would definitely recommend!

Couldn't have been happier with our first visit to Bill's, Eastbourne. We were seated quickly and served by a tall, young man with dark hair who was absolutely brilliant throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble and our food came out quickly. Our chicken caesar salads were the best we've ever had and my son gave his bacon pancake stack a 10/10 rating. The experience felt very relaxed and friendly and all the staff we encountered were fab. We will definitely be putting Bill's on our favourites list and highly recommend it for a cosy place to eat.

I have been to Bill’s Eastbourne many times in the past and I have always loved it. However, my most recent visit was probably the best yet. The food was delicious as it always has been, and the service was top notch! Special thanks to the tall waiter (I think his name was Charlie), who was very helpful and provided a great service. I will definitely continue to come here, as it just seems to be getting better and better!

Came for my boyfriends birthday meal. Had lovely food and service was great!

My husband and I just had a really, really good breakfast at this Bills! We decided to come here last minute on a rainy morning for a cosy breakfast - and we are so happy we did. The food was really delicious and fast. Laura, our server, was also very nice and very attentive. Highly recommend as a great breakfast and brunch spot - one of our favorite Bills in the area. ☺️👍🏼

We visited on a Sunday around midday as a birthday treat for my sister and we wanted to give a shoutout to Esme our waitress who was genuinely so polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble at all. Our food was lovely despite taking a while to come (this was probably because we have allergies so it had to be prepared separately in the kitchen). Have always loved Bills and would always recommend it for a varied menu and lovely experience.

My girls and I came to bills for their bottomless brunch for a hen do. Grace was our host and she couldn’t have been more attentive. I spoke to her beforehand about coming in to decorate with some photos and she even helped me put them up to make our area look ready for our hen. Incredible service and the food was excellent! Great value for money. Would definitely recommend!!

We were able to order smaller portions which was great as we only needed a snack. Our waiter Rob was really helpful and polite. Overall, a lovely experience.

Always a great meal and the staff are so friendly and couldn’t do more to help. In particular, Jess M, she’s been brilliant every time we’ve visited. Looking forward to going back with Phil and the kids for the big birthday coming up!

Met friends for lunch, we shared delicious starters followed by fish pie and sea bass which were equally good. Served by Jess who I believe is the best thing since sliced bread !!!

Absolutely in love with this gem It is so close to the seaside, wasn’t that crowded when we were there. fresh food and cold drinks. Service always fantastic and the food is very good, lots of choices, definitely book before going, can get full very quickly.

Visited for a family meal as a group of 7. We had booked a table and were seated promptly. The food was good however we found the service lacking. Ordering was difficult because of the noise in the restaurant and the server did not move around the long table. Meals took a fairly long time to arrive and desserts even longer. Coffees were ordered along with the desserts but these were delivered 15 mins before the puddings arrived. We waited longer again for the bill. Being now in a rush to leave it wasn’t until afterwards I realised I’d paid an “optional” 12.5% service charge which had been added to the bill. I would have removed this had I noticed. Unfortunately I will not be visiting Bill’s again in a hurry.

Excellent service, by Lucy K. She was very attentive and made our meal a very enjoyable experience. The food was very good and well presented. I thought the price was pretty reasonable too.
