We accidentally got given a teapot of boiling water and they were very nice about getting us actual tea lol. The food was pretty good, amazing chips.

Lovely food, good selection of gluten free food. Our waitress was Akansha, she ensure that our orders are right and there was no mixed ups, as our group was big with many diet restrictions.

We had such a fantastic time at Bill’s Restaurant in Eastbourne! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and looked after by Henry, whose service was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home throughout our visit. The food was equally impressive – everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that care and quality go into every dish. The restaurant itself was spotless, well-organised, and had a lovely atmosphere that made for a very relaxing meal. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning again soon. Highly recommend!

Hadn't been in a couple of years as menu not great. Now has a better menu. Bit pricey but food better now. Got told twice before before being seated was card only. Wine expensive.

Not sure how it is that a place like this is in Eastbourne - a real gem. Good food, amazing interiors and very nice staff. Just a point down because they were not able to serve aperol spritz and pinot noir even if on their menu but the staff went the extra mile to try to please me - the brought me tastes of different wines and helped me with the selection. Love the menu / very inspiring and original dish options. Also they were so accommodating with my children, bringing immediately papers and colours for the old one and all the essential to warm milk for the baby.

A complete gem in all of Eastbourne! The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The chef cooked the seafood sharer to perfection. They have an interesting menu with cool quirky dishes (even a dog menu!). The exterior seating area is comfy and modern, similar to the cool interior. A definite must - visit !

We had a lovely birthday meal here. Sydney was a really friendly waitress throughout, always checking in on us, and our food came quickly and hot and tasty!

We went here for my mums hen night (to line the stomach 😏) the staff were very attentive, they even brought over a complimentary glass of bubbly for her 😍 the service was amazing, answering every question we had with a friendly manner. The food was amazing, everyone enjoyed their meal, I had the vegan shawarma which was delicious and filling, they have lots of vegan options which pleasantly surprised me. The overall experience at Bills was 10/10 and we can't wait to go back 🥰

Visited Bill’s this weekend for a bank holiday brunch. We really had such a lively time. The food was zingy and fresh and our server Esme ensured that we were comfortable and felt like we were VIPs! Thank you Esme.

An excellent experience, lovely waiting staff with Sydney really going the extra mile. Bills Hot Sauce is insane and nearly blew my head off. Asked for a bottle, and they kindly found me one. Really need to sell this again.

We attended recently as a party of four for a late breakfast. The restaurant was busy but we were seated with no issues and looked after well from the start by Maia, who was very friendly, attentive and professional. The food came quickly and there was enough on the menu to satisfy everyone. A great meal and we have already booked again.

Wife forced me out for lunch, reluctantly agreed to go to bills. I was very pleasantly surprised, the food was great and Charlie are server was great and made our visit that much better. Sadly the lunch ended and I had to go home with my wife.

Food was lovely, our server was brilliant, Maia, she seemed to be everywhere at once, but was always with us with a smile exactly at the right time, ordering clearing etc. She even talked me through the deserts but I was too full from my brunch.

Had an amazing lunch at Bills yesterday! Kept it quite simple with a 'Classic Chicken Caesar' salad. It was everything you expect in a salad but could've done with a bit more sauce in my opinion! 😛 The service was outstanding! there was a lovely girl called Maia who helped us. I was working to a tight meeting schedule last Tuesday in Eastbourne and needed a quick lunch with a colleague, who recommended Bill's On arrival, the staff were friendly and welcoming and in particular, when I explained we had limited time, Grace was very efficient and attentive, making extra special to ensure we were comfortable and that the food came quickly. The food was great and Grace made the overall experience very positive. Thank you to Grace and the Team, for all the hard work and I will be back to Bill's Eastbourne again in the future.

My sister and I popped into Bills for a quick lunch! It quickly became boozy - LOL. Our server was Charlie, he was just fab. From start to finish, Charlie was an absolute gem—attentive, super friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Can't wait to be back for another boozy lunch ;)

The midweek set menu had limited, and disappointingly boring dishes, so we had to opt for a la carte. Fortunately both the duck curry and fish pie were excellent, as was the desert chocolate brownie. Nothing was cheap, with the 12.5% service optional, but automatically added on.. However service ( mainly Rob ) was both friendly and efficent. The experience was let down a little because of badly ripped seating. It really does need replacing!
