Spectacular Persian food and incredible service. Had dinner on a Sunday evening celebrating a family birthday and the service and assistance from the beginning to the end was unbelievable. The hosts are very welcoming and really know how to take care of their customers. Big compliments to the Chef for making some of best Persian dishes that put all the Persian restaurants in London to shame. Great location too, 5 minute walk to the Thames for a good stroll to digest the food. First time dining here but will definitely not be the last. Big thanks to Erfan and the team.

We had an exceptional dining experience with delicious cuisine, welcoming staff (Erfan is very friendly), and an inviting ambiance. The food presentation was so impressive that I got lost in the moment and forget to snap a photo.

We took our Iranian son-in-law here for his birthday and the staff took such good care of us. Organising a cake and candles for him without even being asked 🥰. The food and service were great, we had a fantastic evening and the prices are reasonable. Thanks so much guys, see you again soon.

I met the new owner of the restaurant who welcomed us. It's a few times I have tried this restaurant. Dinner time! It was quite busy. We had Persian Starter & main course and drinks. The fresh bread is so delicious. We preferred Kashke bademjoon more than Mirza ghasemi. Mirza ghasemi was needed to be thick. The lady who served us is so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend it. I would go back again 💯

The quality and quantity of each dish is great. Furthermore, the service is very friendly and nice. We have been there for Persian new year and they've offered free goodies as well. We ordered Kobideh, Persian shish kebab (Shishlik) and lamb shank. Their Shish kebab is one of the best Persian shish kebab in the UK (Shishlik is not an easy dish and making it perfect would be a complicated task). In terms of service, I must mention Saeed and Alyien, they've been fantastic to provide the best service for us and my niece (a little cutie that usually does but eat restaurant food)! I highly recommend this restaurant and will visit them more.

I had not realised this gem of a Persian restaurant was here. Try a kebab. They are served with basmati rice, a roast tomato and a salad with pomegranate seeds in. We had our take away and it was wrapped so well, by a great host. Will be back.

We visited this lovely place at lunchtime. As a family of 4, we had 3 paninis & a toastie between us, as well as hot & cold drinks. The drinks came quickly. All the sandwiches were freshly prepared & we all enjoyed what we chose. The staff were really friendly & we even had sweeties when they brought our bill. Well worth a visit.

As a persian it is hard to find a decent Persian restaurant that reflects true persian cuisine. I suggest that if you want to have an authentic Iranian food experience, come to this restaurant, you must try the dish of Lamb shank with vegetables rice(baghali polo ba mahiche) 😍and enjoy the warm hospitality of the restaurant owners.

We've been walking past this eaterie for years but never stopped. Today, we stopped and went in to eat. My husband and I have eaten Persian food in London and elsewhere over the years so it's familiar food for us. We had mains, both lamb and chicken/lamb dishes, as well as lavache type bread. Persian tea is something new that we tried and liked. Food was well cooked and tasty and what we'd expect. The staff were friendly and proud of their food, as they should be. Very happy with dessert too. All in all a great late lunch experience. We would recommend eating there if you want Persian food. We'll be back soon!

Very accurate Persian food. Even made us two Tahdig despite it not being on the menu (and hard to make quickly). Lovely bread and all the meat was cooked perfectly.

Very disappointed. The first time we came was a year ago, it was okay. Customer service was slow and it took 45 minutes for dishes to come out. We decided to come again recently to give it another chance but we were let down. Upon arrival, there was a table for four by the window (we were a pack of 3) but we were led to seating upstairs. We politely requested to sit downstairs where ambience was enjoyable and warmer, but staff insisted there was no seating available downstairs. Upstairs the lights were off, no heating was on, no tables were set, and no customers were sat there. We had to turn on the lights ourselves and request for heating. Immediately we felt uneasy. As we went back down to check the seating again, the tables we requested for previously were taken by local British people. As we are Asian, it is highly suspicious that this is a discriminatory act. The longer we dined, no customers were sat upstairs. The only customers who came upstairs were those who needed the bathroom. We felt secluded and deeply upset. Food took a while to be served as with our previous experience. I will not be back as there was no sense of respect and honesty met with our concerns.

First time at Bijans Kitchen :) had a lovely time! They serve good selection of food and drinks. The service and atmosphere was great. We ordered Kashk-E-Bademjan with naan (starters), kebab momtaz + Baghali Polo Ba Mahicheh (mains) and Persian ice cream with baklava (dessert). Would definitely come back again.

Truly wonderful and varied flavours in every dish we ordered, and excellent Persian tea. The staff are very friendly and helped by recommending a banging mazeh selection. Loved the place and the decor too, down to the little details. If you are 2 I'd recommend getting a meze selection and sharing a main - the portions are generous. Henley is lucky to have such a little gem, made me wish they opened a sister restaurant in London.

Very poor service food and ambiance. The 6 place table next to us was not cleared from when we sat down, and remained so for the 40 minutes we are. Room very cold, food very tasteless

We went for an early dinner on a Sunday evening after a trip to the cinema. I am a Coeliac and so I need gluten-free food and this was not a problem here as a large proportion of the menu is GF without alteration. All the food was very, very good. Freshly cooked and well presented. We also enjoyed the Persian tea, which is very refreshing. We will definitely be visiting again.

Disappointing. The pancakes were cold and not made on site and the 'maple syrup' on the menu was golden syrup. Machine made flat whites too. Minimum quality for maximum cost.

Sat outside on a lovely summer evening. Table service was excellent - nothing was too much trouble. The lamb chops and chicken breast kebabs were delicious as were the salads and Nan bread. We loved the shaker of sumac on the side too. The Chablis was a bit pricey but worth it as it was excellent and served really cold. Highly recommend.

The portions were very generous and the food was outstanding! We later decided to go for dinner and had the most amazing Persian nan bread and food. The ambience was good and the place was very tidy. The service was exemplary and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely go back again. The opening times are from 09.00am - 11.00pm Monday to Sunday, and this gave us the flexibility to choose when to eat.
