Biddick Hall Spice in South Tyneside

I ordered delivery but after 2 hours and multiple phone calls the food never arrived. No apology was given for complete failure on their part. Never again.

Just eat app suggested 40/45 minute delivery. Places order and that jumped to 1 hour 30 minutes. I phoned at 1 hour 45 and was advised it was on its way and they were busy. When I raised concern about lack of communication and poor service, I had it suggested they would improve next time 🤷🏻‍♀️ Food arrived 2 hours after delivery time and we were so disappointed with the food, we won’t be ordering again. Popadoms were soggy, rest of the food needed rehearing. Samosa’s were unbelievably tasteless- vegetable filling was bland.

I have eaten here in the past and I cannot vaulter with any of the food, the King Prawn Dupiaza is a pure delight as it’s full of chunky pepper, onions. This establishment is very easy to find as it’s smack in the middle of Biddick hall shops just Galsworthy Road. I suggest that anyone making a visit here take a peep at their extensive menu. The lady whom served us was a pure delight to take our order and still found the time to talk to us about what ever came to mind, the premises is clean and well presented and the owner will take your order and if you wish for something then all you do is ask . My wife and I ordered a takeaway from this place. It was our first and most definitely our last time we buy from here. Both of our curries and veg rice arrived cold we had to heat it up in the microwave. The wasn't nice at all very disappointed

only ever been once and never again. had diarhoerra with two hours that lasted for 48 hours had chicken madras and a chicken masala both made us ill

Within a two minute walk of our home, the Biddick Hall Spice we knew served lovely Indian style chips. This however was the first full meal we’d ordered and picked up. We had a chicken tikka main meal and a chicken tikka Parsia between us and it was ready spot on time, hot, and really tasty, just the right spice level for us both. Staff friendly and Great value too.
