When you see the words -Turkey, Bacon and Guacamole Wrap, on a menu what would you expect to eat. Well I expected, some turkey, a bit of bacon and guacamole - on starting to eat it, the only visible meat was dark pink in colour. So we asked if they had done a ham wrap instead, the man behind the counter got a bit irate and said , well it would not be bacon as we are Halal - he showed me the joint and it was Turkey Bacon, which is chopped, formed, smoked turkey. Now on their menu they also do Chicken Caesar with bacon and Honey Mustard Chicken with Bacon. So I presume that is also turkey bacon. He could not understand my point that his menu reads as if it is bacon and more to the point if his meat is Halal then customers should be aware of that. Each to their own but I have never eaten Halal meat on principle as to how the animals are killed. Certainly will not be going their again.

We went there just for coffee and cake. Both were good. The cafe was a comforable place to sit and relax in the middle of a busy shopping trip.

I came here for lunch on my own. The lady behind the counter was really friendly and accommodating. I got a vegetarian toasted sub with lots of salad in and swapped the mayo for bbq sauce which was no problem at all. It was so delicious, literally better than subway (and I love subway). It was a nice peaceful environment and I felt comfortable just hanging out here for a while after I'd eaten.

Been to bella cafe a number of times with the overall experience going down hill slightly each time. I went for a drink and a bite to eat today and was confronted by a man behind the counter I hadn't seen before, he seemed to have an attitude and didn't appear to like being disturbed. I ordered a chai latte with soya milk and a toasted veggie falafel sub which I was told it would have salad, chilli sauce and mayo, I explained I don't like things too hot, and was told do you want chili sauce or not,I was then told a small amount could be put in. When my food and drink arrived I was more than slightly disappointed to find my chai had been made with a teabag and wasn't a proper latte and the toasted sub had the smallest amount of lettuce, red onion and tomato but full of chilli sauce, in fact it was so full of chilli sauce I could only manage two mouthfuls and had to leave it, the chai tea was so milky this had to be left as tasted unpleasant and unfortunately I found the man working at bella cafe to have an attitude so didn't feel comfortable to say anything.

When in Aylesbury , my husband and myself always stop off at this lovely little café . Have tried lots of the hot and cold snacks available which are always fresh and cooked while you wait . The café is always clean and tidy and the staff are always friendly which gives a lovely atmosphere on entering the café. I have never had to complain about a meal until today when after ordering a cheese and tomato roll (COLD) it came to the table as a cheese and tomato melt . I asked the manager if I could change it as I didn't like melted cheese and tomatoes . This was done on the spot with a very sorry for your inconvenience and was also given the cheese and tomato melt to my husband to take home . EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had a family lunch and was ok until we decided to treat our selves to ice cream. Unfortunately my ice cream had melted and had been refrozen which mad it inedible. I went up to ask it to be swapped for another and that's when some of the worst customer service I have ever received kicked in. She would not swap it over and was very abrupt and rude. I then had to sit there while everyone else enjoyed their ice cream and just watch mine melt (for the second time). Food and drinks where nice otherwise and nice a clean. Shame really, but same as other bad reviews of this cafe it is let down by the customer service.

I love coming here as a meet up point with my friends. They are a small family run business and I love that they offer alternatives such as soya (as I am lactose intolerant) and vegetarian/gluten free options. Their cakes are delicious and homemade! Very much child friendly as well which is a bonus. I would recommend this cafe to anyone, especially those who like to support small businesses.

In Bella Cafe Aylesbury today I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a children's sandwich meal, well my chicken salad consisted of about six measly pieces of anorexic chicken and a few bits of lettuce! Not a chicken salad sandwich as ordered! The child's sandwich consisted of processed ham and cheese with each slice so thin you could see through it and it came on ONE slice of bread cut into four! I will never recommend this place to anybody I like and now I know why it is never busy!! Total rubbish!!

In my opinion the best coffee in Aylesbury, also does delicious smoothies and good snack lunches. Staff are very nice and friendly, place always clean. Not in Uxbridge though they have moved or branched out to Aylesbury. Perfect location for a coffee if you're shopping in town.

First visit. I love pies and had wanted to visit this pub for ages. I would love to have given more stars but was so disappointed that even though it was early evening my choice of pies were out of stock. Only about 6 pies available from a wonderful menu. For starter we had the vegetable soup and prawn cocktail - both very good. My husband had the fillet steak for his main course which he thoroughly enjoyed and I had my fourth pie choice option Chicken and Mushroom Pie. Unfortunately I felt the pie was overbaked as the top pastry was extremely hard and I could not cut through it or eat it. The chicken and sauce was delicious but could not see much evidence of mushroom. The vegetables and chips were cooked to perfection. Service was fantastic. The place itself looked as though it needed updating but definitely had character. The pub car park was a nightmare getting in and out. It did not help that someone had parked in the Exit so we had to leave by the Entrance! Would give it another try in the future.

This time I went to Rumsey's with just my wife although I have been several times with other members of my family since I make a point of going every time we visit my son in Tring because I love the place so much. I haven't tasted such delicious drinking chocolate anywhere. It is always so rich and velvety. I adore the stuff and, I think, could very easily get addicted to it! In addition to the actual drink they give you a very delicious little biscuit to accompany it. Every time we go, we buy some to make up at home and I can tell you it doesn't last for long - well not long enough anyway. The café itself is not very big but there are tables outside if the weather is good. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and they also sell very tempting cakes and chocolates and some savouries. Parking in Wendover is very easy and the town centre is worth a visit in its own right. I urge you to go.

This was an excellent and great value plate of food, which arrived promptly. The components of the cooked breakfast were all of good quality. The bacon included a nice amount of fat, important as fat means flavour and helps to fill us up. The black pudding was great quality with a wonderful depth of flavour. The eggs were very well cooked, having no ‘snottiness’. Our only criticism would be the use of semi-skimmed milk. Whole milk just tastes better and produces a creamier coffee. Less is needed too. Large numbers of people and eateries are switching back to whole milk, as recent studies show full-fat dairy products are protective against obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
