Bit of a wait for food order to be taken, people served out of tern. But food good when it arrived.

I stayed at hotel got a meal deal I ordered steak sampler so £7 extra to pay the starter came out straight away I then had to wait 45 mins for main meal it was just warm chips cold I asked waitress if it could be warmed up she returned a while later with a smaller plate it had my steak which I had I bite from ten chunky chips not fries as before one tomato one mushroom No onion rings peas so it was half the size of original meal and only chips were hot steal I mentioned it to member of staff they said we’re busy I won’t be eating their again when I stay

Food was great had my frist pint of large asked for a 2 nd pint of large and got refused. I question why and was refused an answer manager did not speak to me. So I refused to pay bill as I did get a true answer. Waitress amazing very good

Food lovely,good price but why can't you sit where you want despite being pretty much empty at 3pm? They want to put you right next to another table with literally 6inches from you ! May as well sit you on same table

Our server Lee was brilliant! From the moment we sat down he was friendly & attentive. Drinks were ordered & delivered quickly, Lee gave us plenty of time to order our food & supported our choices with expert knowledge. We could see that it was extremely busy but Lee took time to engage with ourselves & other tables (incl ones with children) who all clearly enjoyed having Lee as the server. 10/10 Lee for making our visit an enjoyable one.

Amazing service from Deborah, Karen, Katie and Karen. Really busy but kept bringing all the food out instantly as soon as people asked for it. As well very polite staff

I wrote a review about a year ago about the lack of food availability when having breakfast and speaking to Dolly the manager not being very helpful. Our last 5 visits have been very good all the food available at the the same time when going for breakfast ( which is all I ask ) great food but can tell they are short staffed as the staff are running around like headless chickens, not a critique probably due to budget but they are understaffed. Keep it up definitely an improvement.

Visited with my friend on Friday 16th August. Waiter sitted us promptly. Food ordered and drink ordered when we were ready. I ordered the original combo and my friend ordered the mixed grill. Both came out hot. Very tasty and enjoyed every bit. The service was amazing.

My family of 10 went for breakfast this morning , Clare was absolutely fantastic she could not do enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. 5 star.

We had a lovely meal in your Emersons Green restaurant. Great food, waitress was rushed off her feet though as they were short staffed. Used a 25% off food voucher. It was really nice.

This was our 1st ever visit. The staff were really good at accommodating our daughter and kept her entertained. The placed it very nice on the inside. What really let it down was the food. The food was tasteless. It had no flavour and therefore made it difficult to eat. I have never had a steak that had zero taste. The mayonnaise my daughter turned away and she will eat anything. The burger was edible, but with a struggle.

Went here for a meal with a friend and was pleasantly surprised. Food was lovely. Service from Sally and Katie was great, both very attentive. Would definitely return

We had a flat tire just outside on the ringroad by the Beefeater. We had to pull in their carpark and the staff were really friendly and let us sit and wait for AA , use the facilities and brought cold bottled water and cups for us to drink on a very hot day. Thanks for the hospitality.

Lovely Restaurant very friendly staff. The food was nice and well priced. There was a lot of customers in but (hope I got the names right) sally, Katie & Emma worked well. Tim, Milosz and Brandon were working very hard. Thank you for taking the time to make are evening enjoyable.

3 courses for £23 & a free drink, had calamari to start, ribs & chicken, fudge brownie, staff helpful, very nice.

I’d not been here in years and some friends invited us out to Sunday lunch . I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The roast beef dinner , with extra Yorkshire and potatoes was amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

Went last month for my cousin's birthday. Wait time for food was over an hour and a half and the food we received was cold and the cuts of steak were awful. Some of the wait staff were talking and laughing about our table and one of the staff was extremely rude as he chose to argue with us over the wait time. One of the managers comped our meal and was one of the few polite staff, but its safe to say none of us will be returning.

Bit outdated, food ok, service friendly but a bit lacking detail.

Almost empty, yet we were seated upstairs. Might have been a great reason but I got a vague look when I asked. Quite a wait to have our order taken, then a longer wait for our food, which was mediocre at best. Beefeater has definitely gone pearshaped.

Bad service, poor food, ding ding, dirty atmosphere no personality

Stopped off here on our way from a trip to Bath and had a lovely meal. Most of us had burgers. The double crunch chicken burger is a particular favourite. There were 7 of us but the staff still managed to bring all food out together, piping hot. We got a 40% off main meals voucher so it was excellent value for money. The waitresses were the right amount of friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was exciting due to the England game being on the TV (which my two sons greatly appreciated). Highly recommended this lovely, clean, modern restaurant.

Made booking for 5 people. Friday night. Excellant bar service and staff. All our varied starters, mains and desserts were excellant. Excellant table service. No complaints at all.

Food was okay, but no better than your standard pub grub. Quiet atmosphere and comfortable. Great service. The only thing that really let this place down was the sticky tables.

Had a lovely meal served by Sally, and cooked by James and Brandon! Served on hot plates, my husband had a mixed grill, and I had the gammon all cooked to perfection, and lovely service by Sally.

Me and my grandad come here most weekends as the value of the food quality can’t be beat. The staff are always helpful and keep everything stocked, especially Deborah who works tirelessly to make sure everything is there for you. She’s a star

Food was ok slow service and dirty tables wasn't very busy so not sure why everything was so slow.

Recently came hear whilst staying at the Premier Inn next door for evening meal & breakfast. We had the meal deal so had a 2 course evening meal with a drink & unlimited breakfast. The meals that was included in the price was explained and if there was an uncharged for anything like steak, it was also explained. Wasn't that busy so got seated & our food/drink quickly

Not told drinks were bottomless until the bill was given at that point told it was too late to get a refill communication leaves a lot to be desired

It's a shame to give a poor review as the food was nice. Bit expensive for what you get compared to some places but couldn't honestly fault the food. However, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Restaurant was quiet for a Saturday evening. Arrived appx 730. Most tables had plates or glasses on them. The table next to us had obviously had kids due to highchairs being present and to be honest the mess the family had left was disgusting. Ordered mains and drinks. Drinks came promptly as did food. Most tables missing condiments so we asked for salt pepper and vinegar. Salt and pepper were brought from dirty kids table and were sticky. Vinegar came from another table and had less than 1cm of vinegar in table behind us asked to have our condiments after we had used them as they had none either. Finished mains and left our drinks including full drinks on table whilst we popped out to the tables outside. Every table was covered in glasses and plates that were being pucked over by seagus and pigeons. Went back to our table. Our main plates were still thete...and the waiter had taken used starter plates from table across from ours and put them on our table to make room for their mains easier to have taken them back to kitchen. Ordered desserts and finally our table was cleared of our main ates and other people's starter plates. Meanwhile, empty tables around us had still not been cleaned and kid table not touched. Food, cutlety and empty drinks bottles all over floor along with crayons. Dessert was underwhelming. Staff that were on duty appeared slow and unmotivated. Duty manager that was called to a table to resolve a problem looked more like a cleaner and his approach to the complaint was unprofessional. He definately had an attitude. By time we left, around 9pm, place was still filthy with dirty plates everywhere and outside hadn't been touched. I wouldn't visit again and wouldn't recommend. Shame as food was nice but overall experience poor. Place needs a good clean

It's a Beefeater breakfast. The food is not going to be stunning, but it gets the job done. Minus points for having no dairy free butter alternatives.

Shocking, my ‘cheesy loaded fries’ were a disaster

Just came for breakfast. Was very busy and I didn't have a booking. Lady on front desk and waitress did set up the table for me and my children to accommodate us. Thank you ladies for lovely service. Nice food.

We had my husbands 60th birthday party there,it was fantastic.The server Nyasha was very good,nothing was to much trouble for him.He is a credit to emmerson green beefeater,lovely young man.

Not great food (awful steaks) for quite a high price (£15 for Fish and Chips, below par batter). The service really annoyed us. When did it become ok to start clearing plates whilst most of the table were still in the middle of their meals? Leaning over people that are eating to grab plates. Also, clearly not enough bar staff for a Saturday night with the Champions league final on. We would have stayed for a drink if not for the full bar and only 2 staff on it.

Ate in the beefeater Emerson’s green last week and was so happy with the service me and my partner felt so welcomed when we entered. The food we had was amazing and definitely will be coming back again 100%

Enjoyable lunchtime meal with 12 friends. Excellent service, chose salmon with fries, followed by cheesecake with berries and icecream .... lovely and it was all gluten free! Will be back!!

Been a few times here, but it looks like under new management, and it is telling. The food was luke warm, another table complained but nothing was really done.

Had a breakfast here whilst staying overnight. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We as a family are regulars at this restaurant, be it the main restaurant or bar area. Like all restaurants you have a hit & miss experience, well, today we attended for my daughter's 13th birthday. We were greeted by a new male staff member whom I believe maybe a new Manager? He was very nice and seated us. Our Server Katie was OUTSTANDING. OUTSTANDING!!!!!! I have seen her about the establishment before, as I said, we are regulars, but today she made my daughter's birthday meal so amazingly comfortable. She was friendly, bubbly, attentive, kept checking in, amenable and just simply amazing. There was a snafu with my nephew's meal but these things happen (as a former server I am well aware) but she was so apologetic on behalf of the staff and restaurant one couldn't be cross. By the time his meal was brought out he was stuffed up on side orders of onion rings and fries so he couldn't finish it but that's no one's fault. The overall experience was wonderful and we as a family were delighted with the experience. Thank you Katie for being so awesome and making M's birthday meal so special xxxx

Absolutely disgraceful service. I was served by a person named nyasha i believe and their service was probably the worst treatment i’ve ever received. Absolutely appalling for such a great company like beefeater. I don’t know how these people keep a job! If i can rate a negative 5 i would.

It was great here! Plenty of food which was freshly made and of excellent quality. My friend and I had sunday roasts and were even given extra roasted potatoes. The service was superb too from all of the staff, especially Bola who was very polite, patient, sweet and friendly. We didn't have to wait long for the food also. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it here.

The food is amazing, and the staff are most helpful. Edward and Debbie especially, always go out of their way to help everyone. It's a delight to have breakfast and supper here🥰

Ordered a surf & turf....but they had run out of prawns!!!!!! Unbelievable! So ordered an alternative, but they still added to s & f onto the bill! Eventually got the right bill.

Came here once or twice a year to catch up with friends and family with their buffet breakfast. It is always a good deal for us, but this time round I noticed the quality of the food is maintained to good standard. Will be back

Very nice friendly bar staff but chef lady very miserable Another visit this week same chef lady still there as miserable as can be still . My friends meal of cheeseburger didn't have any actual cheese just a cheese sauce. My steak arrived 10 mins later but was good. Luckily there was one staff member who knew what customer service should be. Her name was Clare and she was very nice and went out of her way to rectify our disappointment really pleasant lady.

Came here Sunday 7/4 whilst staying in the Premier Inn next door for our evening meal, my partner and I. We were seated and our server introduced himself as Lewis. After ordering our drinks we asked if we could move tables due to being uncomfortable, we were moved to a different table. We were then left for some time before Lewis came back to ask us for our order of food, as he was cleaning tables. We asked to share a starter and we ordered a main course each, I asked for steak and triple cooked chips to which I was told there was no chips left only fries, so I agreed as I didn't fancy anything else. It was almost 50 minutes (from the time we sat at our table) before we got our starter. They had to apologise as they had given our starter to another table and then had to get the chef to re-cook it. Some time later, as we were finishing our main course a couple were seated next to us, they were given their mains and when we looked over both of them were eating the triple cooked chips I asked for and was told they didn't have any of! We didn't say anything as we had almost finished our main course. Lewis asked us if we wanted a dessert menu and we said yes. 10 minutes later he came back and asked what menu we wanted, by this time we were already slightly annoyed at the service. We looked at the dessert menus and ordered a dessert each and asked for our refillable drinks to be refilled. Our desserts were served and it wasn't until we had almost finished these when our drinks finally came, by this point we were ready to leave so we just asked for the bill. I told Lewis I had a voucher with a free main course which I checked I could use before ordering anything. I gave him my beefeater loyalty card too. He came back saying I couldn't use my voucher, to which I said he told me I could and we'd only come in to have a meal knowing I could get a free main. He sorted it quite quickly but I had to ask for my loyalty card back three times before he actually gave it me back. The bill was handed to me and I paid cash and as I didn't have change I handed the bill value plus £3 something over the bill amount. I was expecting change as sadly I didn't think he'd earned a tip but he walked off with the change and didn't return, nor did he say thank you! I will not be rushing back to this branch of Beefeater again. I know they might have been busy but too many things were a let down.

We had to wait 20 mins before eventually flagging down someone just to get a drink then wait another 20 mins for drinks to arrive and another 20 mins for starters to arrive. If an expectation was set when we arrived they were short staffed and a long wait it would have given the choice if we stayed. Pull your fingers out guys, rubbish service!

Had ran out of beef by 130 on a Sunday. No mash potato. No capri sun (yet offered by the staff). Slow service even had to go and find some one to ask for things. For a Sunday roast was naff.

Came for the Breakfast. The food was excellent, constantly being refilled. Karen was really helpful when coffee machine needed attention. Helped with a smile and a cheerful chat. We had one person in a large wheelchair. The table we were given couldn't have been better. We will be back. Thank you.

It's OK,small meals bit overpriced for portion size especially on deserts

A very mediocre meal. We both requested medium rare, but whether they were overcooked or just left too long on the heat tray waiting to be served, they were both close to being cremated. Then there were drinks which, the menu said would be refilled on request. Despite requests, the refills never arrived. No congratulations are due either for food or service!

Terrible. Went for Easter Sunday. Starter had to ask for sauce when I already had. Ordered roast beef. Not cooked. Frozen veg. Asked cauliflower cheese and none. Lamb dinner raw and fatty. Absolutely diabolical for a restaurant. Such a shame. Staff were lovely but waitress brought over our food and gravy was running off the plate over her arm. Not good.

What happened Beefeater ? Easter dinner. Beef and lamb roast disgusting. Frozen veg, burt parsnips and roast potatoes ,gravey was oil and water. Needs refurbishing. Shame! Did not eat 😐

Dreadfully poor experience!!! Please avoid going here for breakfast on a Saturday. Booked a table for breakfast for my step daughters birthday and wish we had never stepped foot in the place. The only good thing was the staff who were working under incredible pressure and in almost impossible circumstances. The place was badly understaffed. When we got there, the place was rammed with people. Queuing at the door to get in for a table. Lots of tables piled up with dirty plates, glasses, cups etc. Carpet & decor throughout is tired & badly worn. Carpet showing several stains. Seating ripped & patched up with gaffer tape. There were no clean glasses or cups available. Our table we found dirty cutlery. When it came to the food, it was constantly running out of items and waiting for restocking. The pastries were burnt/overdone. The self serve hot breakfast was barely acceptable quality. Sausages looked like they hadn't touched the pan. The scrambled egg was like a slop and all watery. Thinking you would get fresh orange juice? No, it was basically orange squash! Then on eating my breakfast in the scrambled egg or fried egg I was crunching egg shell. I really feel for the staff on shift as they were so lovely, kind and hard working. I would not want to be working in that restaurant!!! Please avoid.....

First visit for a few years and felt the food wasn't up the standards before. Chicken felt very tasteless & ribs were tough. Desserts were still good and service was fine. Wont be rushing back.

Me and my partner went to the beefeater for tea. 2/3/24. The food was very nice and great atmosphere. Katie P was the one who took away our plates and sorted out our bill. She was lovely and friendly, very polite. Will definitely be returning. :)

BRING YOUR OWN MAYONAISE. Never tasted worse.

Party of 8 or 9 colleagues. Very pleasant, helpful waitress. Food came as ordered. It was very tasty, as anticipated.
