Stayed here with work, would recommend it again. Staff were great and helpful, unfortunately got coca cola split over me during meal but when I asked staff about cleaning they did the 24hr dryclean complimentary. All staff were friendly and worked to food allergies too.

Attended a wedding here, everything was just perfect

We had our wedding in the Bull Hotel last August and it was more than I could hope for. We stayed there 5 days up to our wedding day and could not fault the service and treatment we received. Lovely and very attentive staff, we were treated really well from the moment we arrived until we left. Great food, great venue for wedding photoshoot! Highly recommend.

This is not our first stay at the Bull. This hotel is in a great area. We stayed for 5 nights after flying in from Canada. The beds are very comfortable, the area is quiet and safe and the staff are very friendly. We requested no room service but when we needed anything we just had to ask. We had a barking dog next door and we did report it to the front desk. That was immediately taken care of and we never heard from the dog again. The breakfast and staff are great. I had oatmeal cooked to order every morning and my husband had a full cooked English breakfast. We will be back before flying home in a few weeks time.

A 4 day business conference and I can highly recommend this fabulous hotel, I couldn’t fault a thing, great service ,great food ,great room.

We've stayed at the Bull on a number of occasions and always found the staff to be very friendly. My wife is a Vegan, but not by choice and finds it difficult to find a choice on the menu. However, one evening she was chatting to one of the staff, I'm pretty sure her name was Diana, said she'd ask the chef if he would make a vegan curry for her. The next morning, she found us in reception and informed us that the chef had agreed. We booked a table for that evening and Carolyn my wife, really enjoyed it. That's what you call service. Marius has always been very friendly and we appreciate his efforts in the restaurant, always being very attentive, but not overly.

The hotel was excellent the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spotless. Breakfast was also excellent couldn't fault hotel at all. Definitely stay there again.

Really good service, lovely big room with a bath and big bathroom, but couldn’t find a heater in my room so it got quite cold. I’m not sure if there was one and I just missed it but I looked all over and couldn’t see it. I understand I could have asked Reception about this but since I was only there in the evening and I prefer sleeping when it’s cooler, I decided to not enquire about it. Other people I was staying with did have a heater so maybe I just couldn’t find it! I also had a £5 charge for a drink added on when I checked out and I definitely didn’t order this, however the people at reception realised it was a mistake and sorted it for me. Either way I was very happy with everything else, including breakfast!

Fantastic service amazing staff

I really like this hotel. Great location here in Gerrards Cross. Walking distance to great restaurants. The only negative is the lack of any fitness equipment/center on property. They have a partnership with a local club however that lacks the convenience for business travelers. Restaurant is superb. Breakfast is also top notch.

Great place for breakfast and a business meeting. Very good service and excellent food and drink, as well as a decent amount of parking outside.

We had a wonderful stay for my husband's 60th birthday the room was beautiful the staff we're friendly

Visit was okay, lounge experience was lovely. It was easy check in and out. Had issues with the sink that was blocked and heating not making the room warm.

The food was amazing, and the service was stellar. I had a lovely time.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was indeed a real treat, as from the time we walked through the door, we were made welcome, by lovely friendly people. The room was excellent, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast, and evening meal food was superb. All of the staff were incredible and did everything to make our stay very enjoyable.

Group of friends just had a couple of drinks in bar to finish night off. Service friendly and fast. Comfortable lounge,nothing dynamic but good old fashioned style!

Great spot to stay if you want to stay in London, and want to avoid the high costs of central city. Rooms can vary, but there is lots of choice. Food is excellent, a tad pricey, but location would demand it.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Bulls Hotel, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While there were certain aspects that I appreciated, there were also areas that left much to be desired. One positive aspect was the cleanliness of the environment. The hotel maintained a clean atmosphere which was definitely commendable. However, I couldn't help but feel that the overall ambiance was quite dated. It lacked the vibrant and modern feel that I personally prefer in a hotel. One major issue I encountered was the lack of space in the car park. Finding a parking spot proved to be quite challenging, and it constantly felt overcrowded. This aspect of the hotel definitely needs improvement, as it caused unnecessary inconvenience for guests. In terms of the check-in experience, it was okay overall. However, I couldn't help but notice that the staff, particularly the lady who assisted me, seemed to be undertrained or lacking competence in her role. She appeared unsure and had difficulty carrying out her tasks efficiently. It would greatly enhance the overall experience if more emphasis was placed on providing proper training to the staff members. Furthermore, I felt that the check-in process lacked a personalized touch. Instead of being welcomed warmly, it felt more like going through the motions of an administrative process. It would be wonderful if the hotel could find a balance between efficiency and offering a warm, hospitable environment. In conclusion, my experience at Bulls Hotels was a mixed one. While the cleanliness was commendable, the dated environment and lack of parking space were major downsides. Additionally, providing adequate training to the staff and improving the check-in process would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Stayed one night to enable us to take in a show and dinner in London. Lovely location so much nicer than staying in the city. Staff and service were both great and the room large, clean and comfortable. Has become our go to place when visiting London.

This was the second time i personally have stayed. The Company i work for this, is our go to place. the first time i really enjoyed it even though i was quite along way from reception. The second Time 15th November really disappointed . Again a long walk from reception room 126. The furniture was very tired and mismatched? Marks on the carpet and dirty sink (which i cleaned) The staff are lovely, the food is great so very disappointing to be placed in such a tired looking room which may have looked lovely back in the 90's!! hopefully going forward i will not have the same experience.

From arrival to departure, we simply cannot praise all the staff enough. The excellent bar staff (amazing cocktails) to wonderful food, serving staff and everyone, a massive thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We came to spend some time as a family. We visit London on the train and the Bull is ideal for the train. The hotel is great and staff are brilliant. We used to come before the kids so we love to share the experience. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Very accessible hotel from the reception, bar and restaurant area up to the accessible room. Nice touches like automatic opening door make life so much easier. Really friendly and helpful staff too. Great stay.

Enjoyed our stay, this being our second time. It matched our first stay if not bettered it. Staff very helpful at all times with a smile. Over all ambience was great.

Stayed at the Bull to present at an executive meeting first thing in the morning - the room was very comfortable with lots of plug-points and lighting options. Although I would have preferred a tub, the bathroom had a large walk in shower with lots of hot water and pressure. Room was quiet - at the end of a long corridor. Hotel itself is beautifully decorated with lots of light but still warm and cosy. Outdoor spaces were much appreciated. Reception was helpful and available. Food was good and felt home made, not prepackaged. Bar and Lounge service was prompt and friendly. Comfy chairs and tables for informal meetings and good seminar rooms with reliable technology. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Check in was very efficient, having been able to do preliminary check in online. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice, quality ingredients and efficient staff. Rooms were spotless. Very comfortable, huge bed. If I stay in the area again I would definitely book The Bull Hotel.

Could not sleep, noise levels from a function were too high. We're given another room but woke up at 1 am as someone was leading a van. Unacceptable. Had to move back to our original room. Never again

A good solution if you have meetings nearby. Nothing much in the vicinity. Good restaurant in-house, though a little contradictory to only have one (not great) English beer on tap. Main downside is that there is no gym at the facility.

A few years since I last stayed. A good location to walk into GX. Check in staff were friendly and pleasant. Plenty of parking. Room was well appointed and clean. Bar staff attentive. Good selection for breakfast. Only down was that there was NO USB charger point in the room, but lots of sockets.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel as part of a larger group. Our room was spacious and comfortable though the furniture was a little dated. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and there were plenty of them. The public areas were very nice as was the bar area. The food was very good and plentiful, my only criticism would be of the cooked breakfast, I found it a little tasteless but this would not stop me staying at the Bull again. Highly recommend

3rd time of staying. This time a Wake for my sister.8 April 2022. The Staff were excellent. So helpful, understanding, Lauren on Reception was especially wonderful and professional. Food was great. We were treated with compassion and nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff were really good, as was the man in charge of the suite at the end. He was very accommodating allowing us all the time we needed at the end of the evening, which he did not need to do. Simply wonderful!! Breakfast, was as ever scrumptious. Attended a charity event here. Amazing evening, attention to detail was good, staff brilliant, room was spacious and clean. Bedroom was good value with a huge comfy bed 🛌.

Nice service. Food and drink choices and quality are ok. But compared to whats in Gerrards Cross its one of the better places. The bar and garden are nice sun traps. Nice for a Friday lunch with the mrs. 😀

Stayed for six days and I have to say the food was excellent and the room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to please us. I'm not vegan but my wife is and they will provide vegan options from the menu, but only if you ask. A lot of the options are not on the menu and I feel they should be. Don't be afraid to ask even when you go down to breakfast. There's not much to do in the area though apart from a very small cinema, there's not much else.

Good venue for meetings, food was good but the room I stayed in was in need of an update. Onsite parking with quick access to M25, all round good value

The staff were polite and friendly. Nicky the waiter were fab servicing us with drinks and breakfast. All the other staff were friendly and helpful.

We had my daughter and son-in-law's wedding here. The wedding coordinator on the day was so attentive and looked after us all so well. The bedrooms were comfy and breakfast was epic!

Nice venue, attractive inside & out. Food very good. But stayed 2 nights & had terrible sleep. Mattress & pillows like concrete. The noise from other guests using their ensuites, open wardrobes & drawers, as well as walking down the corridors was terrible. We were part of a large party & only 1 person I spoke with had lucked out with a soft pillow, but still had a concrete mattress. Go during daylight & you're fine, just don't go for a good nights sleep as you will not get one!

Decent clean hotel with a good buffet breakfast.

Excellent Menu and food is very good.

The Bull conservatory is especially good during Covid. Tables spread round the huge area, widely spaced. We had afternoon tea and 2 children's meals. The child fish and chips was really good. The afternoon tea looked beautiful and the scones and cream were freshly baked and delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful when asked.

Just come back from afternoon tea it was very disappointing. We were not informed there was a wedding today so our afternoon tea was spoilt by not having a table and it feeling like you were at a football match. After three quarters of an our we managed to get a cup of tea. As it was my birthday treat I wasn’t impressed. When eventually the wedding party departed it was peaceful the afternoon tea was lovely and the staff were very helpful. I suggest you either discontinue afternoon teas on a Saturday or let people know so they realise that it will be crowded.

It would have been five stars but the breakfast let them down. Even though you could tell the food was good quality it was cold. When I mean cold I'm talking about every item of food that was meant to be hot was cold. I decided to go with the toast in the end but did not have much luck there either as you put your slice of bread in the machine and came out not toasted, so put it through again and came out burnt. Breakfast is included in the price of your room otherwise I would have been asking for my money back. The breakfast staff themselves were walking about like zombies and if you asked anything you had to say it twice. We did raise our issues with the duty manager on departure who said he would pass on our comments to the kitchen and management. Overall a good hotel but breakfast experience could be a lot better.

Had a nice overnight stay, room was good and confortable. The quality of the food at diner was exceptional. Staff were attentive and helpful. Would be 5 stars if the breakfast was warmer and the hand sanitizer was not empty.

We've had a meal a few times this year and can not fault their service were staff bend over backwards to ensure you have the best experience on offer.

Really nice place but my visit was ruined by one rude, snotty male member of staff. I was trying to talk to him and all he kept doing was interrupting me and talking over me. Where did you learn your customer service skills? Prison?

Very good cream and champagne teas

We stayed for one night and we found our room to be very clean, spacious and comfortable with good tea/coffee facilities and fridge. The hotel itself was very clean and all staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, good variety and most enjoyable. Our only disappointment was not having the restaurant open for dinner with a full menu and having to have the limited bar menu. However the food was still good. Yes we would stay again as thought it was good value for the price we paid.

Attended a buffet lunch after a funeral. Food good but portions very small. Service fast, used plates removed immediately!
