This shop always has something to temp me! If your unsure, just ask! The staff there are a wealth of knowledge on local cheese and accompanying chutneys and treats, so friendly and their Christmas hampers are top notch! Will be back again and again!!

Bought two tasty sandwiches here to take away. One was a Sussex Ham, and the other a brie, both on granary bread. Very good. The deli stocks a lot of very interesting produce. The cheeses looked great and I shall certainly buy a few on my next visit. Had been previously to the Brighton shop and so was acquainted with the wide variety of gourmet type food. Much needed deli in Hove.

Went here with a friend for the 1st this week and feel instantly in love with this new addition to Portland Road. A much needed cheese place just around the corner! The staff are very friendly and went back a few days later with hubby to pick up some of the cheese and tried a pecan tart - yum! There are a few cafe tables inside and just outside if you want to sit in.

We had the best time, thank you for seating us and for such a lovely experience 💝 I've never been to Brighton and me and my sister both felt very accommodated during our short visit!

They haven't turned the booking system off despite not being open and are called Da Vin Cheese now. Booked a table for 6pm sat night and completely closed

Wonderful home-made Portuguese cooking by Dina. We were there on a Saturday night. It's a small cafe / restaurant only open in the evening on a Saturday. There's a small menu of traditional Portuguese dishes. We had a range of them, and they were all delicious. BYO with £5/bottle corkage. Fantastic service.

If you needed to be transported to your best food memory of Turkey the Villa in Brighton would deliver you there dish after dish and more. This small family place has been my holiday discovery, every lunchtime this has been my destination and every day something new. Its not fast food but home food made with love and respect, yes you can be a tourist and order for the menu; however if you trust your eyes and have the wisdom to ask what is good today you will be delighted with what your presented. Often we are but one honest question away from a authentic cultural experience.

Exceptionally average Sunday roast. Nothing green on the plate. When questioned just told they didn't have any. The London Pride was horrible. Overall poor. Don't need to go back again.
