Super ambiance, avec de bonnes ondes pour ce lieu ou tout type de clients se retrouvent. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux & délicieux. Personnel agréable, une pépite dans shoreditch

Lieu certes "branché" mais trés agréable pour sa déco et sa luminosité . La nourriture est de qualité , trés axée vegan . Un bémol quand méme : personnel un peu suffisant et désagréable si votre anglais est approximatif , c'est dommage ( et trés rare à Londres où d'une façon générale le service est juste parfait !!)

weekend in the East end, watching the time go by on the terrace. Eat clean and healthy. It's trendy. It's expensive, but fresh.

Yes, it's quirky, and yes, it's attached to a cinema, but really, is it too quirky for its own good? The service is friendly to a fault - the waiters cracking jokes which one can only half hear, but is actually a bit slow at times, and the price mounted up quickly. It's OK, but I don't think I'd head back any time soon.

Fuimos a merendar y muy a gusto. El sitio es bonito y acogedor. Igual las tortitas un poco secas pero el ambiente era genial y la comida de las mesas de al lado tenía muy buena pinta.

Bustling with life and by the look a trendy restaurant, bar and cinema place on ground level. Good brunch and good drinks all served with a smile. Lovely place.

Así que este es un lugar increíble para ir y es una tienda de muebles, cine y un restaurante increíble. Su desayuno completo exclusivo de Barber and Parlor fue increíble con tantas cosas maravillosas en un solo plato. Reinventando el gran desayuno británico con un toque especial. El personal y el servicio increíble y la ubicación excelente. ¡Puedes comer, comprar un sofá, algunos libros y luego ir a The Electric Cinema todo bajo un mismo techo!

I like this place, it has a nice atmosphere, cool staff and it’s always bustling. The menu is ok if a bit right on. When I first came here there was a barber next to the bar and a nail parkour upstairs. It made the whole thing an interesting experience. Sadly both the barber and the parlour have gone from Barber and Parlour! However the cinema downstairs is AWESOME!

Really cool place! Was there for lunch with a friend and the food was good and the staff was really friendly.

After an early morning visit to the Flower Markets, here was a great place for a coffee break. Located in a converted warehouse, the coffee and food were excellent. Not busy for a Sunday morning, and the service was attentive and efficient.

Super café dans le non moins super quartier de shoreditch. Pour prendre un verre ou pour déjeuner, le lieu est top. Un staff jeune, sympa et efficace. La nourriture est très bonne et les végétariens ne sont pas oubliés ! Endroit branché où se croisent toutes sortes de gens très différents les uns des autres mais dont le mélange est au final très harmonieux. Bref, au Barber & Parlour, les ondes sont ultra positives. Je kiffe.

Me and a group of girlfriends went there as part of a hen do day to have some beauty treatments. The deco was really cool, a combination of retro and modern furnishings, full of light and colour. The service was excellent! The girls were really sweet and professional. We were nine and all super happy with the results, there are more treatments available but we had a combination of manicures and hair does, had a couple of glasses of proseco and stayed for around 2 hrs. We came from a crazy golf venue and were heading to dinner, so it was the perfect pit stop! I'll gladly go back to enjoy the cafe downstairs and/or have another beauty treatment.

Vinimos aquí para tarta esta tarde y toda la experiencia fue horrible. El personal desagradable sentarse en el bar un rato antes de servir. Pedimos pastel de café y pastel de plátano. Tanto un hijo de 2 años podría hacer mejor sabor. Me dijeron que el miembro del personal que no tenía parecido con café y preguntó si lo intentó. Él apenas podía decir dos palabras, nos dijo que no había intentado y como resulta que él no se molestó, ya que nos sentamos en el bar hasta que nos marchamos sin siquiera intentar abordar el comentario. La banana y frambuesa tarta pedimos tampoco sabía cero de fruta. Fue caro, sin sabor de basura con muchos trabajadores que no podía dar sentados alrededor de una maldita. Después de leer las otras críticas es obviamente un tema corriente allí. . . Gracias por estafar. . .

Buscábamos un local para tomar algo y descansar y este nos pareció sugerente por lo que se ve desde la calle.

Per il pranzo una ottima soluzione. Buono il brunch e bellissima l’atmosfera che si respira. Uno staff tutto di giovani cuochi bravissimi nel preparare piatti semplici ma davvero buoni. Ottimo il bagel di salmone e il mitico avocado toast con uova. Stupenda scoperta il piccolo cinema al piano di sotto dove puoi guardare i film e mangiare... consiglio!

L'endroit nous avait été conseillé par une amie habitant le quartier. Lieu branché, musique variée et éclectique. Très bon rapport qualité prix. A ne pas manquer.

Trendy noisy place but great atmosphere at the weekend. If you are visiting Electric cinema good place to have a snack. Limited menu good for snacking not for big meal. Tried their scramble eggs with salmon and poached eggs with ago . Excellent modest portions. Good bloody Mary if you like it. Also good value for money.

J'adore cet endroit. Vous vous asseyez dans une grande salle pleine de monde (il y a aussi un salon de coiffure dans un coin de la pièce) et vous vous sentez tout de suite à votre place, l'ambiance est incroyable. Nous y avons pris notre petit déjeuner, les jus et les smoothies sont un délice. Les oeufs Benedict ou accompagnés d'avocat sont à recommander. Le service est super sympa. Took a while for us to order today, even though there were many people at work we were just ignored for a while. Good coffee and pastry.

The venue is very cosy, it combines coffee, restaurant, hairdresser and cinema. Very convenient for a calm gathering with friends. Perfect for lunch, but also for drinks. Prices are affordable and waiters are very friendly.

Had drinks and nibbles ahead of heading off elsewhere for a birthday party. Nice atmosphere and service, shabby-chicesque interior, the furniture of which may not be to everyone's comfort! Designer graffiti on the walls outside provides the edginess for the local hipster crowd. Nice menu for drinks, obviously not cheap in Shoreditch. Had some sweet potato fries which came undercooked...took them away to heat up more. As the name suggests it has a men's and ladies' salon, although you may be surprised to find the artisan cinema! You'll find the it crowd on their applemacs (other notebooks are available) during the day with the plentiful space and wifi.

The staff really try here, the service is attentive, the refreshments are good and the space is invitingly comfortable.I got quite a bit of work done in here using the Wi-Fi. A pot of green tea costs £3.00.It can get quite busy but there is a decent crowd here, young and stylish.there is even a Barbour shop and cinema onsite too which adds to the uniqueness of the venue.I would visit again in due course.

Almost like stepping back in a time warp for me regarding the furniture etc…but all good fun with a great atmosphere. My daughter & her boyfriend took me here for a Sunday Mother’s Day brunch, as they had previously been there a few times and enjoyed it. Just a shame the service & the food did not live up to expectations. The service was really slow at best. My daughter really emphasizing that she required her boiled eggs to be SOFT…they came out ready to bounce on the floor! Asked for more butter and it was made apparent that it was a great imposition to get more for us. At 11 am we were the only ones there…so really no excuses for the service or the less than average breakfast food.Worth going for the quirky atmosphere and maybe 11am on a Sunday was just the wrong time to be there.

Café, Restaurant, Friseur, Kino und vieles mehr. Alles das findet man in dem coolen laden wieder. Toll eingerichtet und sehr außergewöhnlich. Hier lohnt sich ein Besuch sehr.

My Cheeky Parlour nail technician was in such a rush she made me bleed and didn't even offer me a discount.First of all, £17 for a toenail file and paint -- not even a full pedicure -- is outrageous. That said, I was desperate and couldn't find anything else open past 8 pm. When I arrived, my nail technician, Una, was brusque and rude and stared at her watch while I selected a colour. Then she sat me down and started filing so hard -- and in such a visible rush -- that she shaved an entire layer of skin off my toe and it STARTED BLEEDING everywhere. She barely apologized. Since the file and paint service doesn't include anything for cuticles, I asked Una if I could borrow something to at least push the cuticles back myself on one foot while she worked on the other, before painting. She said "I don't have time for that" and so I leaned forward and started using my own fingernails to do it. This appeared to make her furious. Also, they had told me they couldn't accommodate a full pedicure when I called to ask -- twice -- because Una had another appointment directly after me. But when I sat down to let the nails dry after my appointment, I could see her walking around with nothing to do and definitely no customers. When I went to pay, they didn't even offer me a discount despite the fact that my toe is covered in blood because of their terrible service.

Das ist ein ganz wunderbarer Ort.Eine Mischung aus Café, Geschenkeladen, Obstgeschäft, Barbershop und Kino..., so ein Konzept findet man wahrscheinlich nicht so schnell noch mal.

Barber & Parlour se situe au dessus de l'Electric cinéma, l'une des plus incroyables salles de cinéma que je connaisse. Diner à Barber & Parlour avant une séance (ou bien à Dirty Bones après) c'est le bon plan classique des habitants de Shoreditch.B & P ... Ce n'est pas un restaurant, ni non plus un bar. Ce n'est pas un lounge ni non plus un barbier ou un salon de coiffure. Ce n'est pas un pub ni un club. Et c'est tout cela en même tempsLa cuisine y est simple, faite de bons produits à prix sans excès. La carte des vins est bien sur très ..succinte. Le classique c'est Poached egg & avocado on sourdough - ou bien l'hiver Melted camembert in its box. Bons jus et bon caféJe recommande

I went for a shave in the Shorditch area - and got a very nice one too. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant - which is not given in the 'hipster-heavy' n-hood - and the barber was definitely up for his task.A really nice experience...

Wandered in here on Friday night as I arrived early at Shoreditch High Street and had some time to kill. I ended up staying there for 3 hours, so I guess that is a good review in itself!I couldn't quite believe what I was seeing when I first entered. There is a cinema, a barber shop, a bar / restaurant (you need to have food with drinks, so a beer or a cocktail has to be accompanied by at least olives. Which are delicious!) and a nail bar. I was sat drinking a beer whilst a young twenty something with a flight mustache and scraggy beard had a hair cut about 8 feet from me. It is probably extremely pretension or intentionally "crazy" but it is also genuinely a very cool place with great atmosphere. The staff are awesome. Super friendly and helpful, they all look like they are actually enjoying themselves. As do the clientele. The bar / restaurant is a nice place to hang out, the drinks are good and quite reasonable and the food looked very good. Great!

Relaxing space with great ambience and friendly staff. I had the halloumi burger with red peppers and chilli sauce. Cheese was warm and soft as it should be. You can easily stay here for hours and no one will harass you to go.I will definitely come back.

On a passé un moment bien posé à se pénétrer de l'ambiance calme et branchée de ce concept store café restaurant. Tres bien pour passer un moment entre amis à discuter ou se restaurer entre deux visites. On peut aussi se faire couper les cheveux, dans le genre cocooning, c'est bien, on a l'impression de s'occuper de soi, de passer un bon moment. On a bien aimé. Service détendu, plats simples et de bonne qualité. Ambiance relax.

Dangerously drinkable.All food, thoughtfully yummy and affordable. When you are done socialising or updating your app you have the choice of The Electric Cinema downstairs, a mens barber on premises and other ultra indulgent services to help you stylishly spend your time.

I've eaten here many times before visiting the cinema downstairs, often on a Sunday afternoon. This place has a cool, relaxed, modern and trendy vibe. A great and laid back place to stop, meet friends and grab a bite to eat. I've witnessed it turn from a quiet venue to now a busy, bustling place. The food is basic but well made.

After ordering our food, we had to wait 30 minutes to get water. We ordered the Babers Breakfast which came with 1 thin rasher of bacon, 2 tiny slices of chorizo and not even a quarter of a potato. When we said the meal had virtually none of the ingredients it was meant to have, they charged us 50% of the price of the meal for the 'extra bacon and extra chorizo'. Our drinks finally came after we finished our meals- the chai latte was below average. The food itself tasted fine- wouldn't recommend coming here unless you don't mind over priced, average food in a crowded and manic environment.

It's a very stylish environment. Very "Hoxton' eclectic vintage and industrial chic. Think metal tables with paint worn off even though they're new. Service ok, but waited 30 mins for drinks which were cold. £9.50 for a small breakfast. No wonder everyone was so skinny :) Don't bother when there's so many superb places nearby e.g. Dishoom and Peliccis.

I popped in on Saturday afternoon with my baby (who, I should mention, is and was being, impeccably well behaved) to see if there was a table. I found it was very busy. I was about to leave when I noticed there was a couple on the sofa seats with a lot of space around them. I was about to approach them to ask whether they would mind sharing when a member or staff blocked my path, looked at me like I was something she'd trodden in and asked what I was doing. I explained that I was going to ask whether they minded sharing. She proceeded to go over to them and have a long conversation pointing my way with all three of them looking rather stoned faced then came back to me and said I should talk to them myself. By this point I'd decided I didn't want to stay so I just left. It's never nice to be made to feel unwelcome or to have ones time wasted unnecessarily. Its even worse when one has a hungry child in tow. Usually people are understanding of this and go out of their way to accommodate- not Barber and Parlour. It's a shame, as I often go in during the week with clients, friends and colleagues when it's far less busy. I'll think twice before bringing my business back in future after today's frosty reception.

Really good space and better since moving the front desk and seating around. Love sitting at the bar watching the action. Avo and Barber Brat is always good! Coffee is generally good! Service is hit and miss, sometimes very very unattentive but usually they are busy. Seems like a good place to work as there is usually a MacBook club in the corner.

Ce complex propose bien évidemment un restaurant dont le brunch est excellent mais il faut vraiment jeter un coup d'œil aux deux étages : entre objets tendances, onglerie, barbier, jus frais à emporter, cinéma, tags... À ne pas rater dans le quartier de Shoreditch !

I have been here twice now. Once for lunch with a close friend and once for dinner with family who were visiting from out of town. Both times it was great. My guests appreciated the clean and cool and somewhat quirky ambiance and setting in a hip part of London. We all loved the food. I would particularly recommend the lamb and the Sea Trout, both of which were delicious.

I love industrial spaces, so I loved the restaurant space and the general hipster vibe (and there is a great movie theater in the basement of the restaurant). Place was packed and it look about 20 minutes to get a table and then the waiter told us food would take about 30 minutes from the time we ordered. Which was fine, but then he brought some wrong dishes and took forever to rectify the problem. The food was okay and the ingredients were fresh, but there was nothing that really wowed us. You could transplant this restaurant to Berkeley or Brooklyn and it would fit right in.

Excellent industrial multi-purpose place; you can have coffee, breakfast, drinks, shopping for silly presents to your hipster friends, a small corner for taking care your precious beards or even watch a film in the famous Electric cinema that is hosted inside this place. But..it is quite noisy all day long, it is a bit overpriced (referring to breakfast) and as the kitchens are open space, your clothes will smell cooking oil for about two days afterwards.

Brought my friend here when she visited london, so unimpressed.The hipster legion grinding the coffee machine were too busy staring at each other to come take our order, then rolled their eyes at us when we complained the order they bought over was wrong. Avoid!

On est dans le "concept café ", deco loft industriel, le lieu regroupe un barbier, un resto, un bar, un cinéma, un magasin ou tout s'entremêle en faisant bon ménage. On y brunch à prix raisonnable ce qui est non négligeable et bien cuisiné !

A great brunch spot. I love the decor of the place with a barbers, cinema and beauty parlour all in the same building.I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for lunch, dinner or if you fancy a trip to the cinema.

I was treated for my birthday by my daughter to a Mani/Pedi. We were each due a glass of Prosecco, but, apparently, that's not available anymore and should be updated on their website.However, I felt like the Queen of Sheba being "done" both hands and feet at the same time! And, boy! what great products Cheeky nail polish is. I looked after our two year old grandson for the next four days and nights and my nails still look as good as new! Four stars for the Beauty services and delightful, competent therapists.Food downstairs first in the restaurant was very tasty but not cheap. Slightly slow service though and we kept having to remind our waiter for our coffees and the side salad - they weren't busy at that time of day either!

Bijzonder plek in de hippe wijk shoreditch, cinema in kelder past helemaal bij de rest. Interieurs is super, industrieel retro enorm gaaf. Ook lekke hebbedingetjes te verkrijgen.

We just had espressos. No complaints. Interesting concept. Plenty of devotees. Would definitely go again to sample more.

This is one of my favourite places for brunch in London. The food always comes so quickly and you always get surprised by how good can simple things like avocado toast and egg can taste ! The place itself has a great "Shoreditch vibe”. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, even if you have to customise your order a bit, they make it ! It has become like a social club for our group of friends as we love brunching etc. In addition to this, Electric cinema downstairs is a must experience, beware after watching movies in such a cosy and nice place you might not appreciate an ordinary cinema anymore. Also a great barber service upstairs at the restaurant! I highly recommend this place !

Resto , commerces , bar , salon de manucure , le barbier travaille dans le bar séparé par quelques étagères ,ciné le tout avec du mobilier de récupération dans un local industriel .C'est à voir et à essayer.

Une belle découverte dans le quartier de shoreditch à côté du box park et de la station de highline.Si vous cherchez un coin hipster, déco industriel, instagram friendly, c'est pour vous. De grands canapés, des baies vitrées lumineuses, un espace barbier coiffeur pour homme old school, un corner shop trendy, un bar et resto, grand et spacieux bref on s'y s'en bien.Nous nous y avons fait une pause green juice mais la carte des plats et desserts paraissait bien appétissante elle aussi.Ps: attention serveurs français donc watch your tongue ;)

I love this place and go as often as I can. It has a great vibe and food is great. The last time I was there we had the halloumi salad, the ham & cheese toast and the poached eggs on toast with avocado. The eggs were cooked just perfectly and everything was incredibly yummy. The toast is so mouthwatering and the salad was fresh and nice with giant cous cous. I almost did not recommend it to avoid having to queue for a table! :)

The place is well structured, but I didn't like the idea of someone having an haircut just behind me, because yes, they do cut the hair in a separated area of the building.The toast with eggs, avocado and mint (or basil?) was good!

After walking around in Shoreditch, my friend and I went for a drink here. It is a nice place, with friendly staff and lots going on. With stuff to buy, lunch, to a mens grooming place, you can find all you need here! Worth to visit if you're around.

Sono entrata in questo locale per caso, passeggiando per le vie di Brick Lane, presa da una crisi di fame. Sono stata catturata dall'aspetto un po dismesso da grande magazzino industriale e dalla vista all'interno di un barbiere.Il locale è molto bene arredato, divani e tavoli sono ben disposti all'interno di un locale molto spazioso e molto illuminato da mega finestre che scorrono lungo tutte le pareti. Un bancone lunghissimo pieno di frutta e verdura e una scaffalatura che delimita la zona adibita a barberia.Abbiamo ordinato una bizza IPA (buona) e un cruditè di verdure con hummus..buonissimo. Infine del pane per finire l'hummus e per placare la fame. Tutto ottimo. I camerieri sono tutti giovanissimi e gentilissimi. consigliatissimo. Si respira un ottima energia.

In de leukste buurt van Londen, Shoreditch, kun je heerlijk lunchen en loungen bij Barber&Parlour. Je kunt hier ook leuke spullen kopen en je haar laten knippen. Vriendelijke bediening en heerlijke gezonde broodjes, soepen, etc.

We were feeling a little lazy for breakfast so decided to have a walk around Shoreditch and ended up at Barber & Parlour.I had been there before and enjoyed the concept (the barber shop is inside the café/restaurant).The atmosphere is good, the service is average but the staff are very friendly.The food was very nice, we ordered the Eggs on Toast with bacon & crushed thyme potatoes and the Eggs on Toast with Avocado. Both really good and tasty.Will certainly come back if looking for something light to eat in the Shoreditch area.

Ristorantino vintage molto curato nell'arredo e nella scelta delle decorazioni in genere. Servizio ottimo e veloce. All'interno del bar c'è anche una postazione da barbiere e sotto il cinema. Ambiente piacevole dove passare serate alternative o pomeriggi rilassanti. Molto consigliato.

A really cool cosy place on the end of Redchurch Street in Shoreditch. Went in for a late breakfast, good food and nice vibe. Is also a cinema, shop, workplace, barber and a cafe/restaurant.

Just a lovely place to drink, eat and relax in the amazing scene of Shoreditch. Something to see in every corner, books, tablewear, next to a barbershop and nailsalon. Special! So special there was a line for lunch, hence we came back for coffee later. Close to the underground station so a good place to end your shoppingday in Shoreditch.

Es una mezcla rara de bar-restaurante, peluquería y salón de belleza+ frutería+bazar. Y tiene hasta un cine en su interior. La peluquería de hombres se puede ver desde el salón del restaurante. Consiguen un ambiente retro y nostálgico. El salón de belleza (manicura) + peluquería femenina en la parte superior. Sólo lo podás apreciar si subes a los servicios. Nosotros sólo probamos la comida. Fuimos a la hora del té así que pedimos platos dulces con un te rico rico. Me arriesgué (no pregunté) con el orange posset & walnut biscotti que se ve en la foto. Demasiado dulce para mi gusto. De hecho, ni siquiera comí un tercio. El ambiente que logran es único, acogedor y fantástico para pasar toda una tarde charlando con amigos o en pareja. Volveré a probar otros platos. Coming from Denmark it was a pleasure in general to visit Shoreditch. We started at Barber and Parlour for brunch. Cozy and charming. Great service. Makes you feel like sitting in your own living room.

The food and services are good but I would like to write this review mostly for the hairdressing barber-spoke service ! Amazing, super hairdresser, I had a cut by Shaun, super nice talented and precise. Thank you guys !

We've been here quite a few times for brunch during the week and enjoy coming and like the food when it arrives. However the service is quite slow and there's always mistakes with the orders - wrong coffees, forgotten sides, and different food to what we ordered. We had a stroll through the suburb of Shoreditch and spotted this great place with a mix of a little food market, a barber, a cinema and a café. There was a really good vibe in there. The staff was very friendly and laid back in a positive manner. Great coffee and cakes. Exciting mix in this trendy place with a vintage feeling!

As title suggests, staff at café counter were aggressive (attacked for drinks orders on sight) coffee was bitter and I drinkable.

Staff are attentive, we had a lovely afternoon tea and catch up. The place it's self is a little strange, it's got a shop kind of around the seating area a bar a cinema downstairs and to top it of a barbers. Lots of charm though

Stumbled across this. £7 for a good portion of aubergine parmigiana. Thanks to lovely Italian waitress who talked us through the menu. Very good value

The worst manicure and service that I had in my life. I had a torture manicure at Cheeky nails, called Barber & Parlour.1- they were late for my appointment that I booked at 2:00 pm and when telling so to the lady who was going to do my manicure. Her answer, I'm not late the system shows me that your appointment is at 2:15 pm and not 2:00 pm... and she kept insisting. I showed her the confirmation email that I received for 2:00 pm. After non productive discussions and they really annoyed me... we started the manicure 2- the person who did my manicure must be a butcher as this was the first time in my life that a manicure hurts. The way she pushed the cuticles and cut the nails was hurting. It's a shame it used to be a good place.When trying to talk with the lady who did my manicure... She said we have plenty of clients some are happy and some aren't.

Now that my beloved AllPress has stopped doing sandwiches :( I'm so glad I stumbled on this gem to quench my craving. I've been a few times for lunch here now, but my favourite thing on the menu is the poached eggs & avo on toast. So much better than my attempt to replicate! Really yummy smoothies and juices as well which make you feel less guilty about having a pound of cheese for lunch...c'est la vie. I'd definitely recommend and the cinema is SO comfy as well if you fancy shutting out the world and staying all day....
