A bar like at the airport. Expensive and fast food. If that's what you're looking for, ok.

Fast food, bar in the airport. You were supposed to order online, but you were then served at the counter. It was still a great way to pass the waiting time.

Polite and friendly service. Staff behind bar always polite and friendly

Not brilliant. Breakfast was cold and the place was filthy. Drinks v.v expensive but it’s an airport so you expect that. Little one enjoyed watching the planes take off though so not all bad 🤷‍♂️

Viajar a LHR desde NCL y el aeropuerto fue muy tranquilo, solo un par de empleados, pero no el más feliz, posiblemente aburrido, sorprendido por los precios de hoy, £ 11. 50 por una pinta de Guinness y media sidra, realmente estás tomando el micrófono, ¿son precios inflados para el invierno? A medida que se acercaba a las 7 pm, la entrada estaba bloqueada con sillas, ya que solo había 3 vuelos saliendo, así que no más negocios, ¡puede probar un bar diferente la próxima vez!

Eight pounds for a cappuccino and croissant. I am aware of the prices at the airport but the croissant arrived after twenty minutes and after having requested it three times, and it was something that looked two days old. The cappuccino tasted like burnt coffee and no one had asked for cocoa on top. I felt like a chicken to be plucked.

Food delivered in good time, expensive for what it was. Tables and menus dirty. Tried to order again from table but app told me not available and speak to a server. I spoke to a server who was collecting my plate and she wasn’t helpful at all and wouldn’t take an order, told me goto the bar. I couldn’t as I was on my own and couldn’t leave my bags and I don’t want to leave my table or would lose my place. I’ve left to go somewhere else.

Great location and nice coffee HOWEVER....bar staff very poor at actually serving customers, clearing tables, floors. Shift managers need to get a grip of their staff, retrained or reselected.

For the extortionate price you pay for a drink you would think that they could at least clean the tables !

Fab atmosphere in Bar11 before we to headed to Magaluf to celebrate our friends 40th. I had liaised with Carly before the date who I sent photos through to via email and on the day Lucy had set up the Easel and table with decorations and photos which were a fab touch and really got her birthday weekend off to a great start. Thanks so much!

£9.59p for a glass of wine.At least Dick Turpin wore a mask.Absolute daylight robbery. London wine bars are cheaper.

Service staff are excellent. Atmosphere is good, but then it would be when you’re about to go on holiday. Food is wayyyyy overpriced for average and in sometimes below average quality. Average prices are to be expected in a largely seasonal dependant industry, but at least make it seem worth it. £7 for the saddest sausage sandwich that greggs would do better for £2 is shameful. If you order on the app there’s the chance to tip before you get your food. Service staff were really good so worthy of it, but food was not. Overall, nice place to sit before you fly for the family, but it’s hard to leave without feeling like you’ve been ripped off unless you’ve just had a coffee.

Expensive but it’s an airport bar.friendly staff, apart from the expensive food and drinks the thing that brings it down is it looks like a proper dive bar seats with ripped covers and generally a very rundown look ( but not in a cool way) it’s inside a international departure lounge but looks like the morning after a Newcastle v Sunderland derby match

Arrived at Bar 11 amazing service from Amy Kay all the bar staff friendly and helpful Table service option used also and although the bar was very busy drinks arrived very quickly

Lucy was very professional and very help she seems a key worker to your team She was very kind and helpful and would come back and get served of her again

Came with my family prior to our holiday to Antalya. Our flight was delayed but we didn't mind at all waiting in bar 11. One of the members of staff, Kara, was so kind and enthusiastic, especially when talking to my kids who were so excited to get on the plane. She was super attentive too and even came and gave us an update on our flight when she noticed a change on the board! We didn't get any food but it looked and smelled delicious.

Food is great, staff are amazing and the atmosphere is perfect for pre-flight vibes, drinks flowing, music playing and everyone happy - lovely start to my holiday.

The drinks and food were good, quite expensive but I wouldn't expect anything different from an airport bar. The service was top notch though - staff were absolutely amazing, especially Kara who was super helpful and didn't seem to stop moving the whole time we were there. Atmosphere was great too!

Came for a few drinks and decided to get some food too. We asked a passing member of staff, Kara, to pass a message to the kitchen about the way we wanted our food cooked which she did immediately, and from then became dedicated to us. She came back around 20 minutes later to ask if we'd put an order in as she couldn't see one with our table number on the board, she then realised it had been put through with no table number so was sat waiting. She had it remade so it was hot and fresh and when she brought it to us was super apologetic. She really went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and made us feel very special. 10/10 service!

Came here with my partner before our departure to Bali and was served by Kara, she was so attentive and kind. I was really nervous for the flight so we picked here to get something to eat and relax (food was lovely) but her smile put me at ease! Thank youuuu!

Drinks weren't fairly priced and fizzy Drinks were flat by the time they arrived. Our table was sticky so asked for a cloth and the attitude that we were greeted with from one of the staff members was disgusting. It felt as though she didn't want to be there and didn't want to help either. No staff member was taking time to clear tables and the food/rubbish on the floor and tables when many were available to do so as the bar wasn't busy. The music was far too loud and you weren't able to have a proper conversation without repeating yourself. Very disappointed with this

went to this bar in the airport as it seemed very popular and was greeted with sheer disrespect. firstly, i ordered a drink which the bar server came and said to myself “we do not have that what do you want” in a very rude manner which i then replied with what else they had to offer, in which they couldnt tell me, i then looked at the menu and ordered another drink, which the bar tender told me was okay, then a new member came over and told me they did not have it. again very rude and could not tell me what an alternative was. after finally being able to order a drink on the 3rd try, it was not the best. the only good side of this is the music and smoking area. will not be returning. i was also over charged, as my drink did not make up for what i had paid for the daquri.

The bar is a pig stye would not chance food from here. The money they are making you'd think they could keep place clean

Chicken Caesar salad was absolutely beautiful, one of the best I've ever had. Dessert was also very yummy!

You order something and you expect it to be delivered. I spoke to two members of staff that I had part of my breakfast missing that I had to pay extra for but both staff members never bothered coming back!

Quirky bar done up like the Metro. Excellent service from Amy K nothing too much trouble even took time to talk to the excited children

The food is very average and pricey, the app is poor couldn’t get a receipt and the bar couldn’t reprint one, hopeless Never again!

Raw eggs, dark brown off bacon, filthy tables but good music If you ask for milk with your tea they'll sit a 2 litre milk carton on your table, so good if you're thirsty for some communal warm milk that has been round every table. Avoid for breakfast if you can help it, I can't comment on other times of the day, for us it was all entirely terrible and completely over priced for very poor food hygiene.

Came into bar 11 on Tuesday 18th afternoon and it was absolutely lovely. Was served by Carly and she was fantastic. All staff attended to our needs and overall brilliant.

Me and my new wife were about to embark on our honeymoon and we had some time to pass before the flight so thought we would have a drink, when we were being being served we were given a large wine in a lipstick smeared glass and when asked if the could be changed I was met with a heavy sigh that didn't make me feel like she really cared about the customer.

Dirty tables no one clearing plates away very expensive poor food

staff had no idea which products contained gluten, total disregard for allergies. brain dead servers wouldn’t reccomend

I contacted Bar 11 to reserve a table for my friends hen party prior to flying to Benidorm. The service from Carly and the team was outstanding. The table was decorated and the team printed photos of my friend which made the whole experience more personal and special. I will definitely contact Bar 11 again to reserve a table for a special occasion. I am currently sat in the bar now, waiting for a flight to Ibiza with my son. Thanks again!

Absolutely filty got a video to upload food all over the floor tables full of glasses. People sat next to us appalled to. The amount spent and sat amongst this mess is disgusting. Not busy either so the staff have plenty of time to clear up. If any management wish to view the video I took please send me an email address so you can see first hand.

Decent place to wait for your flight, comfier seats than the bar next door. Music canny. Venga boys and spice girls. Prices the same as the bar next door. You can order from your seat without the need to download an app.

Slow service And the sign at the entrance says local beer ... But there is none!

Staff are miserable and don’t even get me started on the £17 burger..would have rather have gone to Burger King but it was closed ffs

The holiday always gets a great start here. The staff are so friendly and the service is so quick even when it's busy. I can't comment on the food as I haven't tried it, but it looks good. It almost seems a shame to catch the plane and leave the party atmosphere. Peter and Sam

Lovely restaurant/bar with great opening hours for travellers flying at crazy times. The staff are lovely and attentive, especially Nick who brought my food within 10 minutes of ordering. Food is great, especially the English Breakfast, with a big range of options. Really nice place to sit whilst waiting for your flight at Newcastle and you can watch the planes out the window too.

Staff are fab especially Marshall he made sure everything was ok and we had everything we needed made us feel very welcome and comfortable at the airport!!!!

Got the wrong order. Cappuccino was more like a giant pot with milk. The porched eggs of the egg florentine tasted sour.

Not very pleasant bar staff at 15:45 on Sunday, 3rd March. No basic customer service, no body language, no personality, no interest in customer experience. How come they can pass an interview? Will take my customer elsewhere next time.

Nice atmosphere with good lighting, not bright like a salon at 4.30am, but for the prices charged the food quality could be higher. Ordered a Sausage Breakfast Roll and the sausage was acceptable but the bun (brioche) wasn’t toasted or warmed so was very cake-like.

Ordered a whisky. It came over 3 giant ice cubes I said no thanks I don't want ice. They removed the ice and brought me back a cold, slightly watered down whisky. I wanted it neat. I ordered it neat. Can you please train staff to not add ice to neat spirits, especially whisky?

Fantastic visit as always to bar 11 , went for the festive menu and had the burger. Was so tasty and great value for money . Staff were all friendly and helpful.
