Bangerz 'n' Brewz in Portsmouth

The food was amazing me and my boyfriend came here on a Sunday evening. We booked a table and arrived early, they were ready for us! The service was unbelievable. I have been an assistant manager in a chain restaurant and I would have employed everyone working that evening. I recommend the chi- town fries!

Visted after the Great South Run 2023. Although busy, the staff made us very welcome and accommodating. Very intentive. There was a little delay in waiting for our food, but that was because it was so busy. It was definitely worth the wait. Value for money and plenty to destroy your appetite.

Visited the port solent restaurant. Walking in you notice the decor immediately, I liked it, modern and different. Fun Halloween decorations too! We had table service even though it says to order at the bar. I had 2 of the specials from the Halloween menu, the burger and spicy fries! Burger was good, not juicy. Fries were not great, all the toppings made them very cold!

Appalling customer service, ordered online waiting a long period of time and when it finally said delivered we had no knock on the door, no food outside. When I ring the restaurant to ask what happened to my food that I had paid for they simply said it wasn’t their fault it’s another company’s fault and then carried on to put the phone down on me. I think personally they are over priced for what they are and if you really like your burgers you can get a better one else where for cheaper. Save your money and find another establishment.

The food all came out cold, we pointed this out to the waiter he then told us they would reheat all the food. This we were not happy with… I would avoid this place if I were you, the staff need training on how to cook..

We were greated by very friendly staff, there was a nice atmosphere with good music. The food was goid and delivered quickly. Unfortunately due to them not taking CASH we will not be returning. Which is a shame as would have liked to come with the rest of my family. Please reconsider the payment policy

Having visited the branch on Victoria Road and had a great meal we were looking forward to lunch at Port Solent branch but unfortunately everything was underwhelming. Burger was tiny and dry, chips were OK but the best was the blue cheese chicken salad. Three pieces of lettuce, two slices of tomato does not a salad make. The blue cheese dressing was barely detectable. Only saving grace was the chicken was cooked and not dry. Most of the beers and ciders were off and TBH the staff seemed either uninterested or had no clue what they were doing. Was really expensive for what we had (burger, chicken salad and two bottomless soft drinks for over 30 quid!). Such a shame as Victoria Road was awesome.

Being massive 7bone fans we had a recommendation to visit Burgerz and Bangerz. We arrived at 1.30 and the place was fairly busy but not heaving. We waited a good 15-20 minutes for our order to be taken(I did ask if we should come to the bar but the waitress said she'd come over. We still did not have our food at 2.30 and when it arrived we were missing one of our orders. We asked for it to be brought over as well as some sauces for our kids' meal but then this took at least another 5-10 minutes. The staff are really nice but I wondered if they were short today as it was noticeably hard to get their attention. Food was good but not huge portions - we won't be swapping 7Bone for this one in future!

Arrived at 3pm on a Tuesday . We had just missed the lunchtime rush so we were the only two diners. The three members of staff who we met Sam,Mia& Michelle were absolutely lovely. Friendly and helpful when I couldn’t make up my mind from the delicious menu. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning very soon!

Went for a meal with freinds and sav was incredible very helpful to me and my mates! good to know if you can’t finish the delish food you can put in in a box and take it home! Amazing xxxx

Stopped in for lunch. Great food, burgers and sides are amazing. Staff are brilliant, couldn’t have been more attentive or helpful. Changing parts on the orders and accommodating requests. Highly recommend.
