Worst Restaurant ever. The service was horrible! All the staff were shouting at you. I only ordered. One thing. It tasted horrible! Never come here. All the chefs don't wear any hats to stop hair from getting into the food. Glad it is shutting dowm

We had pre-booked a table for a Sunday evening, and there were another 5 tables in use when we arrived. Only two members of staff one cooking and one serving, so service wasn’t particularly good. This is not the first time we have seen this. On one occasion we experienced the girl serving the tables went off shift leaving just one to cook and serve. Surely for H&S this is not how to run a restaurant? The girl serving had very long hair way past her shoulders which she was constantly flicking over her shoulders whilst taking our order also had long red nails. Neither good for food hygiene! The cold drink pump wasn’t working so got served warm cans instead. They were so warm they melted the 2 ice cubes on pouring. The food in general was ok but one of the burgers was barely warm. So not sure if food temperatures are being taken, or if it had been left in the side for too long . This was our third visit and each time the service has been awful. You have a captive client base in Rustington but just need to improve the service. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again (I’ve spoken to others who have experienced the same ) which is a shame as some of the burgers and dogs are really yummy!

After hearing good things I decided to give my usual take away a miss and placed anI order for take away. After driving from Worthing I arrived at the confined collection time of 18:07. Still waiting at 18:25, I was staring to get very annoyed. I was told they had just started to cook my order, this was nearly 20 minutes after It should have been ready. The excuse I was given was “I’m on my own”. If you’re on your own and can’t cope, extend the waiting times for collection. This is an absolute joke. To be fair the BBQ vegan burger was good, but the American burger was over cooked, though it still tasted ok. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back again and can’t recommend them. Shame I had such a bad service

Went in for lunch today, lovely and spacious with a really chilled atmosphere. We were served drinks really quickly, nice to be able to get refillable on a warm day. After ordering the boys could go and play in the play room, really nice touch. Also toilet close by which was useful for the little ones. Food came and was delicious. The kids portions were very generous! Also enjoyed ice cream for pud and rainbow drops - cute touch. It was a really lovely atmosphere and the lady who served us couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. Will definitely be back! X x

Great food comfy settee need proper cutlery not wooden!!! Burgers great, merlot wine lovely. Too much graffiti art as you are excluding a market but overall great. I will definitely come back if you have proper cutlery!!!

Stopped by for a late lunch. Was greeted by a very energetic lady!!! We loved the decor as my partner is into graffiti. Food choices were good not to much not too little. Food came out quickly piping hot😊 I had a bulid your own burger which made me very happy as I don't like all the fancy sauces and cheeses with rustic fries and my partner had the American burger with the dirty Diana fries and shared the Cajun chicken wings. The lady that served us was delightful

Been twice in last 2 weeks and can’t fault it. Breath of fresh air to the village high street. Varied burger and hot dog menu including excellent vegan range. Jo was great front of house

We ordered through the just eat app for delivery after being told that they're "not that busy" so delivery wouldn't take too long. After waiting over an hour with no update from either just eat or the restaurant, I phoned the restaurant to see where our order was. After asking for our order number the young lady quickly passed me over to a guy who I'm assuming is the manger. He was very apologetic but gave no reason as to why our food hadn't been sent to us nor did he offer to reimburse us with anything. Just that should ask for a refund via the just eat. We are £50 down and still don't know when we will be refunded through the app as apparently it takes ages. We then had to spend another £30 at Uncle Sam's who saved the day and actually made the food we ordered. Such a disappointment as they came highly recommended but I won't be ordering from here again. Absolutely terrible place who clearly don't know how to run such a place. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND LIKE LOSING MONEY.

I’ve visited the branches in Portsmouth, Port Solet and Southampton. This is the only branch that left a negative impression. I came on a Saturday night where there was only 2 other tables. I ordered an American style burger and asked for the bacon to be taken out as I don’t eat it. The waitress acknowledged this and when bringing the food out some time later, she said “American style with no bacon” and passed it to me. After eating over half, I bit into it and noticed there was bacon in it. I don’t believe it was in the entire burger, but only partly in it hence why I couldn’t taste it before. I complained to the waitress who apologised and said we would get 10% off. Once the bill came, I didn’t have time to calculate the bill and was handed the card machine. After paying I had realised the discount had not come off. Could I have done more to ensure I had gotten somewhat of a discount? Yes. Could I be bothered after having such a shocking experience? No. It’s a good thing I wasn’t allergic, as I can imagine the chef wouldn’t have taken it that serious. This branch is nothing like the others I have been to and can imagine it won’t last long with its lack of atmosphere.

Only one thing... Front of house staff needs customer service training or need extra waiting staff . Slow and not on the ball communication skills left a bit t to be desired.. However the food was amazing. Absolutely delicious.. Came out in. Good. Time, hot, well presented and kitchen staff have amazing humour great with kids

Slow Service, average food and bad attitude The restaurant was pretty empty yet service took forever. Our drinks fell off the tray and were smashed when we were served, and the glass and liquid wasn't cleaned up while we were there, leaving the floor slippy and dangerous. Waiter had a bad attitude. No reason that I would re visit.

This is an odd one because I liked this place but hubby said he wouldn’t bother going again. Usually we are on the same page but then maybe this time it’s just me. About £70 plus tip for 3 adults and 1 child to eat a main each, a sharing platter, 1 dessert, 1 ice-cream, 1 beer and 2 soft drinks. Not cheap but not horrific. If you went with a child and ordered the child option, a burger (share child’s chips) and had a soft drink it might cost £15 plus tip or so. Ben the waiter was cheerful, friendly, helpful and quick to get us what we need. I like that. He was very good with our child who loved him. The children’s playroom in the old vault / safe was excellently stocked and brought great joy to my 4.5year old daughter and every other child I saw in there. Decor great, wall art outstanding, something different and fun. Not sure how comfortable the low sofas would be so happy to be up at a table. Music choice good and the right volume. P The burgers suited me. Hubby said they were tasteless as under seasoned, and on reflection I have tasted more gourmet burgers, but I liked the flavour with onion crispies added. Nice tomato and lettuce, good cheese, fresh and tasty bun and a perfectly acceptable double burger. The child didn’t finish her hotdog so I tried that too but although the quality of the sausage was good the bread seemed tough and I would have preferred a softer roll. Hey maybe if I order a hot dog next time I should ask for a burger bun and halve it to pop in there. This is the sort of place where burgers are acceptably £7.50 or so but then you have the buy the chips separately. Works out a bit more after that and I’m not a big fan of that style of pricing. I don’t want a large portion of chips but the men don’t want to share theirs so I am forced to order a full portion of chips instead of just having the 6 or so next to my burger that I really want. If I went again I would force someone to give me some of theirs (even the child) as I wasted a huge portion of chips and child couldn’t even make a hole in hers. The sharing platter was tasty with great wings and the onion rings were superb. Careful of the chicken strips as they were spicy and not advertised as such. The hash brown were ok but I wouldn’t bother with those - nothing to write home about. I was not a fan of the mozzarella sticks and think the quality of those could be improved. However as a whole the £10 cost of a shared platter with that quantity of food (hash browns were extra) wasn’t bad - a nice all rounder. Refill drinks were about £2.95 or so. I wish you could just buy a normal can of coke or tab for a £1 as I never refill (don’t drink that fast) and so I always feel slightly cheated if that’s the only fruit drink option. Also I avoid citrus for heartburn reasons and don’t drink alcohol during the day so an apple juice, alcohol free cocktail or j2O would have been nice. Also the kids drinks gave only fruit juice, fizzy drinks or water which was disappointing for a generation of parents bringing our kids up without fizzy drinks and understanding there is too much sugar in fruit juice (which is bad for their teeth as avoidance is recommended by health professionals when a child is under 5) so why are there no sugar free flat drinks except water. Sugar free fruit shoots, sugar free squash and milk should be options on the kids menu. That being said my child does drink water without complaint it just meant I couldn’t treat her. So I thought £5 for a child meal and drink was perfectly acceptable. Somewhat disappointed that the brownie tasted odd, I think it was vegan. The choc ice-cream was vegan and this was not communicated to us as there was no menu for desserts and our server didn’t tell us. We paid for both items but we don’t like vegan cakes or ice cream so we felt a bit tricked into buying it. Had we been told we would have skipped it. If you tell them it’s your birthday they leave a tray on your table for arrival with Happy Birthday in ketchup. Very sweet but not my cup of tea. They use cheap ketchup at this venue and the vinegar content is high. The stink of vinegar off that tray made me have to turn away, so if you don’t like the smell of vinegar make sure you don’t tell them it’s your birthday ha ha. Can only tip in cash which is short sighted post covid when so few people use cash now. Luckily I had £7 on me from our week away but that was unusual and in all likelihood I would have had to leave without tipping.

We have visited the restaurant a few times since opening for family meals and birthday celebrations 🎉 A lot of thought has gone into the interior design, from converted tables made from pianos to trendy spray paint graffiti on the walls and ceilings which our children think looks really cool. The restaurant appears clean and bathrooms are well maintained, staff are quick to remove empty plates and glasses. On arrival We were given complimentary popcorn , Which is a nice idea to as opposed to a starter 🍿 The childrens menu offers a great selection and good size portions for pre teens and looks similar to the adults menu so they don’t think they are missing out. 🍔 🌭 🍟 We have tried a variety of food all of which was delicious, made fresh and arrived hot and our children love and take full advantage of the bottomless drinks which they are only allowed as treats (thanks to the staff for their patients)! All the staff are attentive and good humoured. Last time we visited we were served by a chap called Ben who all our children quickly took a shine too and made my nieces birthday celebration extra special - thanks Ben 😎 hope to see you soon! 👍🏼

This is a crazy burger restaurant with graffiti style decor & the original bank vault still in place as a kids area. As soon as we walked in, Chelsea introduced herself & took us straight to a table. Service was excellent, staff seemed happy & engaging & food was served quickly. I went for the Mexican burger - superb tasting. My family all had different foods but equally as impressed. Can’t wait to go back again!
