This was a meal to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary and the first time we had gone to this restaurant. The meal was excellent as was the friendly and efficient service from all concerned. I can without hesitation recommend this restaurant and will certainly visit again.

Really great curry house. Friendly staff, service is excellent, food is excellent, beer tastes great. Will overlook tirimasu on roof - we always have a pleasant time here.

Me and the missus stuck on where to eat on a friday night. Found this place in a quiet street off the main high street. Simple restaurant with old school menu. Loved it. Generally I order a Jalfrezi in a new place I go to. Usually a good indicator of the quality and range of the chef. This place did not disappoint. Place was heaving with enough staff to look after diners. Staff were fantastic and were happy to tweak dishes to be a bit more authentic and chef did not disappoint. They looked after us both and very attentive. The desert menu was very nostalgic. Keep up the great work, guys. Will be back when I can to try out other stuff on the menu as the jalfrezi was on point.

Catered for a large party with excellent service and food.They opened the bifold windows on a hot evening to give a great dining atmosphere Highly pleased with every aspect, even the bill considering the amount of food and drink we consumed.

Superb meal, service was fantastic and the meal felt as if I was dining in the best restaurant in Iran. The food was fantastic and every bite brought about a new sensation. All I can say is thankyou Babucci for an experience I shall never forget, apart from the fact that our table was situated next to the toilet, so we smelled poo poo for 3 hours straight, apart from that, all good.

Really busy, but therefore great atmosphere and fantastic service and as usual the food was amazing.

Food may be good but are very selfish as think it's ok to have an event where they play music past 1am showing zero consideration for neighbours!! Not even the pubs here are that selfish!

Three of us visited on Thursday evening 11.4.24. All our meals were excellent. My Chicken Dhansuk was spot on. Even the sauces with poppadoms were extra special. Shaz & the team gave great service, & were very welcoming. Top notch! We highly recommend.

Best Lamb chops I have ever had in a curry house. They were pink and amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great restaurant, excellent service. A must if you are ever in Walton and fancy a curry.

Firstly, want to say that the service throughout was very attentive and friendly, but the food let Babucci down. Poppadom chutneys tasted overly sweet and sickly, very overcooked (burnt in places) lamb chops, Chicken Chettinad which is a house special was bland and lacked seasoning. Chicken Shashlick also underseasoned. Wine was expensive and low quality. The best thing on our table was the Saag Aloo - this was indeed very delicious. Disappointing overall

We ate here on Saturday and the place was heaving. We soon realised why as the food is amazing and the waiters and staff are brilliant making sure everyone is happy. We will definitely come back here when staying local again.

What amazing service, very helpful, polite staff.The food was 1st class and because it was my birthday they bought me out a dessert with a candle in it, sang happy birthday (embarrassing) . They even surprised me with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a free after dinner drink. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant! This place has never let us down. It was already carrying 5 stars but this evening when I messed up our order, I called to ask if it was too late to amend and even though the driver had already left to deliver our food, it was no trouble for them to send out the additional item. Thank you so much.

We visited last Friday evening just by chance and had such a yummy meal with great attentive service. We ordered this evening as a takeaway and it was absolutely up to standard perfect and delicious. This is our favourite GO TO Indian takeaway and restaurant…….glad we found Babucci!

Food was bland and I was shocked to find out after on the food standards agency website that they only have a 2 star food hygiene rating with improvement necessary for cleanliness and condition of facilities and building ( pest control etc) I think they should be getting a better score than this!!

I've only had takeaways from here so far but I'm looking forward to eating in,my children cant get enough of this restaurant so we decided to bite the bullet and try for ourselves "SO GLAD WE DID" our next meal will be eating in,which I'm sure will be 5 stars all the way.........mr cooper

Definitely need to comment this time. Babucci is our fave local restaurant. Best Indian restaurant we have been to in England. We love the good quality food and service and decided to have our wedding dinner here. They arranged everything perfectly, and everyone had a great time due to the great service and atmosphere. Went first time to this place today. Great food, very nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Definitely recommend it for everyone. Waiter Sam is fantastic. Also, the manager was absolutely great ( unfortunately, I didn't ask his name ). Only positive reviews about this place 😊👍

We ate in this restaurant on 16 September and found the experience to be quite stressful. We had not booked but were given a table and waited quite a long time to be served and once we’d ordered the food we waited some 35 minutes for it to arrive. One of the meals was wrong and so we had to wait again for this. Once we finished eating our main course was very quickly cleared away and the bill brought to us before we’d asked for it! We were not offered any dessert and told “sorry but we need the table now”. Had we been told this in the first place then we may well have not eaten there as we were made to feel very rushed and were not relaxed at all. Also, there was a woman vaping at a table close to us and was not asked to stop. Again not a pleasant experience having to breathe this in whilst eating. Whilst the staff were friendly and polite it just felt as though they were trying to cram as many in as they could and their statement on the website about it being a relaxed atmosphere could not have been further from the truth. A very disappointing evening out.

First night in for many years,on a Wednesday night. Great out of the way but attentive service, food piping hot,superb portion sizes and tastes AMAZING. Well worth visit,but would suggest a table booking in advance as the restaurant is usually full over the weekends.

A completely laughable experience. Waited an hour to be seated and only given a drink when pretty much demanded. Eventually received our complementary beer, and sat down at our table by the broom cupboard, lovely! Some unrequested poppadoms arrived with a smile, and off we went with our meal for that evening…9.00pm for a 7.30pm booking! The food wasn’t bad, nothing special, though, but the icing on the cake was being presented with the bill that had our complementary drinks and poppadoms back on it. When this was pointed out, another (corrected) bill was presented, with no apology, literally in the blink of an eye. The staff were very apologetic for all the delays, but really, this restaurant needs to take a long, hard look at itself.

Decent Tandori with mixed meats, along with special fried rice and nan bread. Colleague's had curries and said they where filling and tasty. Very light Pashwari Nan bread was soft with some coconut and minimal fruit to see but tasted like it was in the crust.

Wonderful meal, really excellent flavours, reasonably priced. Also lovely view with sun streaming in, staff were great, very efficient.

We ordered a take away it arrived a little late and not so hot and lacked the little extras that we have come to expect like a wedge of lemon and salad with onion Bhaji. Paneer shaslik unfortunately had no sauce so a little dry.

I can honestly say that was the worse curry I have ever had! The sauces were runny with no flavour and no other ingredients other than chicken or lamb. Naan bread was flavourless. The lamb was uncooked and chewy. I’m just waiting to see if there are any repercussions!Disgraceful!

I hadn't heard of barbucci before, but visited yesterday for a birthday meal and it was incredible! The staff were all excellent and really polite and helpful, and the food was outstanding - a great mix of classics and house specials, and we all agreed it was some of the best tasting curry we've ever eaten! It will definitely be our Indian of choice when eating out in Walton!

We’ve ordered a few times and have noticed the protions have got smaller and smaller. Tonight we ordered at 8:30. Called again at 9:30 “it’s on it’s way”. 10pm : order cancelled. Won’t be going back.

Spur of the moment decision to eat here but so glad we did. Sat in the window with the double doors open as it was so hot outside. Slight mix up with the order, I didn’t get what I had ordered at first but it was immediately changed and they couldn’t do enough to compensate. Food was excellent, highly recommend, will definitely return when we’re next in area.

We have been here at least three times On Thursday 17 June it was my husband's 83rd birthday(a curry affianado) and six of us had the pleasure of yet another delicious meal..... Not one of out party were disappointed in fact one comment was it was the best sweet/sour curry he had ever had (can't remember the name of the dish).To TOP off a very successful evening, the service was unbelievable; friendly, attentive watrons meeting our every request. When I informed them of my husband's birthday we were immediately presented with an ice cream dessert together with a candle AND a bottle of champagne.They were also good enough to allow me to take home my leftover vegetable Balti which I look forward to enjoying all over again. Always happy to use Babucci - even in 'lockdown', ordering takeaway from them. Very tasty! Particularly love the tandoori lamb chops for our starter! Will continue to use these guys. Can't wait for the restaurant to open up again! The tables at the front are fab in the summer, when they can open the doors right up!

Used this curry house for 4 years lovely food , but recently the takeaway option has been getting worse and worse each week , either different chefs or curry’s is watery . Last night I ordered a prawn masala half way through eating it I had to go throw up , the prawns seemed tough and the whole dish was watery . I truly saddened as have been using them for Years and to be honest will miss the good curry’s I have had there but after that I want be dealing with them again, after numerous complaints , seems that when they get to busy the take away option is not the best try yourself but I will not be anymore .

On new years I ordered as my previous experience here was good. Uber accepted the order and was due to me in an hour. 3 Hours later no update on the app so I call the store. There phone was switched of. Who turns there phone of on a busy day? I had to contact uber to cancel this order as the store turned there phone of for over 3 hours. Awful service will not be going here again.

Went here last night with a friend. Wow.... Great friendly service, fabulous food that was just the right helpings. Very nice surroundings. Will definitely be going back (or these days) getting a takeaway.
