Aunty Bunnys Hut in Brighton and Hove

The lovely aroma had drawn me up the steps to investigate & two of us went to eat on 25/8/22 at 5.30pm. Not busy at that time & we sat outside. I had jerk chicken with rice & peas, a generous amount of tasty chicken with purple rice & black peas which was rather dry & not quite to my taste - next time I would opt for potatoes. My friend had a good size plate of coconut paella chicken. I had the pineapple & ginger juice but preferred my friend's mango smoothie. Friendly helpful staff & we'll be back soon.

Had two burritos (pulled pork) and we both loved them. We were parked at London Road Car park and it was a mighty dinner to have before going home. The staff are awesome. The atmosphere is chilled. And the sun (in our case) was shining. Could I say more? Oh yeah the coronas were ice cold! Thank you Bunny's

We picked up a takeway here on the way home 2x jerk chicken wraps + plantain. We were both very pleased, loved the wrap format for jerk chicken, and the veggies + pots included. Plenty of taste and zing without wrecking your taste buds. the staff were excellent very friendly. Will probably soon enough be there for a sit down.

Thought we would try the food here as it was new to the area. Firstly the music inside was deafening so we sat outside. The service was friendly enough and that's about all I can give as a positive review . The chicken that came out was raw so obviously we returned it and given another portion ( properly cooked this time) The other dishes were served in take away cartons and some on plates so all a bit of a mishmash. They offered us a piece of cake as compensation but they looked so dry and unappealing in the display cabinet we declined. Now for the toilet... a disgrace its in the broom cupboard along with a filthy mop and bucket!! Whilst we understand its on the theme of street food so we didn't expect anything fancy I wished we had just left after the raw chicken incident, but as you have to pay when you order we didn't want to make a scene. They may have been having teething problems as they are relatively new to Brighton but we would not return.
