Asda Cafe in Sevenoaks

This cafe goes really down the hill. I always love going there as food was tasty but from last year food is not great. 11.45am was no pizzas or anything really. No side salad ( in the beagining salad was sooo good but after they cut tomatoes and puting cucumbers and keep it all mix up! Is disgusting. , no onion rings, no pizzas,... Comeback at 12.20 only 2 pizzas... food gies down and prices go up. No wonder why is always empty.

Went to have lunch and was advised there was no food they were closing. Store open until 4 so why is there no food served at lunch time?

We visited Swanley for a wedding and having had breakfast at other Asda cafes in the past assumed this would be acceptable but we were proven wrong. Food appeared instantly and served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. The food was disgusting and we were baffled how an egg could be so rubbery that the knife couldn’t even pierce it without brute force. The menu details can’t be read as the print is so small. Needless to say we won’t be back.

The staff are not very pleasant and they can be talking to each other ignoring the customer. the food is not the best. The seating area is not kept clean. Shame as it could be a good place to go to meet up with friends. The hot dogs and decaff coffee are quite good.

Pizza is ok. It’s just the terrible staff!!!! Miserable and rude with absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever!!!! Can’t crack a smile and if you dare to interrupt their chatting the look they give you!!!!! After working for Asda for many years some years back their standards have certainly fallen.

We called in as we were visiting family in the area and wished we'd spotted the Costa opposite before we ordered food! Three of us had jacket potatoes and quite frankly, they were the worst potatoes I've ever seen in my life. Over-cooked with horrible brown flesh, not even the salad that accompanied them could cheer them up! I ordered a chicken burger and gave up waiting. It's cheap, yes, but they could do so much better!

Menu is limited the last time few times I was there the tables were full of dirty trays etc and looked a mess. I won't go back in a hurry.

The food has always been fairly good every time I have been especially for the price! It’s just the staff... every time I go in there the staff move at a snails pace, and there usually having a conversation with one and another discussing there personal life, it’s like the que is invisible to them, and they do not care at all to make people wait until there ready. Its so painful to go there, (because of the staff) I don’t think you should be discussing love life’s /personal life’s whilst serving people and especially when there’s a que of people waiting! (This happens every time I go in there) I dread when one of the locals ask them a question because you get a run down on there whole life story. So frustrating and unprofessional I really feel the staff need a huge customer care course, and a shake the lack of urgency of work ethic is quite unbelievable!! I don’t know how they get away with it, 😮 Rant over. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Came here for breakfast on a Sunday. Nothing was ready, bit of a disorganised mess. Tables were mucky and they forgot our hash browns. Coffee is watery and weak also. But its very cheap.

Good little cafe - good for pizzas and very good value for money! Service a bit slow, but friendly staff. Can order pizzas for take out if required. Great for lunch.

Nice staff,Victoria,Tracey and friends.Great value food, jacket pot ,cheese and beans for £1.Even do a fair breakfast as well, great Pizzas,takes some beating for great service and value

Basic works canteen layout and the service seems similar. The basic Breakfast is reasonable for the price (£2.50). It’s not fine dining by any means. Possible lack of staff, it was generally untidy and cluttered in the seating area. Not as good as other supermarket Cafes I have been to.

Oh my god. This must be one of the worst supermarket cafes that I have visited. Terrible food! Plastic knives and forks. Untidy seating. We left our food and went over to the Step in cafe.

Awful staff. There's no such a thing as customer service between the staff. Extremely crude attitude. You talk to them in the middle of their fooling around and they'll look at you like your the weird one. Horrible pizza which I was so hungry and forced to take a bite at. Always undercooked and stale. I wish I could say the staff are rude but they are like from a different planet. What bothers me is there doesn't seem to be even a manager there. As for the hygiene, they couldn't be worse even they tried.

Good food but the staff are terrible - lack of effort, not very good customer service. The tables don't get cleaned very often, the staff are very grumpy and not welcoming at all. I wouldn't recommend, id prefer to go to costa instead where the service is brilliant.

Excellent Pizza and tea ! Good value or money ! Spoilt by the slow clearing of tables by Asda staff .

I use this "amenity" when I bring my disabled mother-in-law shopping once a week. The staff are grumpy, not customer orientated, and surly. There are ALWAYS left over plates on practically every table. NEVER see any management in checking standards. Do something Asda - please!

Staff here are never happy. Everything is a problem ask for sauce and they just grunt and point. Only worth a visit if you not bothered about service. Food well priced and large slices of pizza that's cheap

Went today for a quick lunch rather than stopping to get a sandwich why we did the weekly shop and glad I did.

Ok so EVERY TIME we've been here there has been issues. Don't bother going after 615pm cos they close at 7 and won't have anything left. 9 times out of 10 there is something not in stock. Heavens forbid that they are in a supermarket that they come out from behind the counter and pop up the isles to get some stock! Poor drink selection as the machine consistently is not working. The place is a mess. You have to ask staff to clear the tables so you can sit down. The food goes cold very quickly. The pizzas are kept in the hot plate far to long and they go hard. You have to queue for ages and the staff are SLOW. Don't bother. Go to the cafe op and get better food for less money with better service

Had a good lunch here and met up with friends here definitely a good cafe with a good choice of foods I would definitely recommend to anyone he wants a meet up and have a bite to eat

One of the fastest take away services I've known and really good pizza! Prompt and courteous service, will use again and take advantage of sitting in next time.

Since it's had a new menu it is excellent nice and cheap but tasty staff polite and always busy we go a lot say nearly everyday

Very economical priced wholesome food, no frills, canteen style tables and chairs, can be very noisy

asda cafe the food in poor the place allways looks dirty the food is left under heat lamps for hours

My nearest Costa this, and Bluewater are my faves always a good cappacino anytime, you must try the Old Paradise St blends very tasty !!
