Asanok in Tonbridge and Malling

Food tasted lovely but delivery time was extended, leaving the food not warm enough and eating too late.

I had curry yesterday chicken tika Biryani’s and Tarka dall 🥘 food was delicious

Great to have Indian food with great service. For me....far too bland and clear bias towards delivery companies.

There are better Indian shops in Tonbridge treat yourself to something better than this. I would happy have a microwave meal from co-op.

They messed up our order and forgot the sag aloo and we were looking forward to that part of the meal all day and it was ruined, the meal just wasn't the same without it and it wasn't enjoyable, I normally love the food from you but this time it was different and I'm unsure if I would order again

Ordered on the shops app at 17.15, requested 18.00 delivery,app said at 18.00 my food was out with the driver,then shop called me and queried my order at 18.45,food arrived at 19.00 and driver had no change and just stood at my door staring at me,my wife gave food back and we ordered something elsewhere. Absolute joke of a place!!!!!!!

Worst Indian food I’ve ever had, meat was dry like it’s been cooked and left in the fridge a few days. Delivery driver had no change expecting £14 tip. Avoid at all costs

Best food in Tonbridge. Been eating from here since it opened. Great food great owners and front of house. Used to love Kalmal we mis him though.

Excellent the best curry in town

The food needed heating up and not a lot of prawns in starter. Nice enough food though

May have changed hands as we’d been happy before, but with a £9.00 main looking like a small starter, and with their response being “well the price of food has gone up for us too you know”, we returned the food and won’t be going back.

Lovely staff very helpful as my husband and I both struggle to read but they couldn’t have helped more in explaining and offering up dish ideas to try and the food was amazing absolutely loved it even my fussy husband he still cannot stop talking about the food. Disappointing to say the least… always eat here and never had a bad meal till today…. Was cold… naan tasted stale… stale poppadom… lamb madras was all fatty meat and the rice was all soggy, only thing edible was the Bombay potato’s.

Perfect, we selected for the food to be delivered as soon as possible so were very happy that it came early. The food was exceptional and I think we've discovered our new favourite takeaway

Haven't been here for about 5 years as we moved, but on a recent visit back and everything tasted just like I remember. Super tasty sauces and decent portion sizes. The veg dishes in particular are a favourite, can be ordered as side or main portions - and the peshawar naan. We always collect so can't comment on delivery. Standout dishes: makan sabjiwala, nawabi veg, pasanda kesari.

Prawns in byriani not cooked , plain naan bread sent instead of 1 garlic and 2 keama naan Apart from that , the rest of the order was ok

It never showed up… probably someone else is eating it as their site is telling me to enjoy it!

This place used to be good with the food turning up hot an there delivery times good now days we wait over 1 hour 20 minutes an food's cold an there portion sizes have only half a tub or less not good going elsewhere in future, oh an to top that off we have to wait another 30 minutes for fresh food to be sent back out

I've been here a fair few times now, always happy with the food. Not the cheapest compared to my other favourite Chinese takeaway (anyone else find Indian food is always alot more than Chinese?). Knocked off one star as I think the portions have got smaller! Less chicken! Would recommend the Chilli Chicken Curry!

Ignore the restaurant star rating I've given, it is not a restaurant but an excellent take away. If you like Indian food, this little take away is absolutely excellent.

Food was beautiful and delivered quickly, would order again. Rice & chip portion possibly a bit small for our liking.

Not all the food was delivered, had to ring the restaurant and ask for my missing items to be sent which meant the rest of the food started to go cold. Not a enjoyable meal.

Ordered at 7:20 and arrived at 9:20 with a delivery time of 8:30-8:40. This is the third time in a row orders have been late. Won’t order from these again

Sadly I wasn’t impressed with food, curry was very runny and Naan was very tasteless. I won’t be ordering again. This was the first time ordering Indian and I wouldn’t order again.

Seeing as Asanok have put their prices up and now charge £3 delivery for a journey of half a mile I didn’t expect the quality of the food to go down. My chicken Jalfrazie was bland to say the least. The chillis didn’t taste of anything and there wasn’t much chicken! Mushroom rice was swimming in oil. The Sag Aloo was ok. Think I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

Normally my order arrives with mint sauce and onion salad. I order the same every time. Today I ordered EXTRA of all 4 dips, and was charged for them. I only had 1 of each dip, instead of having 1 mango, 1 lime, 2 mint, 2 onion. Don't do that. If I have to pay for each one that's fine, they're not much money, but don't make me work out how much we need/how much we're getting and then I'm wrong. Either do the normal and I should get 6 side dips, or don't do free sides and I pay for 8 because that's what I needed. Delivery staff are always impeccable.

5 star food hygiene rating, excellent kitchen it is soo clean you could literally eat off the floor ive seen it at the busiest of times and standards do not drop then either. food is great lovely flavours and chicken melts and rice is cooked soft. Drivers are lovely too. New menus comming soon😁

I have to say this is the best Indian ive had by far!! Absolutely delicious, arrived early and was hot. The only thing that let it down was the poppadoms being stale. Will order from here again for sure!

Even though this was a takeaway the presentation was great. Nice recyclable bag, packed with care and complimentary poppadoms with chutney and riata included. Meal ordered wasn’t a disappointment either, really flavoursome, not in anyway greasy. We will definitely be using this takeaway restaurant again. 👍

Very tasty Indian food. I have tried all the other local Indian takeaways, but none have been as good as Asanok. Menu offers variety of dishes all cooked well with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend the lamb biriyani.

The main meal I ordered was in a bigger pot than the side dish but when I put it out on the plates it was exactly the same size. A bit disappointed as it's almost double the price for the same amount. The food is delicious though.

The food was great as always. Unfortunately we ordered 4 poppadoms and only received 2. Also, we ordered a garlic naan but a plain naan turned up instead.

I have been ordering deliveries from Asanok for several years, having discovered that they are the best in town by far. The deliveries are not bought to me in ten minutes fresh from a microwave - I have to wait up to an hour during busy periods, and I have seen the cooking being done on site. The taste is wonderful, and the experience is never less than totally satisfying

Thirty minutes late as was the last order too. After ordering it said it would be delivered 1hr and ten minutes later which is a longer wait than average to begin with. It then went 30 minutes over that meaning from ordering it was 1hr 40 minutes wait in total which is extremely long, almost double the wait time for anywhere else.

Ordered a curry reasonably time in lockdown saying delivery would be an hour! Ended being 2 hours after 2 phone calls only too realise my order was not complete! Not a good ending to our meal

Food was late as expected per other reviews but that didn’t deter us. Unfortunately, it wasn’t really worth the wait. The garlic naan was the blandest naan I have ever tasted. I genuinely mean that. Didn’t taste of garlic or taste of anything for that matter. The keema ball with stuffed mushrooms was also bland and the mushrooms inside had zero seasoning. Nothing. It’s like they were cut and boiled then stuffed in. The curry itself was luckily ok. Nothing exceptional but nice. As a side note, we got free poppadoms. Who gives poppadoms with no dip or yoghurt? What am I supposed to do with those? Overall, it was terrible but if I was do describe it with one word then it would definitely be “bland”

Still waiting for food over an hour after it was due to be delivered. Have tried calling the restaurant over 20 times and unable to get through. AVOID
