No es genial, no es pobre, solo un bap de salchicha promedio sin ninguna especialidad real. Puede decirle al departamento de compras que opte por la comida más barata para ayudar con los costos. La taza de té estaba bien. Usaron una verdadera bolsita de té Tetley.

He parado aquí en visitas anteriores, pero esta es una nueva adición y lo más atractivo para un desayuno cocinado: había estado preocupado por la noche anterior cuando parar no había muchas opciones para el desayuno, y mucho menos el desayuno cocinado debido a los cambios. Me sirvieron y estaban teniendo problemas con la conexión floja en hasta. Se le dijo que fuera a disfrutar del desayuno y ordenaría el pago cuando regresara. Desayuno a un precio razonable para una estación de servicio y calidad no está mal. Opté por otra área para bebidas pero más debido a la preferencia de café. Puede elegir los elementos que desee y no pegados al desayuno listado. El personal es amable y usaría esta unidad de nuevo.

After a long drive from London, I decided to stop for breakfast at Wetherby services on the A1 near Leeds. The Moto services are the typical multi franchise units. I wanted a proper breakfast and the only place offering this option was Arlos, it is situated within Chow Asian Kitchen. The staff are beyond rude I actually cannot believe how downright rude they are, it’s as if they are doing you a favour serving you the customer their disgusting food. The 7 item breakfast was awful, the food over cooked and luke warm. When I queried the bill I said is that correct £2.50 for a pj tips tea bag in a plastic cup “yes” was the reply £2.50 for a cup of tea unbelievable what a complete and utter rip off. And to round it off they give you plastic cutlery to eat this horrible food. Avoid at all cost it is beyond bad !!! Probably the worst breakfast I have ever had the misfortune to buy, when I left having eaten very little of this inedible food I noticed a HUGE queue at the Greggs Bakers concession with hindsight I wished I’d gone there. At least when Dick Turpin robbed people he wore a mask Arlos do it bare faced 😡

Miserable staff, manager abrupt and raised her eyes to my 85 year old mum. Eggs cold and over cooked, same for bacon, hash brown ok and only saving grace was a nice warm sausage and cappuccino. To top it off I asked for a strong cup of tea for my mum, asked for a 2nd tea bag and manager said charge for a 2nd cup of tea, so that would be £5.10 for a cup of tea in a paper cup. Oh, cutlery plastic and not strong enough to cut through over cooked bacon.

Stopped for breakfast on our way down south. We were going to have a full breakfast but food looked like it had been there forever. So as they were bringing fresh sausage and bacon out we decided to go for a nap. My husband got sausage and I got bacon. Started to cut the bun in half and it was very crusty. Thinking this was just a crusty bun we carried on eating. I took a big chunk of bun off mine as it was quite hard and when I had a proper look at it I noticed there was green on it. I think this is shocking. So that was the end of that. They were slow. The young girl looked like she didn't know what she was doing and just kept smirking. There was s poor choice of drinks too so had to get something from Costa. Wish I'd got it all from Costa

Stopped for breakfast. Absolutely appalling! Had the five piece breakfast - everything of the poorest quality and everything cold. No excuse for serving food like this. If I worked there I would be embarrassed.

Had breakfast. Waited at counter for ages waiting for toast. Food gone cold by time we paid. Staff very rude. Save your money- costa do breakfast sandwiches...

I've only visited this restaurant at Wetherby Moto Station a few times, but my impression evolved from the "one-off unlucky choice" to the "Gosh, do they get the idea of customer service at all?" I doubt there's a sound training and development policy in place. Team members seem to do a half-hearted part-time job... They don't seem really committed to the job and I suspect the company not being committed to keep and value them, either. It's a shame, because there's imagination and work behind their food. It looks good, it tastes good, it's presented good. It could be a really refreshing stop, something different than everything else at a Moto Station, something with an edge, offering healthy, varied, interesting, real food. Could be...

Flies flies flies - made for an uncomfortable stop off!!! The bottom window was crawling with flies!!!!

Ordered bacon bun for £3.49p , turned up with 1 small piece of bacon inside a dry bun , not recommended

We thought this place looked a little better than the usual service station eateries, but frankly it was the worst we have ever been to! Kids’ chicken burger was like cardboard and fish and chip were dry and smelled slightly off. The peas were grey and boiled to within an inch of their life. They weren’t even busy! I went to speak to the expressionless girl who served us, having to leave my two small children behind. Her reaction to my complaint about the food was ‘Well, I never cooked it’! Wow, just wow! This was also one of the very few times she actually faced the right way round. The rest of the time she had her back to customers while chatting to her male colleagues. I told her I would bring the plates back and expected a refund. Knowing I had the two kids on their own, she didn’t even offer to help me bring the plates back! My husband got back from fetching something from the car and we asked to speak with the manager, who wasn’t around that day (31st Jan), so the manager from Chopstix spoke to us and having taken my card, assured us that the manager of Arlo’s would ring me the next day. One week in, and I’m still waiting... we ended up going to Butler King, which would never be our first choice normally, but the service (and food) were a thousand times better. I know these places couldn’t care less about customers as it’s all passing trade and seldom repeat business, but if you read this, do not set foot anywhere near it. It’s just dreadful through and through!

I stopped at Wetherby Services to grab some lunch. There was a huge queue at Costa so I went to Arlo's Pantry. Choosing Chicken Tikka Skewers with salad and chips, because the photograph of the dish made the food look lovely (credit to the food photographer) What turned up was very different. A handful of pre-packed, past-its-best salad on the side of the plate. The Chicken Tikka skewers were awful. The chicken was coated in some horrible sticky coating, it was almost like the skewers had been heated up in a deep fat fryer. It was almost impossible to get the chicken off the skewer and when I finally did an tried to cut into it, it was impossible to tell what kind of meat it was. Chips were under cooked and tasteless Needless to say, I didn't eat it. But went to M&S to pick up a sandwich and ate it in the car. Next time I'll just wait in the long Costa queue, there's a good reason why people weren't queuing at Arlo's Pantry!

Service area with a couple of 'new' non high st brands, one of which was Arlo's. The graphics really did make the fish and chips look great so we decided that was petty appetising so stood at the empty counter waiting for service. A young bubbly lady appeared from behind us and cheerily announced 'What can I get you'. When I asked for fish and chips, her whole manner changed and in a curt manner, told us they had 'sold out'. Now bearing in mind it was only 7:00 pm on a quiet day, it seemed unbelievable that an item like Fish and chips which I presume is likely to have been frozen, has been allowed to run out. Needless to say, we moved on to the service area futher along the motorway and dined there. Sad reflection of our Motorway Services.
