Shortage of staff so cut the visit short.

Friendly staff, excellent gluten free / dairy free / vegan options. I find it a very reliable option for good gluten free food, it’s novel to have so many choices. Very baby / kid friendly with plenty of room for your buggy by the table.

Popped in for a bite to eat, the food was adequate but small portions for the money. Service was ok but it wasn't particularly busy. Not much atmosphere but to be fair it was empty on a wet Thursday afternoon.

The staff is very friendly there. We went there around 16:00 - off peak time, but the food quality was still good. As an Asian who has tried different versions of Malaysian/Indonesian food in the UK, most of the dishes looked and tasted very different from the original version. Most of time I left the restaurants with disappointment. The Nasi Goreng offered by this place looked also quite different, however the altered version tasted amazing! A bit liked egg fired rice, the lightly grilled prawns, the sweet chill source (tasted a bit Korean). I enjoyed the dish so much, at one point of eating, I was even considering to order one to take home! Very happy with this dish! A good surprise to conclude our short holiday!

Stopped for a spot of lunch. Was very nice. Had the chicken, bacon and avocado burger was amazing. Staff extremely friendly. Can't say much about atmosphere as its was very quite.

Popped in on our way back from Devon. Children's burgers a bit soggy, water was dripping down my arm. But the lights were outstanding! In a 3d star shape, unfortunately the toilet paper in the men's toilets wouldn't come out! Nice kind staff and nice toys and nice building. Presentation of the ketchup was surprising!

Really lovely evening with tasty food and fab service from all the team. They were polite and courteous and we were very impressed with the care and attention for the person in our party who had an allergy. highly recommend.

We come here every Saturday morning for breakfast my family and I. Bringing children also. I cannot praise this place enough. The food is amazing and when something is wrong they are so quick to fix it. The staff are fantastic and always polite. This along with the brilliant atmosphere is why we come back every week. Thank you Arboro. I highly recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice and the berry pancakes! So good!

Great place, brilliant food and service

Normally like coming here however today we ordered and only 1 meal came to the table, They completely forgot the other meal and we had to ask for it and it only arrived after I had already finished eating. The food was also overcooked and then left to go cold so it was extremely tough. No sign of real apology or effort to right the wrong, seems like it's gone down hill.

Relaxed dining, from a national chain. A large variety of dishes, at reasonable prices.

Stopped off in Ringwood en route to Devon. It was late, we were tired, and we have a dog. We couldn’t believe our lucky stars when we stumbled upon Arboro Lounge who serve food until 10pm and welcomed our dog inside the restaurant. The staff were warm and welcoming and the menu had a great selection at a very reasonable price. I had the Buddha Bowl which was absolutely delicious and our son had the buttermilk chicken which he thoroughly enjoyed. The iced coffee was also delicious and I loved the creamy foam on the top. Well done guys. Ten out of ten from us.

Food is always good here. Great staff, so friendly and great with my little one 😀 My daughter likes the milkshakes here, and Ed makes a great hot chocolate!

Very basic restaurant with no atmosphere. Food arrived fairly quickly but my burger, fries and onion rings were barely warm. Wasn't terrible but I'm not rushing back. Also, I'm very weary of restaurants where you have to pay before you eat and this one of them. Very difficult to complain when you've already paid.

I have a carabean curry here with Garlic flatbread (which is not on the menu) when i've eaten this in other lounges i get a round garlic flatbread. Here in ringwood i get half a flatbreat but into two peices and its more like toast than flatbread. The beef brisket chilli ive had is usually covered in oil, way too oily, however the food is generally ok and good value in the lounges for what it is, i just think a total change of staff and management is needed here in Ringwood as when ive complained, they havent put it right but just given me excuses. My family like coming here so i expect we'll come again, but they need to be more customer attentive. Food does aleays taste good hence the 3. Update: went back today and my wife ordered the carribean chicken curry. As she was eating it she realised there was no chicken in it and when letting the staff know they said ' oh i don't know, maybe chef is tired and you might get lucky next time' i was appauled, sadly my wife doesn't allow me to sort it out, but i can assure you we wont be going back.

We went as a group to Aboro lounge, Ringwood. Although the venue seemed very quiet for a Saturday night our experience overall was good. In particular I'd like to give a shout out to Ed behind the bar who was very friendly and approachable.

Came over for dinner on Sunday about 5.30pm and a nice laid back atmosphere. Really pleasant team, fast service and run efficiently. We tried the bang bang cauliflower dish and the beef brisket chilli. Both flavoursome and delicious, definitely recommend. It's a bit of a drive from where we live but we have always been really happy at the arboro lounge.

Had the Eldeflower spritzer which was lovely and staff are always friendly.

We went here to celebrate my granddad's 90th birthday... we weren't able to book a table without a deposit so we turned up hopeful... it was pretty busy. Sienna (I think) was so friendly and accommodating, she was on top of who would be leaving soon and the table was cleared and set within minutes of the previous occupants vacating their seats. This was super helpful as we'd brought decorations for the table, as well as a birthday cake (which they diligently checked for traces of nuts- they have a no nut policy and we were happy to oblige). When she brought the cake out at the end she also offered my granddad another coffee on the house which was a very nice touch. We've visited before but this visit stood out due to Sienna's fabulous customer service. Thank you 😊

Great atmosphere, warm and cosy on a cold day. We enjoy the breakfast and tapas menu which are served all day. The service can be a bit slow and no table service.

Good for an informal lunch, staff were friendly but we ordered on the app so not a lot of interaction with them. Service was timely, but not overly fast.

We visit the ringwood branch often ..A gem of a place the staff are aways first class the service is second to none and the food is always delicious ...though the size portion of the fies is very small for the price ..

Visited just after opening on Friday morning. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Had the fried breakfast, all seemed ingredients good quality. Well presented and hot when delivered to the table. Only 4 stars for atmosphere as it was early and reasonably quiet first thing.

Super chilled-out dog friendly venue with super service from outstanding hosts, food was absolutely delicious (Caribbean Curry) Banoffee cheesecake was quite possibly the best cheesecake I have ever had. Washrooms spotless, all in all a terrific place to wine and dine offering value for money for such tasty and varied dishes.

A quick bite to eat and drink, very pleasant afternoon.

Just looking for a lunchtime bowl of soup and Arboro came up with the goods. Some very tasty thick pea and something soup with a ciabatta roll. Excellent value at £5.75.

I went there with friends and family. The service was excellent, food was excellent. And the atmosphere was buzzing. I had a fabulous birthday meal.

Service was reasonably quick , staff pleasant. Food could have been hotter but was tasty and as described on the menu . No wow factor and felt a good clean wouldn't go amiss . Sticky table and all those lights need a very good clean

Walked in and was hit by an overwhelming strong smell of fish which a member of staff said they couldn't smell. Couldn't possibly eat breakfast with such a smell so we left.

Total disarray on 15th sept. Piles and piles of used crockery on bar, staff chatting to mates, I didn't get served so went elsewhere. The other branches in southbourne, winton and Christchurch always have good customer service. Shame the staff here don't. Won't return.

We do like visiting a Lounge and popped into the Arboro for an evening meal while on holiday. The food was delicious and arrived quickly, staff were friendly, we could not have asked for any better.

Very slow 🐌 chaotic and expensive ...hour and half wait to recieve food which was poor mashed potatoes was watery with lumps , turkey pie was mush with 3 peices of turkey very sad example of how not to do Xmas meal 🙃

A lovely atmosphere and great quality food. Service can be a little slow at times even when it's quiet I found it took a long time to be served a cold drive. But other than that a great place to meet with friends and catch up in the warmth. They also host quiz nights during the week if you fancy that. Plenty of parking near in the furlong carpark or main Ringwood carpark

A great place to meet with friends and family. The venue is up to date and modern. Food pricing is spot on, healthy portion sizes and good reliable service. We visited the same company in Birmingham and where also impressed. Would return and would recommend. A great restaurant for the local area.

We have always have a wonderful experience here, the staff are super friendly always smiling and chatty, we have always had good food.

Great place for food or just drinks. Been several times and will always be the top of the list for a more local place for drinks. Toby is bloody fantastic, a real decent chap.

We're doing a tour of Local Lounges in Hampshire and Arboro Lounge is undoubtedly the best so far. Ed and his team made us very welcome and kept us up to date with drink and food orders. My daughter's gluten free choice, Buttermilk Chicken, was delivered separately to my own delicious selection, Rose's Truffle Chicken, to avoid cross contamination. Food was delicious and we will be back. Thanks a lot Ed and team.

Visited 4 or 5 times over the past 3 months, staff have always been helpful and friendly, plenty of choice when it comes to food and drink.

Food was great, Dog friendly and being able to order from your table via the QR code was super easy.

Ordered the lounge breakfast and oat latte. Hats off to the chef, the food was delicious! Great service, very efficient and friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Strange no nuts policy but otherwise good

Not even a one star appalling service. Waited to be seated, no one came to help. Went to the bar asked 2 people stood doing nothing if they could take an order both said no and didn't assist further. Totally unwelcoming will never go there again and will never recommend. Worst experience ever no wonder it was empty!! Let's the Furlong down.

Food just not up to standard. Soggy bacon. Cold hard ciabatta. Tomato salsa was big chunks of tomato. Snotty poached egg with tiny pale yellow yolk. Great atmosphere and service. Be hard to find a reason to go back unless food is greatly improved

Nice full English and pancakes with maple syrup and bacon. Helpful staff. Nice seating outside and they also have board games which you can play :)

Long story short. This place a great, not just just though as the staff are complete legends and this made this place perfect! Food is great, warm with plenty of flavour. Environment is fab and brilliant for kids with board games on offer. Great choice of drinks. Like mentioned at the start though it was the staff that made this visit so good and will be back soon on a frequent basis.

I had a nasty fall near to this cafe and the kindness from the staff in this shop was outstanding. A member of staff came out and helped and gave me first aid, they brought glassof water and then gave my husband and myself and a lady that was helping us free coffees with sugar for shock . So kind of them, and it was much appreciated. Thankyou so very much. Xx

First class place to go for coffee and a meal. Service very good. Atmosphere good. Decor good. Toilets are on the first floor and are modern and spotlessly clean. Which says a lot about the standards of this place.

Had a flat bread which was not handmade. Topping was nice and fresh although couldn't taste that the beetroot was honey roasted or that the whipped feta was in fact feta. Felt a little fast food like and not chef prepared. However, tasty and fresh and a good choice so ticked many boxes.

Spending 2 days in and around Ringwood for the first time we were unsure where to eat after being told a week before our stay that our hotel was not going to serve food in evenings! What a stroke of luck, we found this place.! Very welcoming, menu had lots of options - breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, Mexican. drinks had lots of options - hot cold, alcoholic, seating had lots of options - outside, inside, upstairs, comfy chairs. It felt like a cafe, bar, restaurant, take away all at once! Our son has nut allergy, the service team everything they could to assist, they put a red flag in his carbonara to show his was prepared nut free! Superb! Burgers - great. Carbonara - great. Chilli Beef - great. Fries - great. Service - great. We went back again the next evening, shame we’re leaving today! But am sure we’ll be back!!!

A good place to stop for coffee. The coffee was good. I have had breakfast at the Christchurch branch but have not eaten at the Ringwood one yet.
