Just looking for a lunchtime bowl of soup and Arboro came up with the goods. Some very tasty thick pea and something soup with a ciabatta roll. Excellent value at £5.75.

Really friendly staff and great food. Plenty of room for pushchairs and breastfeeding friendly.

I went there with friends and family. The service was excellent, food was excellent. And the atmosphere was buzzing. I had a fabulous birthday meal.

Service was reasonably quick , staff pleasant. Food could have been hotter but was tasty and as described on the menu . No wow factor and felt a good clean wouldn't go amiss . Sticky table and all those lights need a very good clean

Walked in and was hit by an overwhelming strong smell of fish which a member of staff said they couldn't smell. Couldn't possibly eat breakfast with such a smell so we left.

Total disarray on 15th sept. Piles and piles of used crockery on bar, staff chatting to mates, I didn't get served so went elsewhere. The other branches in southbourne, winton and Christchurch always have good customer service. Shame the staff here don't. Won't return.

We do like visiting a Lounge and popped into the Arboro for an evening meal while on holiday. The food was delicious and arrived quickly, staff were friendly, we could not have asked for any better.

Very slow 🐌 chaotic and expensive ...hour and half wait to recieve food which was poor mashed potatoes was watery with lumps , turkey pie was mush with 3 peices of turkey very sad example of how not to do Xmas meal 🙃

A lovely atmosphere and great quality food. Service can be a little slow at times even when it's quiet I found it took a long time to be served a cold drive. But other than that a great place to meet with friends and catch up in the warmth. They also host quiz nights during the week if you fancy that. Plenty of parking near in the furlong carpark or main Ringwood carpark

A great place to meet with friends and family. The venue is up to date and modern. Food pricing is spot on, healthy portion sizes and good reliable service. We visited the same company in Birmingham and where also impressed. Would return and would recommend. A great restaurant for the local area.

We have always have a wonderful experience here, the staff are super friendly always smiling and chatty, we have always had good food.

Great place for food or just drinks. Been several times and will always be the top of the list for a more local place for drinks. Toby is bloody fantastic, a real decent chap.

We're doing a tour of Local Lounges in Hampshire and Arboro Lounge is undoubtedly the best so far. Ed and his team made us very welcome and kept us up to date with drink and food orders. My daughter's gluten free choice, Buttermilk Chicken, was delivered separately to my own delicious selection, Rose's Truffle Chicken, to avoid cross contamination. Food was delicious and we will be back. Thanks a lot Ed and team.

Visited 4 or 5 times over the past 3 months, staff have always been helpful and friendly, plenty of choice when it comes to food and drink.

Food was great, Dog friendly and being able to order from your table via the QR code was super easy.

Ordered the lounge breakfast and oat latte. Hats off to the chef, the food was delicious! Great service, very efficient and friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Strange no nuts policy but otherwise good

Not even a one star appalling service. Waited to be seated, no one came to help. Went to the bar asked 2 people stood doing nothing if they could take an order both said no and didn't assist further. Totally unwelcoming will never go there again and will never recommend. Worst experience ever no wonder it was empty!! Let's the Furlong down.

Food just not up to standard. Soggy bacon. Cold hard ciabatta. Tomato salsa was big chunks of tomato. Snotty poached egg with tiny pale yellow yolk. Great atmosphere and service. Be hard to find a reason to go back unless food is greatly improved

Nice full English and pancakes with maple syrup and bacon. Helpful staff. Nice seating outside and they also have board games which you can play :)

Long story short. This place a great, not just just though as the staff are complete legends and this made this place perfect! Food is great, warm with plenty of flavour. Environment is fab and brilliant for kids with board games on offer. Great choice of drinks. Like mentioned at the start though it was the staff that made this visit so good and will be back soon on a frequent basis.

Great service, ordered the spaghetti carbonara and it was amazing!

I had a nasty fall near to this cafe and the kindness from the staff in this shop was outstanding. A member of staff came out and helped and gave me first aid, they brought glassof water and then gave my husband and myself and a lady that was helping us free coffees with sugar for shock . So kind of them, and it was much appreciated. Thankyou so very much. Xx

First class place to go for coffee and a meal. Service very good. Atmosphere good. Decor good. Toilets are on the first floor and are modern and spotlessly clean. Which says a lot about the standards of this place.

Had a flat bread which was not handmade. Topping was nice and fresh although couldn't taste that the beetroot was honey roasted or that the whipped feta was in fact feta. Felt a little fast food like and not chef prepared. However, tasty and fresh and a good choice so ticked many boxes.

A good place to stop for coffee. The coffee was good. I have had breakfast at the Christchurch branch but have not eaten at the Ringwood one yet.

Spending 2 days in and around Ringwood for the first time we were unsure where to eat after being told a week before our stay that our hotel was not going to serve food in evenings! What a stroke of luck, we found this place.! Very welcoming, menu had lots of options - breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, Mexican. drinks had lots of options - hot cold, alcoholic, seating had lots of options - outside, inside, upstairs, comfy chairs. It felt like a cafe, bar, restaurant, take away all at once! Our son has nut allergy, the service team everything they could to assist, they put a red flag in his carbonara to show his was prepared nut free! Superb! Burgers - great. Carbonara - great. Chilli Beef - great. Fries - great. Service - great. We went back again the next evening, shame we’re leaving today! But am sure we’ll be back!!!

Stumbled apon Arboro Lounge looking for a late lunch on Sunday. Great decor, friendly attentive staff and a gorgeous meal.

Great little date here with the Mrs, staff were lovely even though they were obviously very busy. Made us feel welcome and didn’t push us to go quickly or feel uncomfortable no matter the rush. Quick service. Good food, some fantasticly presented drinks, waht made my night was the way the give you ketchup! Good night

I have nothing but compliments for this place ! The concept is brilliant. You can feel the relaxed atmosphere and it is great when you have people who like to eat different styles of food. My food tasted amazing and was great for brunch because of the small portions. Great addition to Ringwood. If you want a sensory reduced experience the upstairs is great and you can order via a QR code for minimal human contact.

Poor. Hardly two mouthfuls of salad in ciabatta as for grilled chicken non existent and no grilled peppers either. Will not be returning.

I actually love this place , I have been many times and will always happily get a drink. The staff are so lovely and kind aswell as the service being quick.

This was very comfy an staff friendly an helpful. Lots of room. Food varied an tasty. Drinks the same. Theirs a large bar area. An little bookshelf which kept my gran kids busy .An some games as well.!! Toilets for disabled an mum's.downstairs. We all enjoyed ourselves there an will return.

My partner and I really like this place. We've been getting breakfast here every week for a few months now with our puppy to help train her to calm down in public as they're dog friendly. It's spacious inside which is much appreciated when many other places cram the tables in. The coffee and food is always really good and consistent, the staff are friendly, and there's a generally calm and friendly atmosphere to the place which makes it a really pleasant place to get breakfast. Currently our favourite place in Ringwood for food and coffee.

What a super chilled place in Ringwood to eat in or just a casual drink, lunch time or evening. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food is reasonably priced and tasty.

Great to have somewhere new to go out for a meal. We had dinner last Fri night. Great varied menu & well priced too. Easy to pay as a group as you pay individually …. Definitely recommend this restaurant in a great location too.

Realise this is run on bar lines, but what a pain it is to have to keep getting up and down to order and pay and wait for service when the staff are clearing tables and delivering drinks, food etc. Otherwise great choice of food especially impressed with the many gluten free options.

Lovely place, great service and great food

We recognised the menu style, format and options to be the same as The Calico Lounge in Chorley Lancashire, so we knew it was going to be perfect. We were not disappointed. Great food, beer and atmosphere.

Burnt calamari! Dishes left on table ALL evening. Had to go to bar to find out where drinks were after waiting 15 minutes although I watched staff standing behind the bar doing nothing.

This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry!!! The staff are so grumpy and not one of them smile!!! They totally ignore customers which is how a place makes money. Its also very dirty and takes forever to get served!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Good service, food had clearly been microwaved and was of a lower standard than I’d expect for the price. Not a bad experience overall but won’t be returning

Left feeling disappointed, probably won’t go back. We went here for a quick bit of lunch, the setting is nice and could be a great place to eat. However the staff aren’t very attentive, one guy who seemed like the main waiter was wearing baggy bright red joggers and a dirty baggy top, not exactly what you want to be greeted by or serving your food. When we were brought our cutlery it was visibly dirty so I went to pick some out myself, it was hard to find many that looked clean. After drinking some of my beer I noticed the glass was also very dirty. The tables are also sticky and the salt and pepper pots had bits of dried food on them. The food came, which if I was basing this review just on the food it would be a 3 star review however we were completely put off by the cleanliness of the place and low effort of the staff in the restaurant. I would avoid in the future.

Well, the service might be not the top quality, but the staff is very nice and attending. The food was exceptional and they had gluten free and vegan menu. The food was delicious and got myself s gluten free beer too! The place it self might doesn't look it, but definitely worth a visit if you are hungry. The atmosphere was quite friendly and open and it was a very relaxing and nice experience for me, 10/10 would recommend

Visited with a friend who needed the Gluten Free Menu. Great choice for her (which is rare) and staff attention to this need was excellent (i.e checking if it was an allergy or intolerence). Food was delicious (we had the same - one gluten free and one regular House Eggs and they both looked and tasted delicious. Happy staff and great atmosphere.

Well, foolishly we decided to try this place again (big queues at other eateries) . How can they get it so wrong. 45 minutes wait when the place was empty for a sandwich, which was also completely wrong, asked for this to be sorted and cold food returned with the filling scrapped out and the bread recycled with “new” filling. No allergy control at all. I really hope a new business takes over as this place is destined to close. Total fail, food not ordered to kitchen from bar, no apology. Would recommend going elsewhere if you want to have a meal. Very poor!

Disappointed really, the food was nice when it arrived we hade tapas, a couple of cocktails and a coffee and churros, it has potential to be an 8 star place, but the staff just didn’t seem interested, i complained about the wait for the churros, but it’s not really the point .. I shouldn’t have had too complain, the manager I think? Well didn’t seem that bothered ..no check up on the food everything ok etc, .. on the app I left a tip on ordering , I wish I had not .. I don’t like leaving a negative review but if you don’t know you can’t improve right? .. service needs working on and it would could and should have been and 8 outta ten .. the product is there .. but what’s the point of great food if it doesn’t get to your table on time … shame ..

First class food and beer in this England restaurant chain

Had a very pleasant evening with family and chose the steak for my main meal. It was beautifully cooked, medium rare but it needed a sauce to complete it.
