Aniseed in Sevenoaks

I ordered a take away ti be delivered. Customer service was very good and friendly. The quantity of the food was my problem. I'm glad it was only ordered for myself as there was only a half full container of the main meal. I don't mind paying the prices but I do expect a reasonable able amount if food for the price. The food itself was very nice, just stingy.

This place is amazing! I had the Lamb Ghurka Revenge and i was full of flavour without being too hot. I had it with Coconut Rice, a Keema Naan and some poppadums I wouldnt hesitate to go back here. Being solely a takeaway the food prep was quick and I was in and out in two minutes.

We were on holiday in the area and were struggling to find a restaurant that would deliver. Despite being quite remote they took the time and trouble to find us and so glad they did! The food was amazing, piping hot and generous portions. Can't recommend this restaurant enough, lovely staff and yummy food, what more can you ask!!

We’ve had several meals from Aniseed, we’ve tried other local Indian restaurants but Aniseed is the best . Good flavours, cooked fresh, great service & not too pricey PLUS they deliver to us even though we are 6 miles away now.

We tried Aniseed when it first opened and thought it was ‘ok’ and being regular Quality Tandoori customers have never found the need to try it again until now.. Thank goodness we did - it was yummy! The meat was all cooked to perfection and the flavours were great. Don’t let the spelling mistakes and typos on the website put you off.

My husband and I enjoyed the best curry we’ve had for a long time last night!! Food was lovely and fresh, hot, packed nicely and simply delicious! Service was brilliant. We even phoned to say how amazing it was! Would highly recommend!

Have used on a number of occasions for delivery and can never fault the food! Has always turned up quicker than expected and piping hot. Potions sizes are excellent and unlike some other places, there is always a decent amount of meat rather than being bulked out with sauce!

Only just discovered this little gem as our usual local takeaway in Oxted is currently closed due to the pandemic. The food has been superb so far and, if they can deliver to Oxted, then they’ve got our business. Recommended 👍

The food was revolting - every dish quite unlike it's description and huge amounts of sugar added to everything. Sugar seems to be the only "spice" they use much of. I'm afraid Aniseed is really to be avoided. Staff were charming – but I went for the food and was disappointed.

Just ordered for first time! Great! Really enjoyed and will order again! First rate 5 star curry! Unlike the local spice yard restaurant which is astronomicaly over priced! Can’t say I’ve tried it as who the hell would pay nearly £10 for a chicken korma?

my wife and i had a chicken bhuna and lamb sag. they were both watery and without taste, the rice had a strange taste, not nice. i am not sure if i will order from there again

Ordered up and was freshly cooked within 15 minutes. Friendly staff always know my name when I ring before I even speak. Always smiling and my Vindaloo was spot on. Would recommend.

Ordered 2 currys very sad to find that old meat was used and the Chivken was doing breast stroke in the oil

Down from Wales for the weekend. Only 10 minutes from phone to order. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was brill. Would recommend.

First takeaway from Aniseed which we had heard was really good. We had decided to change from the Bengal in Lingfield due to being unhappy with the food we had recently.We ordered Balti Chicken Madras Hot. It was really poor with an overpowering sour taste really off putting.Menu looked great but won’t be coming back. Worst curry I have ever experienced!!!

I always used to get takeaways from the quality tandoori until this place opened, I found that the food was fresher in taste and more generous in portions unlike the stingy portions you get from the quality tandoori, that's why I give it five stars.

So glad Aniseed opened as I always found the other two Indians in town didn't always offer best quality of price.Aniseed is amazing quality and price.Staff are really attentive and friendly.Such a tasty experience and will be going back.Would recommend to anyone who likes a great Indian.

We've lived in limpsfield since august and disappointed with lack of delivery takeaway curry till tonight.Just ordered from aniseed in edenbridge and can honestly say it was soo good.Everything had so much flavour. Loved it and will definitely order again.regained are faith in a curry after a disappointing night at Tulsa,westerhamxx

A nice little Indian that delivers, food was very nice but our order was unfortunate wrong, we accepted it was a new restaurant and would need time. When called and explained they couldn’t have been more apologetic and sent more food and extras! Bonus! Would visit again no doubt in that.

Was pleased with the arrival of a new Indian restaurant in Edenbridge, as the others have gone downhill and the last meals from them were disappointing.

New restaurant in Edenbridge. We love Indian cuisine so decided on a takeaway delivery. We are a mile away from the restaurant. Took them over 50 mins to deliver and have to say bitterly disappointed!!

Just opened in Edenbridge so thought we'd give them a try. Very nice food, good flavours, reasonable prices and prompt delivery so no complaints. Just needs a little tweaking to come up to the exceptional standard of the restaurant we normally go to in Lingfield. Include free Poppadoms and include free yoghurt/mint sauce with your ongion bahjees and I think you will have cracked it.

Have had deliveries from here several times now, sampled any different dishes. Wide ranging menu, food is always very good. I would recommend. It is now our takeaway of choice.

Visited on first day of opening and have returned twice in the fortnight since. Staff are polite and working hard to make this business a success. Food is cooked to order and of very high quality. Menu Is extensive and offers different dishes to those carried by the majority of Indian takeaways, The quality of the food is much higher than expected as well.
