Went here for birthday dinner with my mum and family the staff were so nice and helpfull couldn’t do enough for you and the food was fantastic always is couldn’t get better been to few places amd angels is still the favourite from food to staff amd drinks atmosphere spot on to lovlie cosy place can’t see by here

We both ordered the Scottish Breakfast but we both wanted to substitute the haggis for an egg. When the bill came, we were charged £2 per swap and told that the restaurant don’t do substitutes. Was not told that when we ordered and not stated on the menu. Ruined a good breakfast despite a 50 minute break - it was busy. Would have argued the point but we were in a rush. Awful customer service.

Visited Angels on Sat 10th Feb and the food and drink was amazing and full credit to Michele our waitress her knowledge on food/drink and service was fab.

10/10 service from Michelle. She couldn’t have been more helpful. We had an issue with my starter which Michelle done her best to resolve. Will definitely be back

Well ..blown over! Service by Jodie and other staff was impeccable. Food..large portions, beautifully presented and extremely tasty. Very busy restaurant and staff could not have been more accommodating nor polite. Room is warm, spotlessly clean, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Quiet in the room too. I'm so impressed with the Angels Hotel... I admit it's not what I was expecting. Management should be very proud of the staff they have... Attentive, polite, obviously hard working and smiley.

Lovely staff and great meal. Fantastic filet steak. Staff really looked after us without being intrusive.

Myself and my colleagues attended Angels for a festive lunch and day out and we were very impressed with our meal and service we received from all of the welcoming staff as a large table of 18 we were thrilled. The service was very attentive to everyone’s needs and nothing was to much of an ask for the staff. Our meals were delicious, very well presented and came very quickly after ordering. The staff were never far away and very attentive to drink orders. We were delighted with the fun quirk of scanning the QR code on the festive menu to receive a free surprise drink! This got everyone excited as who doesn't love a freebie to try something new! The staff in Angels are very cheery and friendly and this made our day out all the merrier during the busy Christmas period! Thanks for making our day, we will definitely be back :)

A few visits over the busy festive period. Had lunch with 6 friends, food was fab and great service, after lunch we moved into Harry's bar for drinks and cocktails. Also had breakfast - love the full cooked breakfast - Haggis is amazing. Looking forward to my works night out in February.
