Angela's Coffee Lounge in South Norfolk

Good service, good food, comfortable surroundings, tables, chairs, and sofas. Great prices with a large selection of dishes. All-day breakfasts at the weekend. It's worth a visit. Located in a nice quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Diss centre. Free parking too.

Nice place to visit in it’s own right or after looking around John Doe of which it is part. Good menu, friendly and efficient service from the team, and a nice setting to relax.

What a surprise to find such an excellent quality restuarant/cafe tucked away in a furniture store in Diss. We had a bacon butty, which was made with a generous portion of top quality bacon, in a soft fresh tasty roll - Yum! The cooking staff require recognition for their first class attention to the food leaving this kitchen.

This cafe is wonderful. The place was spotless, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The food was amazing. Had lunch for the first time with a friend after being recommend and we weren't disappointed. The Jacket potato was steaming hot. My soup was very tasty and even came with croutons. The cakes were lovely also. Definitely will be returning

We stopped for coffee and snacks after walking in the nearby Frenze Beck nature reserve. The coffee was lovely and the food excellent. Angela's is a very welcome addition to this side of town.

The food was delicious and so well presented. The staff were attentive and welcoming, especially Sharon. Not your usual furniture store restaurant. A gem in Diss. And you can pick up some beautiful furniture while you’re here.

Big breakfast was delicious, make sure you are hungry because it is a big portion! great service and highly recommended.

A little hidden gem… a wonderful cafe that offers a wide menu selection of locally sourced items.. The breakfasts are amazing.. something for everyone, from fresh waffles to full English. Superb service from the very lovely Sharon. Overall we could not have had a better experience… Great service, fabulous tasting fresh cooked food, all in a relaxed setting!! Perfect

This is a fantastic cafe inside a furniture store on the first floor with lift access. I visited on Monday lunchtime and had a three egg omelette with cheese, bacon and ham. I received a large portion and it was very tasty. The shop is very modern and the service I received was very good. All of the other meals I saw come out were large in portion size and all of the other customers looked happy with their choices. It was quite busy but the staff had everything under control and the meals were coming out in good time. The pictures on here are very accurate of the shop and of the meals. Highly recommended.

6 of us went to Angela's for Afternoon Tea and we were not disappointed. Lisa took the booking and served us on the day along with Emily and they were very attentive, friendly and accommodating of dietary requirements. All staff were lovely and the food was fantastic, we will definitely be going again.

I have been to the cafe two times for lunch with friends. The menu has a great choice, the food was delicious and wonderfully presented too. I really liked the coffee brand. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. The cafe is set in the store, so you are surrounded by gawjus furniture and furnishings. Can’t wait to go back and have the Buddah Bowl!

Such a great asset on my doorstep, easy to park, lovely surroundings and furnishings and the coffee and cake is fabulous when meeting up with friends and family. Wonderful service and Lisa was especially chatty, friendly and helpful which makes a big difference… can’t wait for my next visit. Xx

It’s our favourite place for breakfast, lunch or just coffee and cake. The food is top quality and delicious. Best breakfasts around. Today we had lunch - mac n cheese that was totally yummy and washed down with Buck’s Fizz. Perfect! Service is excellent, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Sharon who’s always chirpy. Seats are super comfy too. There was an afternoon tea served to a table close by which looked amazing.

Lovely staff, great coffee and a really good sausage bap! Nice decor too as you might expect. Thank you Sharon for looking after me.

What a great find tucked to the back of John Doe furniture store is a real diamond, a menu selection ranging from full English, Egg Benedict, and all between. Lunch is equally well catered. Since we discovered this we come at least once a week....

Came in for a breakfast today and it was superb. Went for bigger breakfast and got beans, mushrooms, 2x bacon, 2 eggs, 2 lovely sausages and 4 bits of toast. Food was delicious. The cafe was smart, modern and service was excellent. Will be back
