Terrible Lamb Shish,The salad was limp (days old) with tops of tomatoes thrown in. Some lamb chunks were just gristle & even a big piece of bone! The doner kebab had 2 10" hairs all through the meat!1 All served by a miserable rude bunch of idiots. AVOID!!

Inedible, overpriced and undercooked, total waste of money. Seems like it made us ill. Will avoid from now on. My baby could make a better kebab.

My favourite kebab shop. Always fresh food, usually delivered very quickly.

Walk in to a cold reception, food is cold and like a cow pat, don't use them.

Juiciest most flavoursome chicken donner I’ve ever tasted. Best in lancing. The garlic and chilli sauce was top tier the salad fresh. No complaints only blessings. Customer service was 5* aswell as the food. Welcoming lovely geezers everytime. My man outside always gives us a wave. Get yourself down there now.

Worst lamb and chicken shish I have ever been served. The meat was tasteless and mushy as if it had been boiled, no chargrill flavours at all.

I've been only twice (will be more defo), and each time I am fully satisfied. I bought rice with lamb, along with a salad, garlic sauce. Additionally, some bread. The second time, I had grilled chicken. Everything was prepared excellently, fresh, and tasty. I recommend it. The service is cheerful and very pleasant. Thanks!

The best kebab in the area, premises are extremely clean and tidy as well as the cooking area that you can view from inside the shop or from the main window outside, you can see your food being prepared over the grill, salad and rice amazing as well as the pizzas and other items on the menu, chicken shish and rice is my recommendation absolutely amazing

Doner meat was ok and chilli sauce nice but "all the salad" was just cabbage, onion and two slices of cucumber. No lettuce, tomatoes or pickled chilli. Not good enough for £8.50 Better kebab takeaways nearby. Skimping on salad loses you customers.

Best kebab in the world hands down; been to turkey multiple times, had Syrian and Lebanese kebabs too but it is Andrea’s that blow the kebab game out of the water. We order a kebab at least once a week and it always s always spot on. All meat freshly marinaded and the garlic sauce is to die for. 🤤 smiler and his lads there know what they are doing and we highly recommend. 10/10

Bought a kebab, chips and a drink meal deal. Got home and there was no salad at all in my kebab. I took it back and all I got was back chat and the guy in there saying he forgot the salad! No apology. Really poor attitude.. I assume this place has been taken over since the refit and the service and quality of the food has significantly decreased...so I'm sorry but after 4 years of my business you won't be seeing my money again.

I've used Andrea's for many years on way home, and I've always found staff to be friendly and the food I've got always good, yes price has gone up, however order on the train on app on way home and its a 10% discount, and ready when you get there, so its a winner!! :-) but what hasn't gone up in price generally lol 😂.... good work guys

Absolutely delicious. Worth every penny. The meat was very tender and juicy and the wrap had a lovely charred flavour. Staff were so nice and helpful too. 100% recommend.

this has been 12.50 they didn’t add the salad even if I asked them again if they did and the answer was positive also asked for large chips and received small.

All changed, now food tastes horrible. Portion sizes reduced to that to sustain a hamster, not a fat bloater like myself

Hi, have used Andreas many times and never had any problems, all good. Tonight, for the first time there was. I called them and they sorted it. No problem. Still my go to for a kebab. Good job guys and thanks.

There was at least 4 long hairs in the kebab. Chucked the kebabs straight in the bin after one bite. Garlic pizza bread was OK hence the two star rating. Just over £20 in the bin.

Very disappointing. Use Andreas all the time so was looking forward to the usual great food. Unfortunately, one of the orders was wrong and the salad on both was non existant. In fact it seemed like it was the last dregs of old lettuce a thin slither of tomato and there was barely a sniff of onion. I have to say although the food tasted great it was no where near the usual standard.

We did try them first time couple weeks ago as usually we go Hove to our regular place but we been really happy with quality and the size of food good value for money great chicken shish kebab with great salad . See you soon

Ordered 2 pizzas took over an hour and a half to be delivered. The guy was very apologetic. But both the pizzas were burnt and very crunchy. This was very disappointing as we had waited so long and then I had to make more food anyway. We have had food from there before and has always been good. Will not be going back again.

Delivery time was brilliant but my chicken fillet burger looks like road kill, super think bit of chicken and not a very nice taste, shame as this use to be a really good shop!! Won't be ordering again!

The food was fine.. but the place was not so clean and people were not wearing gloves while preparing the food ingredients.

Used to use these all the time.. never again last 2 orders shockingly bad. Can’t believe they actually sent the food! Rock hard chicken donner, cold pizza chips with so much Mayo they couldn’t be eaten!

Have been enjoying Andreas for over 20 years. Great kebabs, burgers, fried chicken and pizza! Can get very busy in the evening, just shows how popular they are.

Waited nearly 2 hours, food was cold and the manager is certainly something special. ⛔⛔⛔ I would stay well away and use pan and kebab⛔⛔⛔ Only ordered because they were shut.

I've ordered from here for years and always enjoyed the great food and customer service, but unfortunately this left with the old staff. Last night we ordered a takeaway to be delivered - after being told 45 minutes, an hour later I called andreas, to be told it was out for delivery. Another 20 minutes later (we live 3 minutes away, if that) I called again to be told apparently it's been delivered but the driver isn't back. A family member decides to go down to the shop to figure out what's going on - to be refused a refund "until the boss came back" - not good enough! That's customers service 101. And THEN when the driver showed up, she had delivered it to the complete wrong address and didn't see the problem??? I'm absolutely appauled. That's not how businesses are run, that's not how you treat customers and you don't withhold people's money, especially when the drivers gone awol and customers never recieved their order. No pizza, but they were quite happy to keep the money. You've lost loyal customers. Do better.

Best chicken fillet burgers ever.

Nine of us got take away from Andreas Kebabs. We had two chicken kebabs, four lamb kebabs, two mixed kebabs, a burger, garlic bread, and three orders of chips. All the food was very good and the service was fast and friendly. Would certainly go again.

Absolutely banging kebab, cream cheese jalapeño where piping hot and the driver greeted us with a wonderful smile. This is our regular so always order from here but this time they deserve a shout out!!

changed ownership a year or more ago and since then is rly bad. why buy a business and then change it completely. harrisons sauce, no more homemade sauce, cheap pizza base tastes like cardboard, super greasy pizza and the lowest quality cheese. not the real andreas anymore. havent tried anything else but probably not great

Food is outstanding have used Andreas many many times and have never had a bad kebab. Great big portions for a large. BUT since you've started using cardboard boxes I feel a large isn't as large as it was in the brown bags.

Never been here just have to visit an office close by almost weekly, so Google thinks I'm a kebab fiend. Anyway, I know of folk who have eaten from here and speak very highly of it, so you never know one day...

We have been going here for a while now and normally always very good food and quick delivery but the last few times we are really disappointed. They have missed items out and I have had to call and get them to send it which means waiting longer..this time today we thought we would give them one last try as normally really good but our order was delivered late and then had a pizza missing so we had to call and they apologised and said they would cook it now and send it ASAP, so they obviously hadn't even cooked it. Then we didn't recieve the missing pizza until another hour later. They have lost a regular customer now.

Please remind your drivers to actually read the comments on the delivery before getting moody with the customer. I'd specifically written that to enter the building you have to go round the back which the driver clearly didn't read because when he gave me my food he got stroppy saying he'd been waiting outside because he couldn't get in. I've had this driver before and he acted the exact same way. I even told him that I had written clearly in the delivery instructions how to gain entry but he just kind of looked at me and walked off. I won't be spoken to like that when I've done nothing wrong so I will be avoiding ordering food from you for a while just so I don't have to encounter that driver again.

Awful , the smallest large kebab lve ever had , l live about a mile away but the food was cold when l got home . The staff seemed to be rushing everything . He asked if l wanted salt and vinegar on my (cold) chips , l said yes but he didn't put any on.One to give a miss . If l could give no stars l would . Rubbish

Had the 9" hot and spicy pizza probably the best I've ever had. The base was lovely an crispy and there was loads of topping. I'll definitely be going back there. 10 out of 10.

Food was beautiful, Shame the same can’t be said about the customer service. Ignorant staff member is “OBVIOUSLY” in the wrong industry. You would think he is a running a Michelin star restaurant the way he runs around the place. Shame!!

We stopped using Andreas 3 years ago but thought that we would give them another chance. Ordered 1 mixed kebab and chips.......took well over an hour to arrive. When it did arrive the driver pulled up in a Cabriolet, roof down and took the order from the back seat. So no big surprise that the food that was in a brown paper bag arrived cold.......What a shame after giving them another chance.........

I usually come here when I want a takeaway and am rarely disappointed but they really need to reduce the amount of salt in their chicken fillet burger seasoning - is sooooo salty!

Is this the best Kebab shop I've been to? No, Is it the vbest in the wider Area? No, but it is the best of the 5 or so places you can buy a Doner Kebab in Lancing. What could be improved - Salad is not protected by a cover, They use tongs, but since Covid, i have no salad on my Kebab. Blue Cheese sauce has changed and is not good. Meat is greasey if it's been in the warmer. Thios soaks the pitta with grease which is not nice. If the meat comes straight off the spit, it's deliscious. Don't Handle Cash, then touch the Pitta with hands without sanitising.

Well worth it, I will be back. Cracking kebabs. Thank you
