Great food (especially the steak) good drinks and cocktails, often a dj on and lots of lovely ladies, Sam served us and was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed!

We were stopping over in Portsmouth and we decided to visit the Gunwharf Quays Outlet centre. This is a very busy shopping centre with some great stores, we were looking for a quick lunch stop and chose this place as we wanted fish and chips. The restaurant was clean and very busy probably because of the holiday. Nevertheless the less we were able to find a table. A shame that I had to try and find a member of staff to have the table cleaned but it was done swiftly. We had the beef tacos and fish and chips along with a couple of beers. I enjoyed being able to order and pay at the table and it was quick and easy to do. The food arrived fresh, hot and well presented and it tasted nice too. The fries were a let down as they were not fresh and crisp, most likely done in big batches hence no crispness. I would have much preferred proper chips rather than fries. The bathrooms were easily accessible. All in all a fairly decent lunch stop.

Popped in for afternoon drinks and had such a great time. The atmosphere was chilled, the drinks were spot on, and the service was exceptional. Sam looked after us and was absolutely brilliant—friendly, attentive, and just really lovely to chat to. She made us feel so welcome and added that extra something to the experience. Highly recommend for a relaxed drink in great surroundings—ask for Sam if you can!

Hello, so I have frequented your establishment in Gunwharf quays two times in the last year, a lovely setting and when the sun is out it’s a joy to sit outside and have some drinks. The first time I visited after a couple of extortionately priced beverages; naturally I wanted to use the restroom, to my disgust and hilarity there was a patch of mushrooms growing in the female toilets, this was something which disturbed me and I took a photo to show my partner. I made staff aware at the time and showed them the picture. This was on the 8th June 2024. Roll on ten months and the weather was nice, so my partner and I decided to attend your gunwharf quays venue once more. When making plans, we joked about the mushrooms from before and said it would be disgusting and funny if they were still there. Once we got there we enjoyed the outside and after a few wines I needed to use the restrooms once more, to my astonishment, in the same place, the mushrooms were there! I made staff aware last time and clearly the problem wasn’t addressed. This has made me curious for why you would want to keep the mushroom allotment in your toilets? In addition, it was the exact same cubicle, three in, in the exact same place. Upon exploring your menus I noticed there is a Mushroom Arancini, is this made from toilet mushrooms? One can only assume this is a money saving ploy. I appreciate times are hard for everyone, but toilet mushroom arancini is a step too far! Please see attached the two photos one from June 2024 and the next from April 2025, judging by the photos I can only assume the mushroom arancini was a popular lunch choice.

We had bottomless brunch today, service from Bekah was amazing! Was always checking in after giving us our food/ drinks. Made sure when service was slightly delayed to double up on our drinks!

I made a booking and when we arrived the restaurant was closed. Totally unacceptable. This was my first visit to All Bar One and I would not bother going again.

Bekah was absolutely amazing regarding or service and communication. She was very warm and inviting and made our bottomless brunch and experience a solid 10/10. If you are looking for a good bottomless brunch, then all bar one is the place to go!

Bottomless was amazing, Bekah seated us with a bottle of prosecco and and a cocktail, Alannah then took over and was very attentive, we weren't without a drink at any time . Alannah made it a really good time and cant wait to do it again. Alannah was great and hope we get her again. 🥂🥂🥂

Decent restaurant serving delicious food including extremely healthy power foods, lovely friendly efficient staff. You can sit at a table and scan the QR code or go to the bar and order. Ample seating inside and out. New Menu October 2024, hopefully they might bring back Super Green Noodle Laksa one day (first photo) 😋 Never a wait for food, very swift service. A popular place, often busy.

A nice bar overlooking the boats. While i was there 3 other tables sent their food back. I had a halloumi and avocado burger. For £16 it was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place with so much other choice around.

Came here for our 3 year anniversary and did Bottomless brunch and had some amazing food and drinks. Orla looked after us and Ryan made our drinks. We felt extremely relaxed and chilled out. Portsmouth is our home away from home, so All Bar One is definitely a place to recommend. Will definitely be back again

By far the worst dining experience I have ever had. Disgustingly bad service from a staff that didn’t seem to care at all. My partner and myself were in the shopping centre on a Sunday when the weather was nice so thought to get a bite to eat in the outdoor seating area. A sign said to just find a table and scan code to order etc. The majority of the free tables hadn’t been cleared from the previous customers, and we ended up clearing a table ourselves to get us seated. We then ordered 2 drinks, nothing came for 30 mins so we went inside to ask if everything was okay (as it was just 2 drinks), only to see our drinks sat on a tray ready to be served. We were told the drinks would be right out. Another 10 mins and they finally came. After 40 mins, we finally received our initial drinks order, and we were finally able to have our table wiped down (after asking). There were some tables full of plates left for over 30 mins at a time. None of the staff seemed to be bothered. Then, another 40 mins wait for the food which came out completely cold. Again, I assume it was made and sat ready on the counter for ages. A simple lunch ended up wasting over 2 hours of time, and when the food finally came it was cold! Absolutely disgusting service from the staff I do not recommend any one go there and we certainly will never go to another All Bar One after the shockingly bad experience we had.

Expensive, low quality food. 50 quid for two meal and two drinks and portion sizes mean we’ll have to spend more on food today….
