Went with friends for Tapas, a Groupon deal, absolutely delicious 😋 we have been several times as its so good. Staff are lovely too

Charlie the DJ was absolutely amazing. He took all the requests and played some amazing party songs. Really made the team party fun. Thank you so much. All bar one staff were amazing.

Its ok, thats about all. Its a big place but with very little furniture, only a few places to sit, unless you're with a large group. We were going to try the food, but found the atmosphere cold and uninviting, had a drink and left.

We attend All Bar One allot, and always book for race week. Luke and his team are always accommodating, friendly and professional. Great atmosphere and superb food and drinks offers. We love all bar one and will continue to visit.

This place does an awesome boozy brunch. The drinks were flowing and the food was really good. There were no weird rules, just great service and it looked like this was the same for everyone in there.

Visited for birthday dinner with husband. I had voucher for free Prosecco but I asked if could be changed to a house red as I don't drink prosecco. The manager was very helpful and said wouldn't be a problem. All staff were very friendly and attentive. Food (we both had the tapas) came very quickly, was hot and very good. We both had a very enjoyable and relaxed evening.

we booked for our Works Christmas party of 39 people. From booking to leaving it was utterly fantastic. The manager couldn't do enough for us and the staff work so hard up and down the stairs all night. The food was brilliant and everyone commented on it. i really couldnt fault anything about the service or the staff apart from at the end of the night, everything on the table as they were clearing up went into the bin. this meant that things i wanted to keep were thrown away. There were staff Christmas stockings and table holders all thrown which i am gutted about. But I would 100% recommend this place for a meal/drinks or a Christmas party but I think we need a bigger venue next - or if there were less people we would re book in a heartbeat well done to all, a HUGE thank you and a very Happy Christmas

Unfortunately clearly ageist. We were asked to vacate our table when a young trendy crowd came in. Told it was reserved. Obviously wasn’t. As it was 5:30pm.

I just want to say a big thank you to management for letting us celebrate my friends 19th birthday party here on very very short notice, after another venue across the street forgot about our booking we knew all bar one was amazing and had a dj, so for a Saturday night on very short notice we are very grateful for your hospitality and service.

Service was non existent! Lots of staff doing nothing, sat at a table. No welcome, with the amount of staff there could have been table service. We expected table service we didnt go to Nandos. We ordered at the bar. Food arrived which was very nice. Service was non existent. Eating out at present with cost of living is a treat. This experience did not feel like that.

I am so so grateful to all the staff at All Bar One, Cheltenham for making my sister's hen party such a beautiful evening. From how easy it was to book and organise through Beneca, to the duty managers who helped me and my mum set up and set down the space and also to Lewis for making the cocktail masterclass the highlight of our night. The buffet food was incredible and all our guests left very happy and full! The upstairs space is so beautiful and we were so grateful for the privacy for our party. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of planning a hen party/baby shower/birthday party/work do etc... They have so many great packages for you to choose from!

Birthday treat, used the 1/3 off drinks voucher. Used my free Prosecco voucher as we were having mains there. Everything was excellent. The staff, the service, food and drinks …all perfect

I love All Bar One, the food is always fantastic & the staff are friendly. You don’t have to wait long for food & the atmosphere is so nice, we were a big group but all our food came together quickly.

Excellent place for mocktails, it's nice to have a choice of non alcoholic drinks. Bar was busy, but there is additional space upstairs.

All judgement spoiled by being g served drinks in filthy sticky greasy unwashed glasses which I sent back.

I was short changed by young lady who served me, I called her back and told her at which point she went into her apron and put a few coins in my on the counter, not enough I hasten to add, and yelled at me "just take it" twice before leaving me at the bar! Appalling service!!

We visited recently for their bottomless brunch and I can honestly say it is one of the best ones I’ve been too! The food, service and selection of drinks on offer was amazing! The team were attentive and friendly and it was so reasonably priced as well!

Lovely afternoon at All Bar One. Great bottomless brunch. Kieran was really good at looking after our party during our visit.

I’d booked two tables online and followed up by a call to explain I needed the two tables together as were a larger party, I was told this was no problem. Arrived yesterday the tables were not together and there was no knowledge of my call. The brunch menu stated that if ordered before 12 there was an offer of two for fourteen pounds. We ordered on this basis before 12. When the good was being delivered there were certain egg dishes we had not ordered but the waiters seemed certain we had and even when we confirmed what we’d ordered we were left feeling as if we were not believed. The bill arrived and it looked off, we could not see the two for fourteen offer applied and the wrong egg dishes were on the bill also. A lady came over and we asked if we could check it with her. She seemed quite flat and uninterested, with the eggs she said they were cheaper than the dishes we’d ordered anyway. We continued to ask about the offer and reluctantly she went off to check. She returned and put the new bill on the table without saying anything and walked off. It was a reduced bill that had been corrected. I’d have thought at this point she’d hacked acknowledged the error or made some apology. At the til I pointed out I was glad we’d ask for the clarification, she did not respond so I said it was a significant reduction using the offer and she bluntly replied it was due to race week and head office offers that had since been removed. I did not argue despite it had already taken edge of our brunch and she was not interested, the only thing I’d have said was that menus on all the tables had that offer stated in its text. Disappointed wouldn’t bother going back, Cheltenham has a vast choice of places to dine and more welcoming with much better service

Would not recommend for brunch. Truffled eggs and bacon: Burnt toast, undercooked bacon and overcooked eggs. Very greasy. Avocado and feta on toast: fridge cold avo and feta, huge slices of chilli and spring onion. Not enjoyable sadly.

Cocktails was fresh. You got a small recipe card along with and attached to your drink of choice. The snacks also tasted amazing. I got someone who doesn't like mushrooms to try the mushroom side and they was surprised at the texture

Had the pleasure of hosting my sisters baby shower here on Sunday. Was a great event, space was perfect. Staff were really accommodating with allowing us to put up decorations. Buffet was amazing. Chefs did a great job catering for everyone. Big shout out to Hally, Kieran, Fanni, James, Ash and Elvis for all of their hard work. Can’t thank them enough for letting us as a family make some really special memories

Can’t comment on the food but drinks were INCREDIBLE! I had the hotel chocolat drinks (chocolate martini & midnight tiramisu). This is a must have if you love your sweet drinks 😍

A lovely evening with friends was ruined by the awful food and rude waitress of this place. She kept arguing with the table and the food took a long time to arrive too which was disappointing to say the least.

One of the worst meals i have ever had. The burger was dry and flavourless. You can not have a conversation as the music is unbearably loud. The lady who was serving us the meal was very rude and classless. Needless to say i won’t be visiting this location ever again. Also I am 22 years old and they refused to serve me even though I had legal identification.
