I had a fantastic visit to All Bar One! The food was delicious, and the cocktails were expertly made, making for a perfect dining experience. What really stood out, though, were the exceptional servers, Hally and Tom. They were both friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Their warm service really added to the welcoming atmosphere of the venue. I’ll definitely be returning!

We arranged to meet friends here at 10:00 as per their website hours only to be abruptly told by some oik in the bar area who could not be bothered to answer the phone or get up to speak to us that he is opening at 13:00 today.

We've visited this restaurant many times, and it never disappoints! The Tapas Tuesdays are particularly amazing—you can choose four different tapas and enjoy them with a bottle of wine, which is an incredible deal. What truly makes our experience unforgettable is the outstanding service from Tom, the waiter. He’s always so smiley, friendly, and kind. Even when the restaurant was quite busy, he managed to attend to all our requests with a cheerful attitude, making us feel welcomed and valued. We felt so happy and lucky to have been served by someone so attentive and professional. We’ll definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and will keep coming back for more!

Busy with Races but efficient staff

I came here for breakfast on a cold morning I expected to walk into a nice warm pub but it was freezing inside I spent the whole time shivering. We ordered 2 coffees which took over 15 minutes to get to us and were Luke warm at best, we were going to have breakfast but left due to being so cold I couldn't stop shivering. The bar staff were constantly messing about and 1 was throwing a shoe about in the bar. And most were playing on there phones. And to top it off I was over charged on the two coffees I bought. Whilst there I used the toilet as I open the door to go down stairs the smell from the loos hit me but on reflection the toilet was the warms part of the building. I feel a little more attention to detail is needed here and the staff need retraining in customer service as it's work not a play ground.

The lady on the bar at the weekend was so lovely. I think her name was Charlotte, she reccomended the pinapple fizz and it was amazing. I'll be back

Came here for bottomless brunch great deal! I upgraded and drank long islands but there was plenty of options for the cheaper price. Wait staff were great and kept the Prosecco flowing. Had the cheeseburger off the brunch menu was very good. All in all a good experience

Best bottomless brunch I have ever done. My friend and I came here and paid £35 for brilliant food and lovely drinks which worked out to be more expensive so very happy about the value. Food and drink was very nice, the atmosphere felt perfect for this place. We were served by an awesome and amazing worker called Charlotte. She has an amazing energy about her, very welcoming, worked very hard (from our observations, and was amazed by it), and very funny. I was given Michells and Butlers vouchers at Christmas. All Bar One is one of the venues that I could use my vouchers. There was a nice vibe, my daughter and I chose a table. We realised that it was very sticky and the food menu was filthy! We should have left then, but my daughter was travelling back to London, so time was limited. I have to say that Charlotte was great when I went to the bar to order our food and drinks. Excellent customer service and I thanked her too. The food was awful, H had the cheeseburger, it was like a piece of charcoal, and the fries weren't much better. Trio of fries were cold. We couldn't eat the food,so finished our drinks and left. I cannot recommend All Bar One and we will not return. Thank you Charlotte.

We had an amazing bottomless brunch, Beth Hally and Alice were fantastic. So attentive and the cocktails were delightful, she made our birthday treat so special and we will definitely be coming back for any big occasions! Couldn’t recommend enough.

We came to All bar one and we were the only customers here and staff seemed slobish and just sat around, me and my dad told Hally it was my mum’s birthday and she said ‘oh we don’t do anything for birthdays’ and there wasn’t even an happy birthday from them. Food took a while to come which is strange seeing we were the only people in the restaurant, our table was dirty when we turned up and my mum had to ask for it to be cleaned. When our food came which on the plus side food was enjoyable no one asked us if everything was okay and if they could get us anything else. I’m not one to leave reviews and complain, but not impressed especially on my mums birthday which we wanted to make a special experience. Overall awful service and not good enough. Will not be recommending.

This is a fantasticly classy place to visit, with wonderful food. Staff are always there to help, even when it's busy. The atmosphere feels upbeat and friendly from the moment you walk in the door!
