Lovely, bright, friendly and amazing home-made fresh food/cakes and coffee was very nice! They also have a pantry for locals in the GU postcode which is a fab idea! Clean and presentable. Jaya and Hannah were smiley and welcoming!

Did not acknowledge or greet me. Continued serving customers that came in after me. Ignorant, rude and unprofessional…
