Average food. Great staff. A bit pricey. Dhansak should be sweet and sour, normally served with pineapple but wasn't and didn't. Korma should be mild but was hot.

Once again an amazing meal! We are regulars and decided to mix things up by trying the Mugalchahi chicken on their specials menu (probably spelt wrong sorry!) Not good I ordered a Rogan Josh which is normally a tomato based curry not too spicy I have had many times at other places . Tonight’s was brown like gravy and way too spicy. My friend’s Biryani which she asked for mild was left as it was too spicy . We also overheard the table near us moaning that chicken tikka they had ordered was way too spicy . Also they were bringing tables out plates of mains when they had asked for starters. The night was quite comical but not sure I will bother to return though tbh .

Best Takeaway Indian in Long Eaton area. Best dish is the Chicken Tikka masala, made with smoked paprika ..sooo good!

Good food, but the tables was crowded together and it was overwhelming and I found a hair in my food and nobody was wearing hair nets 🤮 and they kept talking louder over us over at the kitchen.

We 'curry' most months, and this place is tried & tested. Does good food, regardless of the menu choice (pickle tray a little disappointing, mind). Service is good, too, whether you're the only customer or whether it's packed.

Went for dinner last night to Al Naseeb. What an experience! The atmosphere was great, the decor was modern with Indian elements and the coup de grâce was the food. We ordered so much and all of it was delicious! The butter paneer masala was heaven sent. The service was beyond impeccable, every aspect was taken care of and nothing was overlooked. If you're looking for a treat then check this place out.

Great Location. Great Vibe and Ambiance. Outstanding Menu. Great service. Great food. This place has it all. It’s on the main road running through Long Eaton. There are ample FREE parking places in close proximity. 🅿️ I booked Al Naseeb for 30 people around 3 weeks in advance. I spoke with Krishna who was a real gentleman. Polite, professional, helpful, accommodating and even followed up with me a day before. Great personal service. Everyone arrived around 18:30pm, given a warm welcome by the restaurant staff. We were all given menus and a good time to decide what we’d like. The Menu is extensive and definitely leaves you needing to go back for more or go back again. Our orders were taken and the food arrived in good time. Of all the food that was brought out, there was not one single complaint from guests. A compliment to the kitchen staff. The Kitchen is open, clean and professional so you can see and speak with the chefs 👨🏽‍🍳. I had the privilege of speaking to the manager too, to express my sentiments. Due to the number of us we were allocated approximately 90% of the restaurant. An enjoyable experience, one Id definitely recommend and definitely return too. What could be better? 1) After finishing our meals, I had to ask for dessert menus. I didn’t even know if desserts were available. It would have been nice for the staff to ask guests. 2) We we’re asked if we’d like poppadoms and dips on the tables. I assumed (my error) that these would be complimentary. Unfortunately they were not. I then made the decision to pay for all these that were brought out for everyone. 3) You’d like to think after guiding and booking 30 people for a meal the restaurant would give a complimentary drink as a ‘Thank you’. The staff, manager, kitchen staff, waiters, bar staff were all brilliant. But a complimentary drink would have been very much appreciated to show some gratitude for bring a large crowd to the venue. Overall, a great Al Naseeb experience. Thank you. 💫

Par Excellent ! Quality, Service, Taste and Aroma ! On the way back from our long holiday drive we searched for Indian Restaurant and we landed up at this restaurant not sure what to expect.....but trust me its one of the best Indian food have had I have had in the country Excellent service, authentic India food taste. Chicken Tandoori was one of the best along with grilled Mushrooms. I am strictly Gluten Free due to being Celiac and even that was served with full assurance of no cross contamination I suggest every one visits this and I will visit again for sure Five Stars !

Wow! I'll be honest I have eaten alot of curries but this place might just be the best of the bunch! The staff were polite and attentive, provided insight into what options on the menu I might like based on my preferences and they were bang on and had various vegetarian options as well. Reasonably priced and good portions to the point were I had to take some home with me and to be honest I'm excited to try eat it all over again. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again

Went to this restaurant on Saturday the place was full it was a good job that my friends had made a reservation. The place was chockablock. The staff was very friendly the manager there who goes by the name of Affi looked after us very well . The food was value for money . Would recommend set meal A if you are ordering for 2 or more . There was more than enough food on the table absolute delicious meal. Will definitely come back next time when visiting freinds in long Eaton .

This restaurant definitely deserves more than 5 stars. My family and I had an amazing experience here. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The chicken bhuna being my favourite was cooked to perfection. The whole meal was on point. Worth every penny spent! We’ll definitely be eating here again without a doubt! Lovely atmosphere. Absolutely love it here! I’ve been to the restaurant a few times, but mainly order for delivery. It always takes less time than they say. The food is absolutely delicious with good portion sizes. They always cater well for dietary requirements too. Fully recommend!

Second curry I've had from here and the depth of flavour is amazing. Up there with the best I've had. Some places you feel like they cut a few corners and produce slightly rushed curries but these feel like they've invested in creating fantastic food. First order was missing the popadoms I paid for but I can't even drop them a Star for that.

Waiter didn’t got us water with no glasses. 10 min later got out glasses. Over cooked chicken, very dry. . Side salad looked like it’s been chucked from Asda ready salad bag. Way too overpriced for what we were given. Nan bread was good

Excellent quality, choice and portion sizes. (One portion of rice would easily serve 2 average appetites) Unlike some Indians where you have to search in the sauce for meat the meat is easy to find in generous portions. Staff are happy to box up any leftovers to take home with you.

Have been here several times and had many many takeaways from here too. The staff are always so friendly and professional and the food is consistently excellent and always of the same standard. Highly recommend the aubergine achari and any of the lamb dishes. Their pickles are also great. Full marks 😊

We were very late turning up right next to their closing time but they accommodate us we were a party of 17 but we were not rushed and the food was brill thanks it was a great night with great food.

It was quiet in a Thursday night and apparently it had changed ownership on the Monday. The food was outstanding, although quite chilli hot. The peshwari naan was the best I'd ever eaten. Service good, friendly. Prices reasonable but not cheap, which seemed fair given the quality. Very happy.

Absolutely best chicken korma I've ever had (and I've had quite a few), you could taste the spice but no heat, and not full of coconut and lemon juice. Highly recommended and will definitely be ordering again.

Food was OK but definitely not worth waiting an hour for.

We received the worst service I have experienced in a long time on Saturday night. We had a table booked for 8pm which we were slightly early for but wasn't seated until nearly half past. We weren't asked for a drinks order and the waiter finally came over to take our food order at close to 9pm. At this point we have waited nearly an hour and not even been served a drink yet. We finally had our main course at 9:55pm. There was another table in a similar situation who stormed out causing a scene because our food was served before theirs. When it came to paying for our food we were blamed for the other table leaving because they served us first. There was no apology for the situation and the staff were very rude. We were even expected to pay full price for our bill after such a terrible experience. Finally the food was below expectation and I can't imagine I will return for another visit after such poor service.

The food was really, really good. However the service was very poor. We had booked for 8, and on arrival were told it would be 5 minutes. Finally sat down at 8.20 and then left by ourselves until 8.40 when we were asked if we wanted to order food. We asked if we could order drinks so the waiter walked away and another returned to take our drinks order. Then our food order was taken. We had starters at about 9.05, and then after a long wait and asking after it our mains arrived at 9.55 with no apology. Some items were missing. When paying we complained about the wait, as it was a very long time. We were told that another table left because we received our food first as if that was our fault. We did receive a small discount but more than anything the attitude of the staff (I just work here) would put me off returning or recommending to anyone else.

We came for dinner at 6pm on 17.05.2021. Excellent, prompt service, great food and drink selection. Food was delicious and hot and the naan was very good. We also ordered desserts which were absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

Take out delivered on time, Hyderabadi Lamb beutifully tender in a lovely sauce. The consistency of the food quality is excellent and the service is first rate. Thorougly recommend you try this restaurant.

Back late 2019 we visited Al Naseeb and had abysmal service (waited an hour just to order)..... but that’s mother story. Fast forward to NYE 2020, which we all know was never going to be great thanks to Covid, but we decided to order a curry as our friends had recently had really nice one. I ordered at 5.45pm, and told delivery 8pm which was absolutely fine for us. In my order i specified we had a child in regard to what I ordered for my son. 8pm came and went, as did 8.30pm, 9.00pm, 9.30pm, 10.00pm - all during this time I was attempting to call to find out where the food was (157 unsuccessful attempts)The phone was engaged or answer phone the whole time. Looking on their Facebook page we wasn’t the only ones, lots of people unhappy (and hungry!)The food arrived at 10.20pm and we refused the delivery, I had a very angry husband and very hungry son!The delivery driver was lovely and I didn’t want to take it out on her but said not answering the phone was just really bad and she said they’d took it off the hook at 6.30 as had no choice - totally not on for those of us that were awaiting orders. If they had took the call and explained I would have made allowances!This morning (New Years day) they have posted Happy New Year on their page and I’ve commented that an apology to disappointed customers would have been more appropriate post and they have now deleted my comments and blocked me from commenting at all ..... despite the fact that there’s a whole thread of complaints from last night.Utterly disgusting customer service. Clearly bitten off more than they can chew and not prepared to hold hands up and apologise. Obviously need a big lesson in customer care!

Very tasty Indian food. Those people who are looking for authentic Indian cuisine should must try this restaurant, specifically ask for desi style type of curry and they will make your mouth water.

We have tried so many Indian take aways and this meal was by far the best we have had. Delivery was later than the Just eat app said but was worth the wait. The lamb was just so tender it melted in your mouth. The tandoori chicken was huge and tasty too. We had the special rice and will have again really tasty. Good price for good quality food

Just had an delivery from Al Naseeb. We've just moved into the area and chose this restaurant based on the good reviews.Wish we hadn't bothered, tbh. The food arrived 30 minutes after it was supposed to. It was lukewarm. Still I put it in the oven to warm up. We had: Lamb balti, lamb kharai, and lamb byriani. They were all very salty and the lime was overpowering. The sauces were very thick, more like a paste and the flavour was incredibly intense, to the point of being unpleasant. We've had curries from all over England and never had one quite like this. I don't know if the chef was having an off day, but we'll never know because we won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered food to be delivered and after it was an hour late I rang them to ask how much longer it would be to be told 10 mins, 30 minutes later still no food so rang them again to be told they did not have an order for us, no apology, unbelievable, do not order from the restaurant

Top class nice clean, tasty food!

Ate here to take advantage of the eat out to help out with some friends. Eaten here before and food is good. I was shocked as to the lack of safety measures taken in light of COVID-19. Reusable book menus were on the tables, staff had masks partly not covering faces, one gentleman had a visor on not even covering his mouth and then proceeded to remove it! No hand sanitiser or anything to clean with and I generally didn’t feel at ease.

I’m a regular here and a bit of a curry snob. If it’s good enough for me it’s good! Always excellent service Always excellent food Competitively priced for quality.

My 3rd time here and cant rate this place enough, absolutely lovely food, service and staff are so friendly. Best indian I've ever eaten. Would highly recommend.
