very poor lately last week my rice wasnt delivered and poppadoms and this week 50 mins late

the food was late and when it arrived I had to warm it up. it was tasty but next time I won't order delivery we will collect

Hands down the best Indian in Ilkeston. The food is great, always hot and fresh.

First time delivery, definitely not the last ! Food was gorgeous even though I got samosas instead of onion bhaji,nevertheless it was delicious and lots of it .Would highly recommend !

Small local restaurant selling great food. Service is slow but due to collections of take away food. Not licenced but can bring your own alcohol, Tesco is next door. Only accepts cash. 5 dinners and all loved the varied dishes.

I've had loads of food from here.but my meal today was awful.nan was burnt .chicken ticka tawa was tasteless and far to much oil . nearly all went straight in the bin 😡

Food wasn’t great and sauce was pretty poor. Tikka was one of those bright orange colours and not the dark red it should be. Wouldn’t order again.

but you always always only send 1 pickle tray when I pay for 2!

Had to wait over two hours for the food to come and when it arrived the food was cold I called the restaurant for an update and they said they only had one driver on, so I explained they shouldn’t accept orders if they can’t fulfil delivery times very poor service wouldn’t not recommend

Preordered food at 6:20 for 8:00 waited untill 8:30 to call to see where my order was even though by this time I had a notification saying food on its way.this was before 8:00.got told it would be another 10mins . then get a message 20mins later to say it not be here untill 9:10 finally get a nock on the door 9:30.curry dishes full of oil and rogan Josh just seemed bland and lamb was tough .safe to say not a very good first impression.don’t think we will be bothering again

This is a great local Indian. We’ve had lots of good meals here but I think they need to find a bit of consistency.

Quick delivery, I ordered the chilli garlic special with chicken tikka, such big amounts of chicken was absolutely lovely - throughly enjoyed my meal. Thank you very much for your service.

Curry was full of onions which overwhelmed the taste and the meat was incredibly tough

The food was not good especially the biriyani and cauliflower bhaji.It don’t have any salt and spices.And also the packaging is also not good because the oil comes out from the food and spread all over.

First time using, really disappointing. Ordered at 7pm, initially said delivery at 7.40, quickly changed to 8.00-8.20pm. Order finally arrived at 8.30pm. Nan and Bombay potatoes completely flavourless, medium heat curry (masala bhuna) more like a dessert than a main - all you can taste is sugar. Rice pretty much cold. I’m a big curry fan, and I’m saddened to say never again. Saturday night ruined. Thank you.

delivery got delayed, then still 15 minutes later than the delayed time, then to fine the order was wrong.

Food had no flavor whatsoever delivery was nearly an hour late we won't be ordering anything else ever again

Food was really good! Although we got sent 3 rices and 2 naan breads, instead of 2 rices and 3 naan breads. From the time of ordering to the time it was delivered was 2 hours. Which we felt was very long when the original time given was 19:50, then between 20:10-20:30, then delivered around 21:00. Again, food was great so I guess it makes up for it

Just had the most amazing lamb madras and lamb sizzler meal, good grief it was good. They also helped my wife order around allergies which was nice! Thanks, I'll come back again

Booked on line delivery 6-6:15 Phoned at 6:45 be there in a min. 7 I cancelled it so that’s my valentine meal wrecked. Booked meal for 2 set meal.

Great food but two hours late.

£30 on a meal that was freezing cold…called the restaurant and they replaced the meal which came hot with no pickle tray or poppadoms..chicken was so fresh it was virtually clucking….use to love this restaurant but going massively downhill

Couldn't wait to show off with Raheem when we had guests staying... they came up double trumps didn't disappoint at all. Fabulous meals for all of us. Zero complaints from us yet again, thank you Raheem.

Not impressed! Food took an hour and 40 mins to come , phoned up and I didn’t get any apology just a man saying it won’t be long. And when the food did come it was very bland and watery! Won’t be using these again

Wow, what a treat!! It’s my first time using Raheem and I cannot wait for the next time. I’ve never tasted spices and flavour like it. Everything was hot, cooked beautifully and the lamb pieces were so tender. I’m super sad it’s taken me so long to discover this place because it’s blown every other Indian takeaway out of the water. Arrived 45 minutes late and was tepid at best I won’t be ordering from here again. 2 hours for a fairly warm curry not impressed at all.

Ordered the lamb curry and tasted amazing. Not the most warm welcome when entered though didn’t even get a Hi and had to approach the counter.

Food was lovely and they were big portions. Only downfall was the garlic naan was a little bit dry and I would say the pickle tray was not worth £3.50. Otherwise we will happily order again!

Really nice small restaurant, food very tasty, good portions. Service was good very friendly. Will definitely Go again. In my top 3 best India restaurants, go visit and enjoy. Almost forgot it's bring your own booze, luckily Tesco 10 meters away. One last thing cash only don't worry ATM next to Tesco. Think that about covers it.

Restaurant called to say they did not have what I had ordered but said they had similar for £1.50 which was ok but when the food came it was nothing like warm little disappointing today 😞

Really good quality food delivered at the early end of the delivery estimate.

Food was good although the chicken tikka masaala was slightly sweeter than I am used to and had coconut in it so tasted more like a korma in my opinion

The Food never turned up. Rang over 20 times to get an update from restaurant at this point placed order over 2 hours ago. No answer constantly engaged. Restaurant never rang to say they were running late or having any problems. Disgusting service. Will not be ordering from them again. Didn’t even receive food. Do not recommend.

Food order didn’t even arrive! Ordered 3 hours ago so I am assuming it’s not coming, very annoyed and very hungry!! Even more annoying I’ve had to give one star on the above ratings.

Went here on someone else’s recommendation, won’t be going here again. The food was an hour after estimated delivery time, we called to enquire it’s whereabouts 20 mins after estimated delivery time and were told it’ll be there in about another 10 to 15 minutes, and were told this with an attitude from the man on the phone, we called again when it was another 20 minutes after, he said the delivery driver was on his way but we had been told that before, we said we’d give it another 10 minutes but if it didn’t turn up by then we wanted a full refund, it arrived within that extra 10 minutes, food wasn’t worth the wait and it had taken 2 hours from ordering!

I had to go collect in the end no answer when I rang and was over 2 hours late
