I normally love this place, but they were a little late, which i wouldn't mind, but they left out a few items this time. No salad for my starter, and no pickles or raita for my poppadoms. Tried to pursue this through Just Eat, but the complaints section of the app doesn't allow you to resolve specific details. Shame.

Food was delicious as always, but the restaurant had to ring me to say they were awaiting the delivery driver to turn up (food ready). They said the driver would be 10 mins, but must have taken longer as the order turned up over half an hour after this time (we are 12 mins away from restaurant). This also happened last time we ordered from here, the delivery took such a long time. I’ve ordered from Just Eat in other areas and no problem, but maybe there is an issue in this area with delivery?

ordered meal for 5 people at c7pm. window for delivery was 8.05pm to 8.25pm. restaurant demarked order as 'delivered' at 8.25pm, when nothing had been. called at 8.38pm for them to explain that that was a 'mistake' and it was 'on its way' to be delivered by 8.58pm ('within 20 minutes'). its 9.07pm. nothing has been delivered. bunch of dishonest chancers. avoid.

First time ordering. Moved around here 3yrs ago. Not had a good take away curry until now…! Good fresh, really tasty and piping hot..! Loved the Cheese/garlic naan bread. Chicken Tikka Masala & Chicken Tikka korma were really good..! Definitely use again

The food took longer than stated, an hour from ordering to delivery however it was well worth the wait! Lovely, smiley delivery driver kindly dropped off one of the best curries we have had in a long time

Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Lied to three times when phoning to check. Just be honest with your estimated dispatch times! Such a shame as the food is lovely but would be reluctant to order again due to the delivery experience.

Driver was nice and polite. Food was amazing, althought the potatoes in the sag aloo were a bit over cooked. But will be ordering from here again.

Food was amazing. Thank the chefs please! I can't rate how amazing everything was. Might be my new favourite place in Kent! On a side note, the driver struggled to find our place but didn't give up. I called the restaurant, who were quick to help and called the driver. He turned up at that time and was really apologetic but was worth waiting for. Great all around. You won't regret ordering here.

Called twice to be told the first time that they were waiting for a driver, told the 2nd time they were very busy and the driver was stood in front of him. I questioned that our order has been sat on the counter since our last call and was told no, we’ve had over 50 orders in an hour. Food arrived 2 hours after placing order and cold! Use Al-Marina regularly but very disappointed at our service tonight.

Best Indian meal we have had for along time, will def be using again. Flavoursome and hot, the vegetables all looked and tasted fresh. The onion bhaji’s were awesome, not flat and greasy, but round soft and crispy on the outside.
