10p for a bag I didn't ask for, and 50p service charge!! That's not good service.

we paid £15 inc delivery, the quality, taste and how much you got was fantastic, would recommend and definitely use again

Good food and prompt delivery!

Really gutted, ordered at 18:02pm came at 19:30. Got a call at 18:45 saying no lamb so is chicken ok. Still came 45 mins later. Should have waitied for lamb. No poppadoms like stated in meal deal. Also grease has leaked all over the bag as something has spilt. Food still good.

While it took a while for the food to be delivered once it left the kitchen, the driver was polite and the food surprisingly still hot. We enjoyed the curries, not a fan of the chicken tikka leg though.

Food was amazing as always - but delivery took 2 hours. After trying to contact the restaurant there was no answer. Very disappointed after being a customer for years.

Piping hot, fresh food, delivered promptly. Curry and tikka was lovely. Popodums tasted of old oil.

Food was OK. Unfortunately they failed to provide the salad tray ordered and also hung up on me twice when I requested it be provided. They tried to say it was the salad included with the starters, when I'd clearly ordered a separate tray. The customer service was -100.

Food was really dry. Chicken was really dry - chips little over cooked. Madras’s sauce was ok and chapatti was ok. £4.50 for delivery is very expensive too I won’t be ordering again first and last sorry

Worst food ever sorry only thing tasted fresh was the salad chips seemed like it's been double fried and chick had like an off taste didn't taste like piri, I can make better pirir chicken maybe I should open my own takeaway and show these lot how to cook!

Food was amazing as always, hot & fresh. Made a mistake last time i ordered but after speaking to the manager the mistake was rectified and compensated on this order. Highly recommended

Lovely food not greasy at all

I'm a bit annoyed as while the food delivered was nice they missed off a garlic bread with cheese which i was charged for. I have tried to contact the restaurant but the phone isn't ringing.

Not bothered about 15 minutes late cos I always allow 30 mins when ordering. Starters were great; madras & jalfrezi hotter than previously, but I coped.

Really good especially the seek kebab. I have ventured elsewhere for my last 2 curries due to shrinking portion size at Al Habib - but I will stick with them after this.

Lovely flavours but chicken a low quality. Delivery takes so long but meets the estimated arrival time. Portions are a good size.

Absolutely no communication, ordered nearly 2 hour wait, no update! Rang numerous times and cut off, when food arrived it was cold, burnt and dry, ordered and payed for dips and sent wrong ones, usually order here, but will NEVER order here again

I'm not one to leave reviews but this place is a joke. I ordered a salmon curry and they gave me some sort of white fish. Bear in mind the only fish I can eat is salmon. Called up the takeaway and the guy was adamant that its salmon. Went back and dropped the white fish curry off and yet the guy was still adamant its salmon. Biggest joke ever. Just admit it wasn't salmon and remove it from your menu if you give pangash fish

Food was ordered for 7pm but arrived at 5pm very very early. Lamb chops was awful had to chuck them away.

Over 2 hours late, phoned takeaway twice. Told was busy but 2 hours is bad service. Delivery driver rude and food was undercooked and of a poor standard. Very disappointing

We are regular customers of Al Habib and have recommended friends go here. However not in this occasion….Onion bhajees were burnt, hard and cold. Lamb balti tasted of powder. Chips were cold and hard. Popadoms greasy. Not a nice meal at all.

Hardly any chicken on one kebab. Soggy bread on both. On the other mixed kebab they tried to disguise the fact there was only about 3 tiny pieces of lamb tikka by filling it with cheap rubbery donner meat. Terrible.

First time ordering from here as the menu came through my door today. Food was on time and pipping hot and order correct. I had pea pilau rice (never seen it on other menus) and veg jalfrezi. Absolutely gorgeous but flipping spicy. My mouth and lips are on fire. Thank you guys for a wonderful meal. Delivery driver was lovely too despite my dog going mad at the door.

I ordered food at about 7.30pm and was given an estimated delivery time of 8.15-8.35pm. At 8.45pm we were still waiting so I called the restaurant and they said it was on its way. At 9.15pm we called again and were told the driver was "right near your house". At 9.30pm I called again and the man on the phone was very rude and said the food had left the restaurant so there was nothing he could do. The food never arrived, but the restaurant marked it as delivered at about 11pm. I have received a refund from UberEats who have advised the restaurant were using their own delivery driver so we're obviously lying about not being able to do anything. Terrible customer service, very rude staff. Will not order here again.

The curry was a complete and utter let down the rice was like chewing plastic the salad came in a plastic carrier bag and the Mint yogurt was like custard wouldn’t recommend!!!

After trying various Indian restaurants around Heywood and Rochdale I can honestly say the meal we’ve just had from Al Habib was the best yet. We ordered various starters (the fish starter is delicious) and each one was perfect! The main meal was tasty too and the peshwari naan was nice and sweet. We can stop looking for our favourite takeaway now as we’ve found it! 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

We have been ordering from Al habib’s for over 12 years now and have honestly never ever had a complaint. Ordered tonight and even though take aways are all very busy At this unprecedented time it was on time .The curry is always amazing it is never greasy like other curry houses and it always arrives warm and fresh, hubby loves the chicken tikka kebabs. Went here new years day after seeing the good reviews. Very disappointed. Had chicken tikka and donner kebab with onion bhaji. The donner meat if cheap rubbish and full of bits of bone and the onion bhaji was burnt to a crisp and inedible. The curry's may be better but I won't be back to try them after such a terrible experience. Nice set of lads just terrible food sorry guys.

Personally I can not rate this family run takewaway highly enough.For a curry takeaway my wife and I always use Al Habib and have been doing so regularly for the last 15 years.Never had a bad meal . I have also recommended Al Habib to friends and work colleagues. Abdul at the "front of house" and his staff are always welcoming and accomodating.The food is excellent and well worth a visit

Our third delivery from Al Habib. Very nice, whole family agreed (which never happens!)every dish was tasty and they ate everything. Delivery was within the 45mins notified.

Very disappointed with the service. Been using Al Habib for over 5 years but it's slowly declined. Food arrived in good time but cold and containers only half full. We rang to let them know but were told the order was fine. We did receive a full refund after returning the food though. We live very close. Won't be eating from here again I'm afraid.
