Absolutely amazing food fast delivery

Food is always good not long a wait from ordering to collecting

Trying to argue with me over sauce they added all my sauces together when i wanted them separate as I was dropping it off at different people saying it was my fault and was not going to sort it.

Kebabs from Tandoori plaza are the best . Chicken tikka and doner on keema nan with mint and yoghurt sauce ... mmmm , mega .

Very poor rogan josh was a tin of tomatoes with a few bits of chicken never again!!

Phoned the order through told an estimated time and a price. Arrived outside the time and the driver asked for more money than I was billed!! He said they hadn’t added on the delivery charge! No tip for you . Popodums were crushed like quavers on delivery . Not a great service tonight.

Really really disappointed. Have been going to this takeaway for most of my life and have never had a problem. Just ordered.. over £30 for a takeaway to feed 3 people and it barely did. A portion of chicken tikka for £3.90... 8 tiny pieces. So so overpriced now. Not only that but forgot part of the order that I paid for. Really disappointed. After decades I'm now going to have to find a new Indian takeaway. Gutted

Fancied a curry last night while in the area. After looking at some reviews I thought I'd give here a go. First things.... Lovely service, and an open kitchen as soon as you walk in. Venue looked very clean throughout, and also a genuine clay oven. Asked the older fella (no offence) what to suggest for somebody who enjoys an authentic/hot curry. Got recommended the Achari. I ordered a chicken Achari. Garlic chilli naan. Chicken biriyani. And a seekh starter while I waited. The seekh was tasty. Also got some fresh salad and sauce while I waited for the mains. Seekhs were cooked nicely. But definitely made with a pre-made spice mix, what's a minus point for me. Got back to my friend's place. The naan was huge! Could have definitely done with more ghee, garlic, and chilli.... None of this was in the naan mix. It was just sparingly on the bread itself, and it was quite bland. Not a massive fan of the Achari. It was very salty, and heavy in red food colouring. But plenty of meat in the portion. Not like other Achari's I've had. I won't order this from here again. My friend enjoyed her chicken biriyani. Again, not authentic to what we'd normally get. It was more pilau rice with a few bits of peas and onion and a small omelette on top. Plenty of chicken again though! A four star is adequate for now. (I will visit again ordering different items). But this was real generic BIR food, what I'm not a fan of. I did ask if there was a staff curry option. Unfortunately there isn't. But it was all clean, even if not to my tastes. Amazing staff. Clean venue. Mediocre food. I'll give you a second chance guy's.

So randomly googled 'Best Kebab in Heywood' and Tandoori plaza came up so on the way to pick my Fiancee up i popped in and got a special kebab on Garlic naan. Take away is extremely clean, Great selection of food, Polite and friendly staff, Waited about 10 minutes for My food and honestly the kebab was huge, Tasty, Generous portion and Fantastic kebab. Highly recommend Tandoori Plaza.

Very tight with the chicken now on the kebabs. The little fella on the counter has reduced the size so much! 8 pound for a mix kebab with barely any chicken on is daylight robbery. May as well call it a mix salad kebab these days.

Food was absolutely delicious. Piping hot. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Delivery driver was lovely too.

normally love this place but normally pick it up. had it delivered the s time and the food wasn’t fit for our dog. cold and soggy it had obviously been sat sweating in boxes for a long period of time so it was cold. shouldn’t offer delivery when it affects the quality that much.actually inedible

Had our first curry from here tonight, absolutely delicious👌🏻 Cheaper than our regular Indian takeaway and closer to home so could pick up meaning no ridiculous delivery fee. Naans are enormous, one is more than enough for 2 people to share and curry and chips portions are generous too. Definitely will become our new go to Indian🤤

Been using this place now for a loooooooong time but for the last five/six times it's been naff. I kept thinking it would be a one off and would bounce back, but tonight was the last chance! Chicken was tough and rubbery Sauce was watery and tasteless Rice was dry Naan was soggy and too thick Could get anything right, so coupled with prices going up.... that's it we're done! They can't live off their past!

Been eating from here for over 10 years and up until the last couple of years it's been great.... but something changed and the last 5/6 times it's been bad. We kept hoping it would come back but tonight was the last straw! Chicken rubbery else tough Sauce was watery and tasteless Rice was dry Nan bread was soggy and too thick We've given this place it's last chance too many times and so now we're done!

8.50 for a chicken tikka kebab on garlic nann...all salad,the chicken tiny pieces looked like frozen Iceland chicken and tasted like that....absolute disgrace,wish I could post the photo of the kebab to show the state of it.....I wouldn't even give one star but you can't post without...waste of money!!!! I wouldn't have fed that chicken to a dog!!!

Beware when ordering from here if you leave a negative review on there website it will never be published as they read them before they go on there site, any negativity any the review is pulled, they even rang me and offered a discount off my next order to apologise yet the review disappeared?? It is getting more expensive than my favourite local restaurant pavilion

Order here quite alot mainly for kebabs and currys achari curry really nice Kebab usually nice also bit hit and miss thought sometimes orders wrong or not to standard Changed their kebab meat twice over past few weeks and swapped normal tomatoes for cherry ones which I prefer normal tomatoes salad is allways fresh Naan usually allways great Sauces really nice Meats there not best but not the worst mixed with salad and sauce usually mix really well and really enjoy it Chips are great also same though seems some days its better than others Prices have also rising times this year without much Improvement

Considering these people are supposed to be cooking real authentic cuisine it’s nothing like a proper Indian takeout. I would suggest leaving it to the professionals in future boys because your food is awful and dry and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I order Tandoor Roti and it was not properly baked.

Not spicy enough at all. Their medium curry is more like mild. Good flavours however.

Ordered food to pick up on friday 1st july. Chicken Pasanda has a very watery weak tasting sauce. Chicken Dupiaza ( hot ) was not very spicy and it is the first time I have had a bright red dupaiza ( more like Tikka Masala ) lack much in the way of flavour . We could not taste the coconut, almond or pineallpe I was told that went into the Peshwari Naan. Chixcken in meals cooked ok. Overall one of the most disappointing Indian Takeaway I have hod in the last 45yrs.

This takeaway is fit! Always fresh ingredients and always on time if not before in my experience. Lamb biriyani was delicious on my first order. Tonight, on my 2nd order, the keema peas madras was to die for. Sweet & spicy. I'd defo order it again!

It's a bit hit and miss sometimes good sometimes not so good last night my son found a bit of metal in his curry sauce it looked like a bit of clean pad my burger was horrible

Me an my husband have been using tandoori plaza for just over 3 years now , and iv never had this experience of them ! The food is amazing however when been at a hard days work and you need a lovley curry you expect to get what you have ordered! We ordered a lovley curry finding out theres no rice with it as we ordered ? That's fine , they possibly were a little busy and sometimes it's hard to keep track of lots of regular orders, however I do not agree to be told iv not ordered rice and ordered nan bread instead. Then the man agreed to drop the rice off, to as he explained he lived near me , as he checked my postcode he said he will not be able to drop it off because I live to far out !! Absolutely disgraceful to be told an lied too what we ordered . Talk about loyalty!! Wont be coming again bad manners gets you know where

Ordered here for the first time last weekend as my usual takeaway has rapidly gone downhill. Only ordered a couple of chicken starters and some different sides / breads as it was our first order from them. Based on the food I think I have found my new go-to take away. It arrived in half hour ( on a Friday evening) delicious, hot, generous portions and freshly cooked.

We order a meal on Thursday 2and April ordered king prawn curry never got king prawn hot the water prawns 4 was discussed with it and a curry was cold everything was freezing out complaint in and hey guess what never preyed I won't be ordering again from their so much for looking after customers that have been going for years no more guess

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND supposed to have nearly 30 years experience with cooking Indian food!! Would score zero if I could. Spent over £50 tonight on food. It arrived over an hour late, and arrived cold or just under warm. It tasted and seemed as if it had been out all day/evening none of the food was fresh. Absolutely disgusting.

Quality over quantity? Not here because you get both. Great food at great prices. Staff are always friendly and helpfull and the food is soooo tasty. Buuurrrpppp!!!!!

Ordered food few days ago. Never tried this place And just want to accent that I don't realy bothered with fedbacks on food places 🤷‍♂️😊 But the food was soooooo nice from souce to the every single bit we eaten 😁🙏 I couldn't not leave my review here 🙏🍾 food was amazing tasty very clean. Been quite a few times to eat here. The staff are always polite, helpful & attentive. The food is delicious & fresh. If there is something that is not on the menu all you need to do is ask as they will do their very best to ensure you have the best experience. They also have a take out service. Although there may be a wait during busy periods the food is always hot & just as good as what is served in their restaurant. I highly recommend trying here when visiting. 5 stars from me. ☺

Tried a couple of times recently, very impressed. Lovely fresh tasty breads and curries, good quality. Wife had lamb tikka, meat was flavoursome and tender my keema was spot on. Well done lads. 😃

Best indian food - quick delivery - the food was nice and hot when delivered

They always give massive portion. Nan's kebabs are really really big and very tasty. 3 of us always share 1 nan kebab. I love this place. I give 10 out of 10. I recommend you just try once then you will be hooked.

Lost the plot here, used to be good. Got vindaloo recently, was just tomato soup with a large helping of chilli powder with very little meat! Not tasty, just hot!!!
