Truly wonderful food. We regularly order food from here, and it has been excellent every time. The review muttering about Homepride sauce is a complete nonsense. I have never enjoyed food of such a consistently high standard, ovef such a long period of time from anywhere. Very highly recommended - you won't be disappointed!

just very large pieces of chicken in a blitzed/blended cooking sauce most probably straight out of a jar, no care at all taking in the cooking. No discernable taste at all (it was a takeaway) - never again

i tend to shop around as im so annoyed when you,re paying £40 plus and the food is all good to start with - then - bang-next time you order its not nice- Bay spice and Shiplu (are you taking note?) I honestly could not find faullt with Aida and am looking forward to my next treat soon (I do hope its consistant!) I might come across rude but when you pay for food -at least enjoy it! The chicken was moist and tender (unlike bayspice) and full of flavour. Rice was great portions and nan bread delicious. I for one would recommend this curry house.

It is cooked from fresh. Whole herbs and spices. Fresh tasty, good meat, good veg. All dishes were top class.

Enjoyed the curry last night. Peshwari naan was a little small and burned for my liking, and the keema rice a little too salty, but overall the flavours were good. Not sure I like it enough to call it my favourite in town, but would have no hesitation reordering from here.

We had tikka Masala and a Pathia, well WOW! As frequent Indian diners this stood out tonight, these guys know how to make a curry, Thank you, can’t wait to come back for more :)

This has got to be the best ever curry I am a vegetarian and normally you don’t get a lot of different vegetables however here you get loads and the flavor is amazing my husband had a chicken dish and he said was best ever too. We will only order from them now.

Never let us down. Always really delicious. The Chef's specials are packed full of flavour. Not your average 'Indian' takeaway, a cut above for sure.

My family get a takeout from here every other week. We've been using other restaurants but now only go to Aida. The food is always fresh, hot and full of flavour. The chef's specials are unique and I particularly love their dhansak (which is quite hot so beware), but all their meals are delicious. The staff are friendly and polite too. You will not be disappointed.

Very tasty. Fresh and organic products. The chef knows his food and cooked very well very authentic. Delicious worth a visit also let them know how hot you would like it as sometimes a bit too spicy.

tried so many and only found 1 that was worth considering, but they do not know how to make a hot curry! So it is with joy that we have found a good indian, great flavours, fairly hot but could be a bit hotter even. We are going to order again tonight for the 3rd time, so hope they don't let us down. If i don't update, it was fab!

I am a fan of mixed grills. I have had excellent ones and I have had awful ones and a few in the middle. This one had was better than the average ones. The staff were very friendly, the food was nice and hot. The flavour was good as was the quality of the meat. There was good seasoning and the meat was not too dry. All in all a good mixed grill. It was one of the more expensive in the area and for that price, I would have expected something a bit more special e.g. a tandoori prawn and perhaps a naan bread. It did say that a naan was not included so I was fully aware. I would like to sample more of their food at a later date. Based on the mixed grill I would think it to be good.

We went to their Anniversary Dinner last night, it was very busy and had a good atmosphere. We were looked after very well all evening, the food was excellent, a homestyle menu, we had complimentary drinks and a bottle of wine. It’s our only Indian we go to, it’s the best in town!

I really wanted to like this place as it would our local Indian restaurant and I like the variety of veggie options, including potato, vegetable or paneer choices available on a wide variety of dishes. Perhaps we visited them on an off day, but the service was so poor that for probably the first time ever in a restaurant we did not tip. We arrived 2 and a half hours before closing but the restaurant was empty with no music or atmosphere. We asked if we could have a table for two and were met with a grunt and the pulling back of a chair. Some music was turned on which thankfully made it seem less empty and quiet. We were given the menu but almost straight away asking if we were ready to order. We weren't offered a poppadom to start and when we asked for this it seemed to be an inconvenience. The glasses the Cobra came out in were poorly washed. Then, as we were eating the poppadoms, the waiter kept peering over the table and literally the very second one person finished he cleared their plate despite the other still eating. This same pattern was repeated for the mains. The last one of us to finish our main were left eating whilst he was reaching over and completely clearing the table around. We just got the impression we were unwanted there and an inconvenience. To make it particularly clear that we were unwelcome the waiter turned the music off whilst we were in the final stages of our meal. It would have been partially redeemed had the food been good, but sadly both dishes were bland, flavourless and lacked spices. We gave them a chance despite being empty and we can now see why no one else had chosen them on a weekend evening. Disappointing.
