First time experience- Meat & Potato Pie, Chips and two veg (loads of broccoli & carrots). Very tasty, good service and busy enough to suggest it's a popular place to come.

Cheap shop bought pizza bases that were dry and crispy around the edges like they were stail, no flavor to the pizza toppings. Chips were greasy with minimal cheese on them. Will not be ordering from here again

Superb quality and so much for the price. Beautiful meal, first time ordering from here and I’ll definitely be back for more. The mixed pakora was delicious, especially the chicken. I’d also recommend the lamb dansac.

The breakfast was a let down the sausages were like tesco value bacon wasn't very nice and found it expensive for value range food

pacora was mostly batter spisy mushrooms half portion and German kebab was drenched in some kind of sauce

Food was lovely and hot and I really enjoyed my curry. The pizza had a thicker base then expected and the cheese unfortunately got stuck to the top of the box.

Everything hot and fresh. The pershwari nan and korma were some of the best I've had. Partner said calzone was really spicy but he loved it. Kids loved there food aswel. Speedy delivery aswel will absolutely be ordering again

Argued with me that they had delivered it to my address , when in fact it was delivered to the totally wrong street

Do not order the German Donner as you will receive a soggy mixed kebab in a wrap. When I called them after I received my delivery they couldn’t tell me what the wrap was or the difference between an ordinary kebab and what they had given me. Poor service and misleading. Pizza we received was great - very tasty and good quality. Disappointed re kebab and restaurants attitude to it so we won’t order again.

getting a bit dear for a curry for my liking, I've used this takeaway for years but even being local to me I could travel further afield and get a cheaper curry.

I really enjoyed my food. The curry was flavoursome. The lamb was succulent and tender. However I was disappointed at the quantity of lamb for the price I paid. I only got 8 small pieces. But overall very tasty food

Adams has the best tasting fish in the EDC district, awesome tasting.

Garlic Nan ordered but recieved a peshwari, Bhoona was basically just tomato juice. Won’t be ordering again.

Pizza was burnt. And just a little, it was like properly black.

This is right by the Halifax Borough Market. I had the steak pie with chips and mushy peas for £4.75. Amazing value. It was lovely and the staff were very friendly too.

Classic cafe, great value meals, freshly cooked at a cheap price that people can afford. Great staff. Popular with the locals, I had a full English, staying at Premier Inn much better deal here, than place next door, and a proper institution in the market!! Loved it!!

In 30 years of ordering takeaway pizza, that was the worst. The base thick and was prepared and tasted stale. It spoilt the overall taste of the pizza topping. This was the first and last time I will buy food from here.

We usually use a different takeaway but tried here for a change and glad we did everything was so much tastier. Fresh tasty and much better than than the other. Will be sticking to Adams from now

Chanced upon Adam's cafe when we were in the Halifax borough market early on Saturday. Fancied an English brekkie and the cafe has an interesting set up as it's at the sloping bit of the market, so the tables are on steps and it looked nice and clean so we went in. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Ordered a standard and a large brekkie and they both came with sausages, bacon, egg(s), tomatoes, beans and toast as well as coffee or tea. I added some hash browns to mine and both brekkies came to £11.70. The brekkies were cooked fresh to order and really nicely displayed. Bacon was nice and browned rather than pale like we have had in some places. Sausages were cooked well and didn't taste mushy and cheap like in some other cafes we have tried. Toast slices were also nice, thick and soft. Only minor criticisms are the lack of hash browns in the standard and large brekkies & there didn't seem to be an altenative choice for tea/coffee. The coffee was also of the instant variety. Overall, we really enjoyed the breakfast which was really food quality for the price. Defo recommended and we won't hesitate to return to Adam's if we are visiting again. The lunch offerings at £4.75 also looked tempting but we were too full after breakfast to have anything at lunchtime so maybe next time!!

Was really disappoint with my food after being pleasantly surprised with a slightly earlier delivery time than anticipated. We just ordered a spicy chicken pizza and we’re disappointed upon opening the box to see that it was quite clearly a bought in frozen based that had been used. I feel like you can’t really go wrong with pizza, but this one was just not good at all, possibly the worst pizza i’ve ever had The toppings were great, fresh and tasty, but the base was rather stale tasting and it was very dense and heavy. I only had 2 slices before giving up on it. Would probably try other food off the menu but I won’t rush back and I definitely wouldn’t order a pizza.

The pizza's where not very nice. The toppings where ok but the base of the pizza was solid. Like the pre-made pizza bases you buy in the co-op. Wont be eating there again.

Ordered doner pizza, korma sauce , plain nan bread and kids chicken nugget meal. My other half loved the pizza it had hundreds of cheese on it and was tasty. However I had the korma sauce and nan bread, any time I get a korma sauce else where it’s sweet and creamy. But, the sauce I got from here was spicy and tasted nothing like a korma. Wasn’t happy with it as I do not like spicy food! The kids meal my wee boy ate and he loved it, plus the food was delivered early.

The food was over cooked and reheated. The food was cold . I will never order from here again I am isolating and used the last of my money to feed us all and the food was inedible.

Got 3 separate things all of which are now in the bin. The pizza was like rubber as were the chips. The wife got a kebab which was drier than the Sahara and equally lacking in salad. The chicken burger was o.k at best. For the price I would expect better. Sorry but won't be ordering again.

No mistakes in the order, food was really good as always. Delivery was later than stated when ordering but it is Saturday night and it was to be expected. All good.

Our delivery time was set back twice and took over 30 minutes after leaving the shop to get to the house when the travel is not far. food was nothing special either.

Ordered peshwari naan... got the naan but almost no peshwari, super disappointing because I’d been craving them for days. Naan itself was super thin and crunchy rather than soft.

I eat from here as a go to. But I had it tonight and it tasted as if it was just microwaved from the day before. I’m really disappointed, used to be freshly made but I’m not happy, such a shame :(

Food I got was really good would return for the food but my delivery time was extended without an email or text to say so. I received a text saying it was out for delivery but 30 mins later it hadn’t arrived which was also after the estimated delivery time so I went to track my order where I could call the restaurant if I wanted where they didn’t answer the phone, I then used the text option where it informed me that me delivery had been delayed.

Usually have a great curry out of Adam’s but recently been finding the sauces are getting watered down lately...c’mon lads thicken the sauce up! You know us weegies like a thick sauce :)
