We arrived 30mins early for our table. We were told our table was ready so we could be seated and have a drink prior to our afternoon tea. We waited for nearly 15 minutes before anyone came over to take our drinks order. We ordered 2 immersive cocktails (2 of the 5 were unavailable). We then waited another 10 minutes for half of one of the beauty and the beast cocktails to be presented. A few minutes later the shot arrived. My friend then waited another 5 mins for her cocktail to arrive. Again one part arrived then a few minutes later the shot was brought to our table. At 2:15 our afternoon tea appeared but was taken to another table that had only just been seated. Apologies were given to us twice and we were told ours would be out in 2 mins. 10-15mins later the afternoon tea arrived. In the meantime a waiter was clearing a large table behind us…noisily hoovering the table I may add. I understand the tables need to be cleared but hoovering it spoiling the atmosphere and the live piano playing also. The afternoon tea itself was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. We couldn’t fault that in the slightest. We were asked what drinks we would like with it. We both ordered teas. When they arrived I ask for some sweetener. I am still waiting for said sweetener. I gave the waiter time to bring it but I’d already drank the tea so didn’t bother to prompt him again. Overall we enjoyed the views, atmosphere (excluding hoovering) and the food. The service and attention to customers requests was just really lacking. It was a birthday gift for my friend and I was a bit disappointed.

This is a Fantastic restaurant for food & views around the city of Newcastle. The staff are very friendly and helpful as my wife has very poor vision .The menu is excellent totally recommend the food or just pop in for a drink..

What a fantastic evening food was fantastic I had mussels to start and seabass we were served by a lady called Myer very pleasant and helpful ....also the espresso martinis are to die for, the whole experience was fantastic...I'm defenently going back. Highly recommended 👌

Booked the Saturday night 2 courses & 2 cocktails. As always the waiting staff and front of house staff are excellent. Maya was very attentive & made sure we were topped up with drinks. Cocktails were good and extra wine / beer we purchased were spot on. Lovely young bar gent who delivered our drinks, very smiley, friendly and professional. Mussels were beautiful in a lovely salty garlic sauce. Husband had the biggest beef burger I had seen. I opted for the chicken chasseurs and it was pleasant however I wished I’d opted for the steak. We attended steak night a month or so ago and that was exceptional , will book steak night again. The venue is beautiful, the views are fantastic and the sun setting tonight was so bright. The pianist / singer was excellent. Beautiful tone of voice, good selection of songs. Really enjoyed his set. Thank you. If you haven’t been to 3sixty yet, get yourself down, beautiful ambience.

Amazing Sunday roast , I would have other bawl of gravy .fresh vegetables cooked so well . Live music fast service and good choice of wines

They are really trading on their views. Negatives: As previous posters have said, they didn’t have the items from the (already small) lunch menu we wanted to order. Bizarrely this wasn’t made known to us u til after the waiter had taken the order. I ordered the steak instead of the fish at £5 extra supplement. It would have been nice to have had the supplement knocked off given it wasn’t actually my first choice. Chef should make sure wait staff know if there is something not available.l so they can tell customers in advance of ordering. Requested steak medium rare and it arrived very well done and totally ruined. The waiter was very busy and didn’t come to ask if everything was ok until I had almost finished the chewy steak. I showed him the steak and he offered for another one to be cooked. That might have been ok if we had just started but I couldn’t eat two steaks! He said it would be reflected on the bill but there was only about £8 taken off a £26 lunch. Positives: wine was nice, waiter was friendly, views were incredible and at our request, provided some garlic butter instead of peppercorn sauce.

Fantastic venue, beautiful views of the city. Live singers on Friday and Saturday nice touch . Look forward to returning!

My daughter and son decided to book us an afternoon tea here as part of a birthday treat. so I was really looking forward to it. What a disappointment, we booked a month in advance so we would have thought after requesting a good view they would have really had some thought, unfortunately not so.We waited , and we're seated with a partial view , the service I have to say was really bad with the waitress having a not bothered attitude . When we were served our afternoon tea we received the tea 20 mins before the pastries. The cakes were dry and the cream tea came with no cream , we asked for cream and we're then given sour cream which was dully sent back , when asked why we did not have cream with a cream tea we were told they had ran out ,,,,, we booked a month in advance surly the kitchen should hold for customers...really bad experience with rude staff who seem they have no guest rapport. Will not be back.

Firstly can I just say we have visited 3sixty on numerous occasions and overall more than satisfied with the food, service etc. This is after ordering from the Al a carte menu, steak deals, never had had afternoon tea so can't comment. On Saturday however we were disappointed, we had received an e-mail about pre football match special lunch, when we looked at the menus it was there but we couldn't link into it. Googling 3sixty we saw a lunch offer for 2 course meal 20.95 with a £4 supplement for Friday and Saturday, we were then linked into a menu which had several choices and good value so went along with booking lunch for 2 which was later confirmed via e-mail which was followed up with a reminder e-mail the day before for our Lunch booking. Once we were seated we were given the Al a Carte menu, on asking the waiter for the lunch menu he said it was the only menu on. I explained about the offer, he went to speak to the manager and came back advising there was only one menu (which you can appreciate was the most expensive one). We stayed and had something to eat, the serving staff as usual were very nice, food was nice but over priced. On leaving I spoke to the lady at the desk and showed her the advert, she said the offer was starting next week (no mention of this on the website). I repeated next week, she glanced across at the manager who at no point bothered to get off his laptop or backside to speak with me, all be it he was only 4 feet away, then unconvincinly said, in the next few weeks or so. Basically my point is before you attend just make sure what you have booked is definately what you are getting otherwise regardless of what you have you will still be leaving with a bad taste in your mouth.

Afternoon tea for four of us. Food was lovely, staff were great views are amazing. Only one little niggle, we arrived and we were seated immediately but it was 20 minutes before anyone came for drink order.

The view is of course amazing, food was fast and delicious. Couldn’t fault anything. Service was lovely and cocktails were great.

Where do I start !!!! Went for Sunday Lunch for a friends birthday, we ordered our meals and drinks, the meals took 45 minutes to come, we ordered two beef and two lamb, the lamb was nice and tendered but the beef was like shoe leather, we were nearly finished our meal when the waitress came with veg, the sprouts were still frozen, we told the waitress who was very apologetic who took the veg back into the kitchen, the manager followed the waitress into the kitchen, the waitress came back to us and apologised again, the manager passed our table numerous times looked at us and walked on, not even an apology, the waitress came back to us again and said the drinks would be deducted from our bill, we paid a forty pound deposit which we had to remind the waitress for it to be deducted. The poor waitress was full of apologies ( which was of no fault of hers) I think the manager could have at least came over and apologised to us. Needless to say we will not be returning

Overpriced, poorly managed, terrible food. £190 for 4 afternoon teas. 2 pints a bottle of wine and 3 cocktails. Over an hour wait for food. 10 mins for drinks to arrive after being ordered. No sign of any management at all. The food was awful. Dry tasteless sandwiches and a sausage roll the that wouldn’t feed a mouse, that’s if the mouse could eat it as it was so tough and chewy. Then they have the temerity to charge 10% on top of the over over over priced food for “service” Do yourself a favour. Go up in the lift. Wall around and take in the views then go back on the lift and head to a proper restaurant for food.

Wowcher Afternoon Tea-We'd heard mixed reviews about afternoon tea here, when using a voucher. Our experience was all positive. Staff were lovely, providing great service. Food was yummy, with a great selection of savoury and sweet, and we were able to select and swap some items with no problem. The views of Newcastle were stunning after dark and the feel of the of the place was a comfortable opulence. Easily accessible with nearby public parking. Will definitely return.
