Wow popped in after going to resolved market. Will happily return for an evening meal. We had the breakfasts, portions were huge and service was quick.

Carvery is available on Wednesdays and Sundays, we dined on a Wednesday. There was a choice of three meats, terrific selection of vegetables, very tasty gravy and a good choice of sauces. I highly recommend choosing the carvery option from the extensive menu. The price is very competitive and worth every penny, definitely the best roast lunch we've ever tasted. Also, the staff are so efficient and friendly.

Just found this little place, good location, parking adequate, food great especially the full stack 4 bacon and 2 sausage in a buttered crusty roll and the classic doughnut with maple syrup and blueberries and of course the tea, first class, great couple too

We found this place at the end of the promenade, it did not look appealing from the outside but the food was great and the lady super friendly. Highly recommended if you want a simple but tasty breakfast

Wonderfull breakfast. Infact the biggest surprise in store when you order. Cooked to delicious perfection. Frequently visited by runners from afield for the parkrun that’s close by. Both the cycle route 43 parkrun and the cafe are worthy of multiple visits.

Called into the Bethel Chapel Cafe before watching the rugby match at Ponty. We had a really good and filling breakfast for a very reasonable price. The chapel itself is undergoing a sympathetic restoration and your custom will help this important work. Good food, interesting venue and brilliant friendly staff. Ideal for walkers and cyclists or just a walk around Ponty.

We had sandwiches for lunch both were excellent. Friendly atmostphere good value plenty of space and great location

We had a really cracking breakfast here this morning and will definitely be back. The customer service was so good, with friendly and engaging staff as well as the great card gimmick at the end for the chance to get your meal for free (which one of us did). The Big Breakfast was exactly that and proved excellent value for £6.50 with no cheap ingredients and a choice of how the eggs came was a nice change too. This may be our new favourite breakfast place.

Food very delicious - well cooked and lots of flavours.

Really welcoming, 2 x Sunday roast..really tasty..plenty of gravy..1 doggy dinner to go and 2 Bread puddings and custard for later. Definitely be returning

Just left Mumbles after a stroll & coffee in Verdi’s. Decided to give this cafe a go for lunch, wow, delicious food, well presented & so tasty! Never been before, but this is now on our favourite list for lunch!! Varied choice at reasonable prices, comfy seating, great loo!! The food there is lovely.. But please don't go there if you a homosexual as staff decided to talk about you in the reception area in full hearing of paying customer. I got banned last night from the venue as staff talk about people who go to the gym. Friends of mine over heard a conversation about myself being poofy a gay to gay and some I can't write here so me being me went over and told them to they face . But then I had my pic done with a member of staff the other night and after I left was told the member of staff said I did not really want my pic taken with him. Thing is I'm known everywhere not for being poofy mind. People who go here make sure you look good because they talk about everyone. They talk about each other witch I find bad if I'm honest. I have spoken to a lot of people. And they have left for feeling uncomfortable being there. Think they all gone to the new gym by b&m they said lot better there. I'm off to the new leisure center in neath. Bye bye new plazza. Yeah and they can't get anyone to do classes there as no one wants to do it there... Terrible really bad. I been going there since it opened.. And they treat people like that. Don't waist your money

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and price,presentation was lovely too. Definitely go back to eat here
