07/11/2018: Great cafe right by the sea we love it here the hot chocolate is so sweet for children our son really enjoyed it also do the biggest scones we have ever seen! Lovely place in church bay nothing else like it in the area, can’t wait to go back and to sit in the tea garden over looking the sea ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
01/11/2018: What a lovely find in a great setting in Church Bay. The homemade cakes were scrumptious and everything was reasonably priced. Definitely recommend a visit, especially if the weather is good (outside seating only).

Coastal Cafe

Moelfre, Isle of Anglesey
23/11/2018: Best eatery in Wales for a coeliac and excellent for anyone else. Top quality top service and the best informed and friendliest chef I have met. Great variety and great food.
16/11/2018: As wardens of a local caravan park, we were here many times throughout the summer !

The Crown

Aberffraw,Rhosneigr, Isle of Anglesey, >100£
27/11/2018: Great couple of meals here in a nice atmosphere, even though there were a dozen of us or more, plus an already busy dining room
16/11/2018: lunch for my wife and myself excellent food and service and polite courteous local staff GWYCH Very clean establishment!!!!!!!! Made to feel welcomed and very homely.

Sosban and The Old Butchers Restaurant

Cadnant, Isle of Anglesey
27/11/2018: This was our 2nd visit to this marvellous restaurant. My first review three years ago said this............ "The food, oh my the food, we were served six different dishes for our meal and had no idea what each course was going to be. This is a brilliant concept for people who are open to trying any type of food". Well it's fair to say not much has changed except for the small matter of be awarded a Michelin Star. If you are thinking "WE JUST WANT TO GO OUT FOR A NICE MEAL" then go to any of your regular "NICE" meal restaurants ! If you fancy a sensory sensation and would like to be introduced to tastes and combinations that you may never have tried before, but which all taste and look amazing (in our opinion) then this restaurant will fulfil that requirement fully. My only small gripe is that the price had gone up from when we booked and were not made aware of this until being presented with the bill. To finish on a positive note, the wine list is not expensive and the service was excellent.
30/10/2018: I was so happy when I managed to book a table the day before our trip to Anglesey. Our break was to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary so I was very excited that we got a table last minute! This isn't my husbands type of thing!

Beau's Tea Rooms

Beaumaris, Isle of Anglesey
29/10/2018: Popped in for a late lunch as we walked past this place in the summer and never got a chance of trying , definitely worth the wait! So many delicious food choices to choose from, really friendly staff, lovely design. Definitely would come back again to try more food, plus to try more tea, I went for a standard cuppa but they have 30 flavours of tea to choose from so loads of choice, something for every taste bud also I must try some cake the next time as it looked delicious!
20/10/2018: Popped in for a coffee this morning and I can honestly say it was the worst coffee I have ever had! It came from a machine and was tasteless apart from the dryness of powdered milk! Can’t comment on tea or the food but if the coffee is anything to go by steer clear.

The White Eagle

Trearddur, Isle of Anglesey
02/12/2018: Fulfilled all the expectations. Beautiful meal and beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff. Well worth the visit!
02/12/2018: We are regular visitors to the White Eagle whenever we visit Anglesey as the location, food and service are always really good. We popped in yesterday for lunch on a wet and miserable Saturday, so glad we did what a fantastic experience.. My husband opted for the rabbit cannelloni off the special menu and was absolutely blown away by it. He said the combination of flavours were sublime, worthy of a Michelin starred restaurant. I’m a vegetarian so couldn’t share it but Was delighted with the butternut squash risotto. Our visit was topped off by excellent and above helpful service from Pete.

W. T. Roberts Bakery

Beaumaris, Isle of Anglesey
10/12/2018: Visited again during our annual visit to Beaumaris and quality and value for money remains top class. Staff even remembered my postage stamp event last December and we'd remembered the excellent cakes, bread and pies to be found here which is a clear indication the continuing success of this local business.
27/11/2018: Hidden a few streets back from the sea front, this bakery supplies bread to all the best places in town. Get there early to stock up on sandwiches, pasties, pies etc. Ideal for a seaside picnic.

Red Boat Ice Cream Parlour

Beaumaris, Isle of Anglesey
27/11/2018: The queues of happy customers speaks for the quality of the ice cream. Sit in or take away, it's a must on a warm day.
23/11/2018: Bought a ice cream take away box from here a few years back. Our review says April this year but it’s nonsense it was about 3 years back. The staff picked the varieties for us because we were in that kind of mood. Had a meal at home and this was our dessert. Turned out to be an absolute treat. My tip don’t miss out and we’ll wor a visit

Happy Valley Pavilion

Beaumaris, Isle of Anglesey
27/11/2018: Park in the cheaper car-park and drop in for coffee and cake while the kids enjoy the play park or you carry on into town. It's a great place!
10/11/2018: What can I say clean 5*hygiene generous cakes, they use paper straws, compostable cups no plastic cutlery here fantastic. A warm welcome. And I look forward to visiting when they re open for next season. We'll done team happy Valley x x

Bay Cafe

Llanbedrgoch, Isle of Anglesey
12/12/2018: Well worth a visit for breakfast! Food freshly cooked, great seating area with fabulous sea view outside to sit with your dog.
25/11/2018: Called in this morning for a late breakfast. There were four of us, two had large breakfast, one had small, one has a sausage sandwich. The staff were friendly, the service quick and efficient. I would recommend the Bay Cafe without reservation.

Harry's Bistro

Beaumaris, Isle of Anglesey
11/12/2018: We visited for Sunday lunch and weren’t disappointed. I had the beef roast and every mouthful was yummy. The bread and butter pudding was the best I have ever tasted.
13/11/2018: Thoroughly recommend. The food was delicious and the staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely atmosphere.

Giddy Aunt's Tearoom

Llanidan, Isle of Anglesey, <20£
27/08/2018: What can we say - as regulars at Giddy Aunts we were devastated at the news that today was its last day as D & B move into retirement!!
27/08/2018: We happened on this gem of a place on a circular walk from Brinchencin and had the most fabulous cream tea. Home made scones (two each!), jam and awesome Cornish clotted cream. Everything was so perfect, including the most friendly greeting from our host and hostess.

The Marram Grass Cafe

Rhosyr, Isle of Anglesey, 30-45£
17/12/2018: This was our first visit to the Marram Grass for my wife and I, having been to Anglesey on many occasions. We had booked a table for a pre Xmas Sunday lunch and were surprised at first that we were the only diners in the bistro on arrival, until a few more people arrived later. The place lacked atmosphere, probably due to the adjoining caravan park being out of season.
10/12/2018: We booked in advance. Beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. We had mussels, crab risotto and goats cheese starters. 2 beef and one halibut. we shared a burnt custard and the amaretto jelly was fab.

Beachcomber Bar and Grill

Llanbedrgoch, Isle of Anglesey
03/11/2018: Went in without booking on Friday 2nd November
01/11/2018: First visit to Beachcomber, decided to book purely based on the positive reviews. Weren’t disappointed, absolutely delicious! Shared Tapas to start, then all had the hanging skewers to follow. Fantastic! Great gin menu too. Will be back ASAP 👍🏼
