The best restaurants serving Portuguese food in Birmingham West Midlands

I’m extremely frustrated with my recent visit to Nando’s. Despite declaring a pineapple allergy when ordering, my burger arrived with a huge pineapple ring—something not even part of the meal. This made me sick and ruined my trip, as I was unwell for the next two days. The manager handled the situation but seemed unconcerned. I had to approach her for a refund and wait while she dealt with a delivery, apologising for being busy. After just being sick in the bathroom, I needed to leave quickly, and this lack of urgency was disappointing. This experience has made me rethink visiting Nando’s again. Food allergy safety should always be a priority, and this was a clear failure.

Very nice and convenient. Sometimes too busy. Need more comfortable chairs in here also. But food is good as always and staff are great.

We went to fort last night our bill was £95 my baby then ask for pudding gave her money she paid then one off the waiters serving food put her fingers in some ones rice and the gave it the ladie i called her out saying u just put your fingers in her food she i washed my hands i said u never put hands in food i dont care if u bleached them she said she was checking it was hot i went mad then thay gave my daughter her money back and refused to serve her a 14 year old disgusting i will be taking this higher

Siéntate rápido. La comida llegó rápido. La mayor parte estaba frío la primera vez, así que lo enviamos de vuelta y lo reemplazaron rápidamente. Sí sabía bien, y ravi era increíblemente servicial y disculparse reemplazando nuestra comida. Hizo un gran trabajo y fue muy paciente.

I ordered the peri peri chips and the grilled chicken breast fillet in a pitta which had a garlic butter parsley sauce; in the pitta there were caramelized onions and grilled halloumi! I was very satisfied with the food!

I wouldn’t give this restaurant even one star I was shocked to see how they treat there customers it’s so sad like I ordered a separate coleslaw side they gave me mash when I told the so called manager sacha that they put it with my platter my kids took a spoon from it they said we can’t return it or give u the original order very rudely and walked off so then she made me speak to a second so called manager and he said the same I was like what’s this rubbish customer service u lot made a mistake instead of apologising and sorting it out u making it worse I said ok il put that spoon of mash bak and make it the full side for u to take he said ok do that so with my hands I put bak the mash and then he replaced it for me meaning they will now give that side to someone else which was on my plate and I put it bak with my hands o hygiene rating that’s complete vile how could such a big restaurant with a big name ask for the side bak I’m from a food business we always make sure our customers are happy we would never ask them for the side which we made bak to replace so on my way off I gave them the half coleslaw bak I go use this to u might need it fr another customer that’s how they serve food to people never agin would I come bak or recommend this place to anyone pathetic so called managers working

I mean i can not comment about the food as i never arrived at the destination... the address is wrong on google the shop is actually located on washwood heath road but don’t look out for the shop name as the shop doesn’t even have a sign stating it.
