The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in West Dorset South West

Booked here last night on a flying visit to Lyme. From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed. We’ve eaten pizza in Italy many times and this was very authentic, crisp, well cooked and full of taste. Delicious. The wine too was genuinely lovely, full of flavour and no nasty aftertaste. The whole atmosphere and staff were brilliant. Friendly but not invasive with realistic prices. You can see why Poco pizza is popular. Reserve a table and you won’t be disappointed. This will be out go to when we next visit Lyme.

Amazing pizza and service. It’s nothing like other pizzas. Excellent quality and flavor. Pizza is freshly made and stone-baked. Very good prices and excellent service.

The fish, fish cakes, pizzas and most other eats on the menu are all very good. However, how can they produce such disappointing chips when it is the one thing people would expect to be great when buying chips from a fish n' chip shop? They are always dry with a cardboard texture. Not like the old fashioned, juicy chips one used to get. And they are not the only ones (takeaway on Lyme Regis pier for example). Perhaps they are both ordering them in from somewhere pre-prepared? PLEASE Charmouth, we love you and appreciate all you do for the community but reconsider what you are doing with your chips....

When in on a Tuesday and wanted to order pizza like we have done so many times before to be told that I couldn’t have the pizza done half and half as they don’t do half and half on a Tuesday , all I wanted was half cheese and the other half sweetcorn , but the lady said not on a Tuesday , never heard of anything so stupid ever , I have been going to here for the last 10 years but after the experience on Tuesday I will never recommend or return

We had a lovely time and the food was lovely if a tad on the expensive side. The gluten free options were fantastic. However one member of staff paid us too much attention offering lots of options and deals but we felt this destroyed the atmosphere and we found it hard to relax and complete a conversation.

Probably worst tasting lamb shish kebab I've ever eaten. Ordered small one, however did not expected 4 tiny pieces of chewy, salty "fat". Not sure if I even had a tablespoon of meat in that meal. Fries were decent though.

Terrible chicken full of fatty oil chips were dry no serivets give no salt nor vinegar on chips never even asked chicken burger was so bad not eaten in all meals were bad wouldn't give to my badgers

Same old same old can't really go wrong if you want a pizza
