The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Both pizzas overcooked and burnt the fries were like rubber like they had been left for ages to go stale safe to say I won’t be ordering again

The service here was great, but to be honest its not the best papa johns I've had. Im not sure if this restaurant uses different ingredients or something, but something here doesn't work.

awful tasting food, poor quality ingredients, delivered cold. Definitely not worth the price, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Good all round. The only downfall is that the geaser needs to buy a payment machine.

This is the best take away in old swan. The food is so nice and fresh. The staff are really helpful any issues they rectify 100%

2 of us went in here last night for food. My cousin was asked for her order then they completely ignored me, even though we were the only 2 in there. I had to call the server over to take my order. They got my order wrong, I asked for mixed kebab they only gave me lamb but charged me for mixed. Then while eating it I chewed in something hard, it was a staple! How? Won't be going here again. However, my cousin said her pizza was nice.

This branch is very bad. The pizza was shambles. It looked like someone droped it and still packed it. The cheese was missing on half the pizza. They didnt put stuffed crust even tho i paid £3 extra each pizza for stuffed crust. Then they didnt answer my phone. Was about to go to the store for a refund but my family stopped me incase i go prison over a margarita. Ordered online on a Monday so it's not like they were super busy. Will never order from papa johns again in my life. Absolutely rubbish staff who have no care of customer service. Management should look into this before u lose all your customers.

Don't try and get pizza 30 minutes before closing. Crap attitude and bad pizza

I am furious with the customer service at the store. I phoned in after an hour of my order confirmation coming through as there had been no updates on my order other than 'order placed'. When I called, they said they hadn't received it and there must be technical issues so they would call the area manager. I asked if they would take my number to call me back when they had an update but they said no, I had to call them. So I called back and spoken to a different person and he told me to email the confirmation through so that they could check. He repeatedly gave me the wrong email address, so after 5 attempts at the email, I said I'll come and collect to make it easier and show them when I get there. I explained that I'd give my order so they can start preparing as I live 10 mins away. He refused to start until I'd shown him the email. I explained that I didn't think my request was unreasonable considering the time I've waited already. He still refused, so I asked for a refund and he just told me to go on the app and do it, which I still haven't worked out how to do.

Pizza was unbelievable! Gorgeous flavour and base! Can’t wait to come back next week!!

Apparently they don’t have their own delivery drivers any more and delivered cold food. I need to collect if I want to rectify the situation. Avoid
