Incredible street food served by the happiest staff in Manchester - highly recommend getting the jerk chicken deal which includes a great portion of fresh jerk chicken, jollof or rice & peas, slaw, and salad, as well as the incredible jerk gravy for £8. Absolute bargain and can't wait to go back

Amazing food, coffee, pastries and service. Good atmosphere and didn’t feel at all pressured to leave - had time for a good catch up. I had the chilli scrambled eggs and they were so tasty.

Just the most delicious breakfast and one of the best cafe experiences we've had - EVER! From start to finish, every single member of staff was warm, welcoming and professional; they really looked like they wanted to be there! Waited about 15 mins for a table (9am Sunday) but it was worth it. We had Turkish Eggs and Avo on Toast with Bacon - perfect poached eggs, lovely sourdough, just divine. The ONLY minor gripe was the coffee and chai latte could've been hotter. That wouldn't stop us returning though!

After finishing a long shift at work. I decided on eating some from my country and chosed Pull Up as I had eaten there a couple of years ago and the service and food was good. However, when recently entering the restaurant on a Thursday evening at 10pm this January. I was not made welcome and by the look on the young lady's face, I could see that something was off. I was told that it was takeaway only as they were closing soon. I mentioned that the website stated they were open until midnight and maybe this should be changed so customers were aware of the actual closing times. The young lady replied that the kitchen closing now so therefore the restaurant will be closing as well. Unfortunately for me I chose to still order some food as I was hungry and wanted some "good food" in my belly. I ordered jerk chicken, sweet potato wedges and Plantin. When I sat in my car to eat, to my disappointment the chicken was tasteless, only the sauce gave it any jerk flavour. The sweet potato wedges were mushy and some of it looked moldy. The only thing I could eat was the fried plantin as that was freshly done. I was only in Manchester that evening due to work but I do visit on a regular basis as I have family there. I will be telling them of my experience at Pull Up and we will find somewhere else to "Pull Up" when we desire decent Jamaican food.
