Food wasn't that great, hot chicken burger was tasteless and fatty . She realy didnt like the jerk chicken,Had to wait for drinks, needed to go bar and ask. Overall wasn't the best for what we spent.

I love the new revamp vibe! It's a Saturday night so it's mega busy. We waited an hour for food but Erin went out of her way to apologise for the wait and gave us a complimentary drink. I got 2 cocktails as its happy hour so was very pleased with that. Shes such a nice person very friendly with great customer service. She is a credit to turtle bay! We will be back soon. 💕

An absolutely brilliant meal out! Had two courses on the pre-theatre menu in Manchester, service from Gen was perfect. I'd always thought of Turtle Bay as more a Rum Bar, but they're a great place to get some Carribbean fun in a colourful setting. Oh, and don't forget to try their home made ginger beer!

Great food and great service, even though they were very busy (next table obviously thought that they should be served before every one else) Lucy was a great team member, nothing was to much trouble! Definitely recomend

Had a table booked for 3:15 on Saturday, turned up and was queuing at the door to get in, waited around 10 minutes then got told our table was ready, the lad lead us over then stood looking around because no table was ready. He took us back to the bar and we ordered drinks, after about 15 minutes the table was ready, we got seated and looked at the menus by which time we finished our drinks. Waited another ten minutes then grabbed one of the waitresses who then said she couldn’t serve us because her PDA wasn’t working, she said I’ll come back but never did. Finally got another waitress to take our order for drinks and food. Waited another ten minutes and two out of four drinks showed up, we asked the waitress where our other drinks were and she said she didn’t know, she then walked over to the bar, came back and said our drinks were on the bar and she would get someone else to bring them over (if they were ready why didn’t she bring them?). By then a flatbread arrived with another waitress, she said “is this yours?” then just basically threw it on the table. We waited another five minutes asked where the drinks were (again) was told they were ready (again) so we then asked for the bill and cancelled the food order because we had to be at an event for five o’clock. So basically in about an hour and a half we had one and a half round of drinks and a cold flatbread…. Staff and management didn’t seem bothered, poor organisation and lack of attentiveness…. Won’t be coming back to visit our “servers” again like most of the AI five star reviews on here….
