Went for bottomless brunch on a Saturday, despite being busy, the service was very quick, food was lush and the cocktails were great. Our server James was very attentive and friendly.

James our server is absolutely a STAR! Fantastic service and he’s just always on top of everything! Very fast service and he’s just simply a thoughtful staff! I hope that Turtle Bay keeps this guy and make sure he’s well rewarded! Absolutely 5 star service! (I rarely do review but on this occasion, I just had to!)

Had a rocky start had 1 drink in over and hour for bottomless brunch. But the management here heard our frustration and completely changed our experience. They ensured we had a great time with plenty of drink. Sometimes things don’t work out but the professionalism the staff portrayed wouldn’t sway from me coming again. They made my birthday amazing. Thank you Ben and Hannah !

Catherine was absolutely fab, she went above and beyond in making sure out experience was fantastic. Amy and Elijah also served us and were so friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend the staff here enough!!
