Charlie was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Turtle Bay is always one of our favourite brunches to go to, great food, fantastic cocktails and service, we had a fab experience on New Year’s Eve and would definitely recommend. :)

Decor music and atmosphere can be taken up a notch to give more "Caribbean" but the staff are great as well as food that makes it worth it.

Alex is an absolute gem of a waitress. Cheers!

Had a booking for brunch on 14/12/24. We were seated right underneath the speaker and the music was so load that it actually hurt our ears and it was impossible to even have a conversation. It then took them 20 minutes to come and take our order. We asked if it was possible to turn it down even just a little. The waitress went to ask the manager and then returned to say that he said no. I'm all for having decent music on, but this was another level of loud. The waitress agreed with us and said that they're even having trouble communicating with eachother over the music. We tried to move table but the manager quickly came over to say we couldn't sit there because it's reserved but offered us a smaller table. But even being away from the speaker, it was still nearly impossible to have a conversation. I asked the manager myself whether he could turn it down and he got really defensive, saying that he won't do it and that it's just part of the "chilled vibe of the place", which is ironic considering he wasn't at all chill while saying that. It seemed like other people then complained about the volume, so the manager then went and turned it up higher, I'm asuming out of spite because his ego was hurt. He needs sacking. I feel sorry for his staff because they looked stressed out about the situation.

Bad food bad drinks deliveryed to wong table drunk at wong table then given to us. Frozen chips not good will not go again. Not good
