Six of us visited Turtle Bay for dinner last night. It was packed which was a good sign, I noticed there was a great vibe as soon as we walked in. The service was friendly and the cocktails were amazing (we had the 2 4 1 deal and mixed them up between ourselves so we had different ones). We sat near to the kitchen area and I could see the food was being prepared and delivered to tables in a really organised and efficient way. All the dishes we had were thoroughly enjoyed, the food was delicious. Can’t wait to go back again and try something different. Would definitely recommend this place but be sure to book

Absolutely disgraceful, not a single turtle was seen from start to finish in our visit. However, the service was good, food was very good and the cocktails enjoyable. Very relaxed atmosphere, and decent background music.

For my friends 18th birthday she had booked and organised a bottomless brunch. All of the party were 18 with ids apart from one however the website clearly stated that mocktails and soft drinks could also be bottomless and therefore we did not think this would be an issue. When we arrived the waitress rudely told us that we could not have bottomless brunch even when we explained that the girl under 18 wasn’t drinking, however we were still allowed to order the 2 for 1 cocktails and therefore we did not see the issue with why we were not allowed the brunch. In addition one of my friends was gluten free and looking at the food options when the waitress told us for one of us to tell her if we were ready to order or not as we apparently were taking too long even though all my friend had done was ask my gf friend if she was ready. Overall it was a disappointing experience although the food was delicious but my friend was upset that her birthday plans had been ruined by rude service and a bad atmosphere created by the staff.

Had a fantastic bottomless brunch. Our server saffron was incredibly attentive and friendly. Never a bad experience.

Pre-booked a bottomless brunch for a birthday at 4pm, upon arrival we were all asked for ID- there was one member of the party who was 17. She explained that she was going to have the mocktails that are offered as an alternative to go with the bottomless (as advertised). We were rudely told that we couldn’t do the brunch, even if she wasn’t drinking, which was disappointing as we had travelled quite a way specifically for this. However, we just used the normal menus, which was fine. The waitress who took our order was rude to us multiple times, she had asked us if we were ready to order, and I took a second to make sure everyone was ready, and immediately our waitress got annoyed and told us “can someone just tell me if you’re ready” even though we really weren’t taking long at all. We then ordered and she was very abrupt in saying “okay someone else go” when there was a slight pause. The whole group perceived this as very rude and were a little annoyed by it. We received our food which was delicious, as well as the cocktails which were also very tasty so no complaints there. Everything else was fine, until the waitress then asked us to leave her a good review to help her get rewards, and nobody seemed to want to do so due to the service we received. We were then told “you all don’t look very happy about it” as nobody offered to leave the good review. The food and drinks were lovely, but left feeling really deflated by the treatment from certain staff members, and the fact that we weren’t allowed to have what we booked for, even though nobody had done anything wrong.

We were hoping Saffron would be working when we made plans to come tonight. Her service was impeccable last time and tonight was no different. She’s an asset to your business :).

There were 3 of us and only one of us enjoyed their meal. Would not eat there again. Cocktails were OK nothing special however the music and atmosphere was really good

My partner is into the spicy food but the waiter (delfinu ) went through the menu with me and advised me on what was not so spicy. The chicken I had was so tender and tasty. Thank. Plus 241 cocktails bonus. Will definitely be back with friends

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Yesterday I came to the venue for a bottomless brunch and had a drink thrown in my face by a girl sat behind me, of course this is not the venues fault but I am disgusted by the way it was handled. The girl was simply asked to settle her bill and leave and our party was also asked to leave even though I the event was entirely unprovoked. I was stood crying trying to explain to the manager who simply could not give me the time of day to explain and told the waitress to cancel our food order and told us to leave. Absolutely disgusting to be made to feel like that and even the other staff voiced they didn’t agree and there were multiple witnesses who also explained it was unprovoked. The girl was very drunk and had already smashed a glass earlier on in the brunch but the venue continued to serve her drinks. It’s bad enough to have an awful thing happen to you and your friends but then to be treat by the venue staff in the way they treat us was just awful. I felt unsafe and so unsupported, I didn’t know if the girl would be outside the venue and we were just told to leave. Will never return.

Brilliant service during our brunch today, BIG SHOUT OUT TO BETH FOE THE SERVICE.

We were sat enjoying cocktails and awaiting a brunch meal to arrive when a girl with her fella threw a drink in one of our friends faces for no reason and then then they were thrown out and also us!!! We were absolutely fuming and I will never EVER return to this venue!!!!!!!!!! Especially travelling from Sheffield for my birthday. Prior to this drinks were quite regular to say how busy it was but the managers attitude was absolutely vile and she had no time to listen to our side of the story.
