The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in Holy Trinity Guildford South East

Shockingly bad. I’ve been a loyal customer of Nuro for over 8 years, which has meant i’ve been willing to forgive the obvious lapse in service and quality over the years. Tonight was different. I went in, around 9pm to order a simple donner meat and chips. On arrival the chap behind the counter immediately told me to wait. 5 mins later i was allowed to order. A simple donner and chips. I stood around for 15 minutes, watching the multiple members of staff milling around before finally asking politely when it might be ready. The same man that ignored me at the start then snapped back that they were busy, to which i replied ‘its a donner and chips’. He then immediately shouted back ‘well go to McDonalds then!!’ Having been disappointed with Nuro’s a lot recently this is the final straw and i will never, ever go back here. In credit to them, he did give me my money back, having invited me to go elsewhere (McDonalds). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

A lovely girl named India served me on the bar today, seemed very switched on, and sorted me out with some cocktail recommendations, as I hadn’t a clue where to start🙈

Great good and service! Everything was delicious, but the sides - brussel sprouts & cauliflower were amazing. Thank you Rochie & Jeff.

The hotel is an ideal location for a lovely meal in Guildford, right in the heart of the town. The service was friendly (and fast), and we were made to feel very welcome. Food was great - will come back again.
